Great food! First time eating a crepe and I loved it. I was very full after eating my Smoked Tofu Crepe and a fruit salad. The food was delivered so I’m not able to comment on the atmosphere of the restaurant.

The food is delicious. I also want to say thank you to the staff that day. I flew around 6 A.M. from Oklahoma to Davis; I arrived at the restaurant starving and tired. It was 1 p.m. PST but 3 p.m. CT for my stomach and brain. I requested the wrong soda and asked to change it for a diet one. Even though it was my mistake, the lady at the cashier was super kind and understood I was not feeling well and did not charge me additional for my mistake. I appreciate good food, but I appreciate even more a gentle gesture.

Had an amazing meal here. The atmosphere was awesome and we got to enjoy the nice weather on the outdoor seating. Highly recommend any time of day because they have crepes for all the meals. I’d also recommend getting both a savory and a sweet crepe. Btw, it’s tough to tell from the pictures but the serving size is generous and these are filling. Loved it.

Been going to Crepeville as far as I could remember!! It was mine and my friends go to place for amazing brunch!!! My favorite would be the California or the chicken curry crepe! And the fresh Orange juice mixed with carrot juice is just amazing!!! Staff is really friendly and very helpful with suggesting new items! Seating arrangement is great! They have big indoor dining and they have always had outdoor dining as well. I don’t live in Davis but every time I’m near by, I make sure to get some to go, not only for me but also for my family!!! It’s all of our favorite!!

Very nice breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant. Very convenient if visiting the farmers market (across the street). We ordered coffee and 3 different crepes, all were pretty good. The service is friendly and attentive. Nice sitting area outside (dog friendly). Overall good experience and well worth a visit.

The place you cannot pass up when going to Sacramento/Davis. Their French Benedict is the best!! Keep in mind dine-in stops at 2:25ish but you can still order for take-out until 3.

A few changes since my last visit, only plain bagels ( egads!) and the potatoes are not as flavorful, more onion would help. The smoked tofu scramble is still great! The Cali Crepe was excellent. The coffee is magnificent! Wish they were still open in the evening.

Great place to grab breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. I had the Athens Scramble (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, spinach, onions and feta, served with house potatoes and a bagel). The entire dish was great. Id definitely recommend it.

We were looking for a place to eat and my wife found this place. We ordered 4 plates, we were so full. The portions were big. Our toddler (2y) loved the salad, strawberry Nutella crepe, and the French toast. There was a long line when we sat down. We waited about 20min for our order due to the high volume of ppl. But still enjoyed the place, food, and good service.

Delicious food and friendly staff!I went in this morning for an Athens Scramble. Hearty and of good portion. The house potatoes are always consistently delicious - not burned or dry. As a plus, I as happy to see they bake muffins ($3.50) in house every morning and tried the blueberry one. A bit too sweet for me (I don’t like sweets) but shared it with my husband so it was perfect. I appreciate that all of their to go containers are compostable and they ask if you need utensils.

I got the French toasts and they were yummy. I tried some of the potatoes and they are delicious and well seasoned and soft! The portions were pretty good for the price too. There appeared to be a line for people to be seated and served so I would reserve some time out of your day for this place.

This is the type of place where you must know what you want to order ahead of time because you order and pay and they give you a number to put a which ever table you chose to sit at. The only thing my friends and I did not like was that, upon ordering they’re rushing you for everything. Just as they are rushing you to order and pay they should be doing the same then to make the food then but well of course. My friend had ordered the hot chocolate and the guy taking the order asked if he wanted whip cream and my friend said yes and when this other guy brought the drink it did not have whip cream. My friend told him, the guy asked him and he had said yes, and the guy said well it was marked “no whip” . This is an example of how trying to rush orders, there are mistakes that can frustrate the people taking them out and the customers. The dessert crepes are good, presentation is a bit sloppy and careless. The tuna salad sandwich is good & the potatoes are well seasoned. The Cesar salad also tastes good.

Poor service. Chaotic atmosphere. As we waited in line on a rainy day, we were forced out of line by a couple who cut, and a staff who put a velvet rope barrier between us and the line. The staff yelled at us to move out of the way, so we asked where he would like us to stand in line - instead of offering solutions, the staff reentrenched his position, as he berated us, the two Mexican guys who he had barricaded out if the line. We left. I have no energy for casual racist nonsense.

BEBACK Rating- 4 out of 4Ive been here a couple of times and found it busy, being near lunch times. Personally, Ive been stuck on their egg Benedict dishes. Hollandaise sauce is good but a little sparing on the amount. I love the crunchy muffin. My friends had the other items pictured- from the Turkey sandwich to the country scramble. I did not hear any complaints.I truly enjoy any crepe with fresh strawberries and theirs was not disappointing. Anyway, I think I would have fun going through their whole menu to try everything they offer. But I may need to refinance our home. The key is it would be fun!

5 stars for breakfast but only 4 stars for coffee.Our breakfasts were absolutely delicious. I got the classic eggs Benedict but with a twist. Added spinach and left out the English muffin. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The hollandaise was deliciously lemony. So so good.Coffee needed to be hotter with better non dairy options.

