After moving out of town and looking forward to coming to CreAsian, we were overwhelmingly disappointed with the experience. We decided to sit outside (mainly because the restaurant was too hot inside to feel comfortable) which resulted in us being neglected outside for 30 minutes before we were able to order. Then we sat for about 45 minutes before two plates of food (out of the 4 that didn’t match what we asked for) then waited another 15 for 2 bowls of pho. By then, one of our plates were already finished. We were then given a plate of pho toppings which included dead basil leaves and bruised limes (see photo). We realized the chicken pho didn’t have the double chicken we asked for and asked that the extra chicken be removed from the bill which was “combated by the kitchen” according to the server. We still had to pay… I felt bad for the server considering how understaffed they might have been. She was extremely apologetic and tried her best but the time apologizing could’ve been spent being more productive elsewhere, respectfully. Unfortunate to say I probably won’t be dining in again - delivery at the most (if they can get my order right).
Awesome Awesome Food & Service. I like that when their employees work as a team to take our order and throughout the meal whenever anyone of them pass up our table they make sure were happy and got everything we need. I get nauseous easily with food but Ive eaten at this place 4 times in the last week and I always come out of here feeling well and satisfied. The food is fresh and tastes really good! The prices are very good too. The first time we went in we ordered the spring rolls and Cubed filled mignon with garlic noodles and wow our order was served within 10 minutes and the meat was so tender & delicious. Weve ordered something different everytime and never been disappointed. We went on a Friday night and were seated within 10 minutes and they were really busy. Our food also was served to us within 10 minutes and every table was taken. We took our family a table of 6 to have dinner and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this place!!!
Loud music, inattentive servers, giggling for half hour behind counter while customers seated waiting to make extra orders only to be left out of extra orders. Mgr said large company like who cares about complaining, food good but if interested in service expect lousy outcome
Was one of my go to places. Then my orders started getting messed up. The food is great but after a bunch of wrong orders I’m not going back.
I absolutely love this place. The service is good and the food is even better. Everything is hot like its fresh off the grill. The prices are good and very reasonable. Cant go wrong with this restaurant. Try it
This is the last time I go to this place, every time I go here. I order the same thing, and I tell them extra vegetables and this is the results less of what I am for, I get more noodles and salad than I do the main course. I dont understand if theres a language barrier. I called ordered in, my wife goes to pick up nothing was ready. She reorders and say extra vegetables I get five pieces of red bell pepper and four pieces of red onion never again. I will take my money else where. Ive even said I would pay for it on occasions and still not get what I asked for, never again 😞😡
Havent been here in a while, stopped in cause it was our favorite place for a few years. Food was still wonderful. Service was a bit lacking, young and seemed put-out to have to be there. I will still go back again when back on that side of town.
I questioned my receipt to a female worker for #14 Rare steak Noodle Soup. Menu price $9.50 but my receipt charge is $10.95. She started making excuses that the Menu price is wrong and it’s the old one, but iI told her all the menu and the window menu prices are the same. She did not honor the menu price. So why don’t they change the pricing then. This Happened 8/8/2021
EVERYTIME I place an order on Doordash for this location- it gets messed up !!! I ordered a Mango Shrimp Salad and an Avocado smoothie... no shrimp on my salad and no smoothie. The restaurant still got their THIRTY DOLLARS and the dasher got their SIX DOLLAR tip. Called the restaurant and was told it was the dashers fault and not theirs...but I could come pick up my order. The audacity...
I believe this is my last visit to Cre Asian. When it originally opened the food was amazing, the owners were present and cared. No longer. The restaurant will sporadically close early or not take orders 45 minutes before closing hours if the place is slow. They frequently get my order wrong. And the food quality has gone WAY DOWN. Sugar has become more prominent than fish sauce and spices. The salads are nothing more than a chopped up leaves of lettuce. The pho accompaniments are often out of stock or wilted. The meat is no where near top grade. The meals as a whole leaves my stomach mildly upset. Yet the prices continue to rise for what is mediocre food at best. I can make better myself and will or drive to Corcord.
The food is always amazing at CreAsian. I wish I knew some of their recipes. The server was busy and a bit unattentive. We had to flag him down when we needed something. He never checked on us, nor did he make any effort to talk, or show any interest in our experience. Luckily the food is great. I am always surprised at how quickly our meals are cooked & served. The meal always has enough for leftovers. Ive been here many times and have never been disappointed. Work on the service & all would be good

The food was great. Very nicely seasoned and fresh. The waitstaff are very nice and polite. I cant stand mean or snort waitresses and I never tip them regardless of what they make. We left a 20% tip even though we were only changed 18% for a party of 6. I recommend CreAsian.
This place use to be really good when it was under original management. Workers were very nice, great customer service, welcoming and good food!NOT ANY MORE! Poor customer service, rude, food too salty, too oily and they cheat you on “to go” orders. I ordered beef eggplant w/ rice and my oder only had 3 small pieces of thin sliced beef. It was mostly onions and bell peppers. So disappointing!!! I won’t be coming back.
The food was excellent! I dine in but I left early and took the rest of my food to go. They werent enforcing masks for the one Door Dasher picking up food next to my table. This was my experience. But their food is excellent. I recommend their food and the people there are nice. just went in there today to order food and was ignored so I walk over to Nick the Greek to order food. Their service was great at the other restaurant
I ordered grill pork chop $12.00, but they made combo $15.50. I found it out after i paid. I told them i did not order combo. They gave me attitude and raised their voice saying they cooked by mistake so just take it and pay for the combo price. I said no. I did not take that wrong order. They reluctantly said they would refund me $2.50 and they picked out the combo items from my order, just left the pork chop portion for me. I didnt want my food to be messed up like that so i wanted to cancel the messy order. They did not let me cancel. Since they made a mistake on foods order and wasted my time, they should have charged the correct item price, not to force customer to pay for the higher price. They should have not opened my food box to pick foods around so nasty. I paid tax for the $2.50 thay they over charged me, but they did not refund tax back to me when they refund $2.50. Moreover, the meat on combo is always less than the single item, but they did not add meat back to how the single item should be after they picked out other items from my order. They also took away the fish sauce when they picked out the foods. I had to go back there to get my fish sauce. They ignored me when i told them to give me my fish sauce back. I dont trush foods in this Cresaian restaurant since the servers and owners are rude and cheating. I will never come back to this restaurant. I suggested people not to support this bad restaurant. They are horrible and rude.

Awesome menu with diverse choice and consistent quality. I particularly love the rice plates and my girlfriend almost always gets pho. Spring rolls are packed with protein so we rarely skip those as well.
I ordered two bbq short ribs combos and spring rolls. The ribs aren’t fresh and I asked for extra sauce for the spring rolls. They charged me for it but I never go the sauce they charged me for..

Food was delicious as always. Rather Im dining in or getting it to go, they never disappoint me. Sometimes the attention from your server can be minimal once your meal has been served. But honestly thats because theyre so busy they just dont have time to be super attentive. Give me my Pho and Im good. Wonderful dining rather youre dining alone or with someone, youll ALWAYS enjoy the food and the experience.
I came here on a recommendation from a co-worker and I was not disappointed. I loved the grilled pork chop over rice. It was cooked perfectly and was a very generous portion. Ill definitely be back to try other items on the menu. I love pho but, I judge a Vietnamese restaurant on their pork chop. Its by far my favorite Vietnamese dish.
The food here is absolutely fantastic! I typically dont like mushrooms or peppers too much, but the way they prepared my dish (#57) was delish! The waiters do not have uniforms, so they caught me off guard, but still good and quick service.
1st time here, fast and friendly service. I had #66 Shaking beef w/ garlic noodles ... Awesome! My wife had #67 Lemongrass chicken w/ garlic noodles, and loved it. It was a fantastic night to eat outside on the patio. We will definitely be back.
Used to be so good but now is a different story. First of all we wont be going back again because a week ago I ordered takeout in the end up giving me somebody elses order so that was disappointing. Then we went to lunch there yesterday as we usually do and it was quiet and there was nobody in there and yet the service was terrible it was offensive how bad it was. Left no tip which is something I usually dont do that Myfriend sent her food back because it was cold and yet when they sent it back they never brought it back again . So she didnt eat. And our regular plate of No fun was not the same as they usually do it at all. Just unfortunate because I used to really love their food. That experience was bad enough to outdo any of the good that weve had there and we wont be going back.
They have tasty noodle bowls that are light, fresh and healthy. I wish they would utilize the outdoor tables in the patio because I have rarely been here when I didnt have to wait for a table. If nothing else, customers could sit outside instead of clogging up the doorway while waiting to be seated.
Terrible service. Asked for a glass of water three times and it took 30min to recieve it. Also when I ordered my meal I said I wanted to sit outside. I asked if I needed to come back in and check on my order, I was told it would be brought to me. 45min later I asked where my meal was. They told me its been sitting on counter waiting for me. I told them they informed me earlier that when it was ready theyd bring it to me. All I received was a sorry. Also in the three times I asked for water nobody informed me my meal was ready. Would not recommend
Servers are polite and fine but this is the WORST PHO I have ever had. Not SALTY at all. I told the waitress and she said that its already cooked it and they can not change the flavors. I asked if they could just add fish sauce or even just plain salt (Im not very picky) and they declined to help.I just finished the bowl of flavorless broth in front of me because I didnt want to commit the sin of wasting the meat.I thought I had covid because the bowl was flavorless. But then I realized that I could taste the onions, basil, and jalapenos.I want to reiterate that the servers were polite, but I really think they should have just added salt to my bowl as I asked.If you have hypertension and want pho without ANY salt, this is your place.
Their food is almost always really good. No wait staff to speak of but in this environment theyre not needed as much. The ones that are there are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back.
Consistently good food. Everytime I order and no matter what I order the food is always delicious. They use fresh ingredients and it shows in the quality of the food. On top of that the prices and portions are better than usual. I would eat there twice a week if it was my choice.

Hella rude staff. Went in 30min before closing and they acted like my business was unwanted. They told me I could on get my food in to go containers and made us feel uncomfortable the whole time.
Even though I think it’s silly that there’s another creasian literally just down the street, it’s a completely different restaurant! This location serves more variety of food and is quieter, the one by the theatre has a bar area that gets kinda loud if there’s a game on. My husband and I prefer this one and this is my go to place when I don’t feel like cooking and we order in - thank you Vietnamese crepe and shaking beef w/garlic noodles! Never change!
Delicious food, good portions. Vermicelli lemon grass tofu, beef pho, chicken pho, basil tofu or chicken rice plate and Eggplant tofu is another one of our favorites.
CreAsian never disappoints, the food is always delicious, the service is lightning fast and the servers are always attentive to your needs. I go here with my family, friends, or any occasion. I love the food here and I always order the same dish.
This used to be my GO TO Vietnamese restaurant ever since it opened. We followed them from being regulars for years at their previous restaurant where we were AVID REGULARS going once to twice every week. I stopped going months ago! The egg rolls in the noodle salad keeps getting smaller, many times they have been served cold. The prices keep rising and the service is utterly bad and unpleasant. After following the restaurant and owners for years they still treat me rudely as if they are annoyed we are in their restaurant. The last time I was there was reason I finally decided to leave after being treated rudely for so many years.The waiter who must have been relatively new misordered and I didn’t get the dish I ordered. The owner was upset and blamed me for misordering (even though I have ordered the SAME two dishes twice a week for the past 6 years!). He rudely said it was FINE and that he would eat it so it would not go to waste. It was that day I decided I had had enough of being treated rudely and I would drive to the next town if I had to to find a new Vietnamese restaurant. And I did! I have been a regular and very happy weekly customer at Da Nang. Their food quality is always good and consistent and they are always happy to see me and their entire staff always recognizes me and knows exactly what I like to order. The owner and all the staff are always sweet and orders come quickly and the restaurant is very clean and the quality of the food is consistent and top notch in my opinion. I don’t go anywhere else now.
I’ve always loved this location, I’ve been coming here for years but just the other day I believe I was served old food. By the time I got home which is maybe 10 minutes away my food was ice cold and the meat was just up the wrong texture. I spoke with someone and they were very apologetic but it’s just work ethic and during this time or anytime for that matter it’s just not right.
Great customer service. Went with 4 people all first timers. Got recommendation for beef and garlic noodles, vermicelli bowl and chicken salad. Great food, nice wait staff! Even better flavor.
Finally, I got some pho around my new place. Im not from this area and in SF theres Pho in almost every corner. So I tried this place out and it was pretty good. The customer service is great and the restaurant is clean. Their portions for rice plates and vermicelli looked huge but when I ordered pho soup to go, I felt like they skimped out on the meat and gave me way too much noodles. But overall very nice place. Ill be back!

We decided after almost 10 years of seeing this place wed give it a try. Less than impressed. Spent 30 dollars. Got ramen and wonton soup. The ramen noodlea were thin like cup of noodles and the wontons tasted like old pork that had been frost bitten and reheated and served. So disappointed. We had higher hopes for a restaurant thats been around so long.
My husband and I went twice in a week!! Delicious and well worth it.Food came out so quickly and was so fresh. This IS our new “spot”.Can’t wait to take the kids!
It was good. But the last time I went there it was so so. I had pho and I didnt enjoy it. They cut like 1 inch size green onions on it. Ummm thats not how you chop green onions. My guest was not happy either. My guest wanted a knife to cut the meat but gave him a butter knife. Come on really?
Great food place is a little neglected as far as cleanliness goes, floors windows are full of ketchup or sauces there a sriracha sauce sitting at the table is a little crusty on the tip so I would not use it, under their soda machine its filthy.
We try to dine here at least once a week. The food is authentic and freshly cooked to your liking...for I cannot have MSG in my food. Service is excellent and friendly! Highly recommend CreAsian, you will enjoy!

IF I could give this restaurant 0 ⭐ I would for trying to rip us off . This persons name is IVY 👩🏫👩🏫 charging us for a combination soup 🍲 that I didnt get and 18% gratitude . So we didnt want to leave the tips because the service was horrible and the person was disrespectful and had an attitude. And she called the police 👮♂️👮♂️on us . When the police officer arrived the officer told her that if the gratitude is not on their menu they cant charge you . Thank you officer for helping us solve the problem. We paid for the food 🍲🥙🥗🥣🍲 but not the tips and IVY cried 😥😥 over the tips. Hey IVY dont you ever call the police to help you solve your problems instead go to school and take bad behavior, selfish, and attitude classes PLEASE 😡😡😡.
Portion sizes could be better with the soups. You got mostly brothe with an okay amount of noodles. Seafood soup is good but not very filling. Pho is okay too. Other restaurants do it much better. Id come here for the seafood soup but thats about it. It has crab claws in it which you dont find at other Vietnamese restaurants but they could add more pieces of other seafood so its more filling. Even the large was not enough for me.
This was my favorite until today. Closed at 5:00pm 3 hours ahead of curfew 8:00pm to 5:00am. Taking advantage of the current situation. You don’t want business? Another restaurant will appreciate mine.
Every time I go here its crowded. Doesnt matter the time of day. All of their food is delicious and the menu is huge! The staff are attentive but always seem overworked, hiring an extra person or two may be helpful.

I dare to say that the shaking beef is on par with Slanted Door in San Francisco, which cost at least 2x more. The lemongrass chicken here is not dry like the ones in SF and SJ. I have to say that this place has one of the best Vietnamese food around, including the bay area.Everything including the Garlic noodles were great. However, I would pass on the Fried Egg Rolls. I was disappointed that their were not the larger ones made with the thin rice paper. They were like little lumpias instead. But lumpias taste better.

Nice place for your quick authentic Vietnamese fix. Food comes out pretty quickly (our entree came before the appetizers) . Downside is they close pretty early on Sunday.
I came for Pho, sad version of it. I asked what came with it and he said noodle soup... ok. Then said it would be 15 min, I waited literally in front of the desk and when ready they sat it down didnt even mention was ready. I had to ask and the man acted like he never seen me before. I WONT BE BACK, THANKS.

As far as Im concern, CreAsian is the best Vietnamese food in Brentwood. The only negative about this place is the setup. Every time someone opens the front door, the cold air from outside comes in and hits you.Weve eaten/order from them so often, they know my name...

CreAsian is a wonderful restaurant that provides fast friendly service, with a delightful oriental twist. I give it a four out of five stores only for the fact that at times they can be a little bit too crowded.
The shrimp garlic noodles are my favorite! The food and service always impress. You will not find better food as affordable as Cre Asian!

Banh Xeo. I was excited to see this on the menu. My mother use to make this for us and since she is now gone I got to get my fix for some Banh Xeo. Boy was I disappointed as it was nothing but a greasy mess. Maybe my mother made hers wrong but it was right for us.

2022-05-09 17:02:38Its been awhile since Ive been here. Cant remember if Ive done a review of this spot yet. Anyways, the place is not that big maybe about 12/14 tables inside. The food is good but the service is mediocre. The food is like a Pho place they have over 40 plates to chose from to include the soup bowls. Theres something for everyone.

2023-12-06 02:02:10Was better and tasting before . Oxtail was chewy, broth watery. Hard to screw up the oxtail but they did. Spring roll was average. Il give them benefit of the doubt and will try another pho in menu. Oxtail is a no go

2023-09-05 19:59:14Had been craving Pad Thai & Spring rolls from here. Went in for some lunch this past weekend and boy did it satisfy. Like always the spring rolls were so fresh and the pad thai was chefs kiss. Always such amazing food and great employees

2022-09-22 22:23:52Love the name, Like the food...Parking? what parking. This parking lot is packed. You may have to park alomng side of the Home Depot.Food was okay.We had Garlic Noodles w/Garlic Shrimp and Lemongrass with Chicken. The sauce on the Garlic Shrimp should be added to the noodles, cuz the garlic noodles were so garlicky. The lemongrass chicken was ok. I dont think there was much lemongrass flavoring involved.Service was good.

2022-07-12 14:39:11CreAsian is one of our favorites and go to place when we can’t decide where to dine. The food has always been consistently good! Definitely try the Salt & Pepper wings when you go. We usually get the Pho which always delivers but on occasion we’ll change it up. Service can be a bit spotty but they get the job done.

2021-07-22 18:18:16If you love authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Youll love Cre Asian. I had the Curry with chicken and vermicelli noodles and it was delicious! My husband had the salt and pepper chicken wings. Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant wasnt pleasant when it comes to service. We were greeted by a gentleman who eventually served everyone but us. He was blatantly rude, didnt clean the dirty table next to us until we LEFT. He was taking everyone elses order except us. It wasnt a good look. My husband had to have someone else take our order. He was a very professional young man. He was apologetic about what was done to us. It wasnt his fault. We gave him a nice tip. If you encounter a tall dark haired man with a mustache... Hes the one who bypassed us. Hell never have my husband and me as customers AGAIN.

2023-07-30 02:42:12The food is delicious and the people working there are very nice. However, I went in, with my kids and mother to order food to go and we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our food (to go) as we watched a total of 5 different parties of people came in after us and receive their food first. I asked, and apparently they have a policy that if you order food to go, people who are in the restaurant, get their food, made first… Even if the people who ordered to go are physically sitting inside the restaurant! Super disappointed to say the least.