Somewhere named Crepeville should have the best around town right? Well unfortunately not this time.Ive been here 3 times now and each time was slightly more disappointing than the last.It mostly okay but just mediocre. The crepes need a little salt.Also the French toast is supposed to be made with homemade banana bread, pretty sure I just got normal white bread. Also its supposed to come with both strawberries and blueberries and yet I only got strawberries.The line is normally pretty long too

CrêpeVille was awesome. It was super busy because it was graduation day, but the wait was not uncomfortably long at all, and it was very high-quality. There was a line out the door, but the service was still very welcoming and warm regardless of the rush. I got the pesto chicken crêpe converted to an omelette which I think is great, and it was delicious. There wasn’t as much chicken as the last time I ordered it but I’m assuming it’s because of the rush, so I wasn’t too bothered. The mimosas were nice and nobody at our table had any complaints. Some items might be a hit or miss experience but if you order something that sounds good to you, youll probably like it.Prices are totally fair and quality generally quite good. Some dishes and even soups might seem gimmicky like the red chowder my friend got, which seemed to be a minestrone with clams, nothing more.I enjoy their salads quite a lot. I wish the outdoor seating felt more outdoors but it is what it is. Interior atmosphere is quite charming and eclectic if youre in the right mood. But today happened to be kinda cloudy and all the sunlight which usually would enter through the top and light this restaurant up was not there and it was a bit dark and gloomy inside.Also, there is a lightly noticable smell of copper in the air. Its due to your copper tables. You can draw on them with lemon juice by deoxidizing the surface temporarily. Not sure if its in bad taste to do that but personally, I encourage it. All part of the silly charm here!Are their crepes good? Youd hope so. And there are, generally. Theyve quite a selection and without any strong feeling either way, Id say that if they were to use real whipped cream on their dessert crepes, theyd be quite awesome. Maybe thats an option? Ask for it sometime.

It was a great place for food, they have a make your own crepe, and many pre selected crepes. If you are going with someone who doesnt like crepes then there are sandwiches. They also offer food breakfast through dinner. They even have dessert crepes. It is good food with a reasonable waiting time for your food. They also offer a wide selection of beverages.

One of the best breakfast joints in Davis. They have the BEST Eggs Benedict plates. We go there quite often for food, especially when family comes to town. This place is well kept and is usually pretty clean. Only knock is that they are so busy and popular on weekends, you may have a hard time finding a place to eat. Will continue going back!

The quality of the ingredients inside the crepes was poor, leaving a lot to be desired with the crepes. Cheese was a sort of cheese food/whizz, consistency was off and taste lacking. Nice combo with the salad though and the vibe was cool, though service is very slow for a counter serve. Expect about 25+ mins for crepes.

Visited downtown Davis and decided we needed to try Crepeville, so glad we did.The menu can be overwhelming so we stepped back to let those that knew what they wanted go ahead while we narrowed it down. First thought was a Savory & Sweet crepe but I ended up with the Caprese Salad and the Strawberry, cinnamon & brown sugar. The desert crepe was amazing! Salad was good a bit too much lettuce base and more tomatoes would have been better but good salad.Service was wonderful, we decided since it was a pleasantly cool day to eat at the outside eating area which was nice.They have omelettes, salads, sandwiches and oh so many crepes to choose from youll definitely find something for everyone. Its quite a large space inside and out.

I always come here on Thursdays for their Prawns Crepe and everything goes perfect. However the Chowder today is too watery and bland (but had undissolved seasoning power) Muffins are over-baked hence they are dry and hard. Carrot juice tastes great.

I would say the savory ones you could do 1 for 2 people and the sweet ones you can definitely finish by yourself!I recommend getting something with fresh fruit for it balances the whole plate!!! The savory one I believe I had the california(something) amazing and you can pick the side that you would like with 2 different types of fries or salad...Great brunch place...I recommend getting their with time as it is bistro style; where you order and then you pick your seating... especially for larger groups!!Truly recommend it!!

I used to come here regularly in the early 2000s when visiting my friend who was going to UC Davis at the time. After he graduated, my visits became much more infrequent, such as return trips from the Sierras to the Bay Area.In all the years I have come here I have only ever ordered one item: Hawaiian Crepe with no onions.While all the students eating in the restaurant seem to always remain the same age, I am now much older. One thing that always impresses me is that the taste of that crepe is exactly like I remember it all those years ago.

Our first visit (a Sunday morning).This place is very popular...as we discovered by standing in line (for 32 minutes) to order at the counter. Our group of 5 had everything from eggs sunnyside up to various crepes...potatoes, bacon, sausage. Everyone liked their food, all portions were sufficiently large enough and considering the number of people, the service was good too. Total was a little over $90 + tip. I thought it represented good value for money. When in Davis, well return....but probably not on a Sunday morning....

Its good, I have to take off 1 star because they close so early now, but they deserve a 4.5 rating - it used to be 8:00 or 9:00 p.m., now its 3:00 p.m. Ive been coming here since my college days in Davis from 2001-2005 - I no longer live in the area but I still stop through when Im passing by. Its smart that theyve kept the food the same for almost 20 years, dont mess with what works, you get a good fresh meal and its something different from burgers and pizza, etc.

We arrived about 2 hours after opening on a Sunday, line was out the door and wrapped around the corner. It moved at a good pace, but we had time to review the menu which has plenty of items. We were able to find a table outside (covered), food came out quickly. Staff were extremely nice and helpful answering questions about the menu. They also serve beer, wine and mimosas! Our food came promptly and the manager was very kind and quick to bring us our meal.We did however towards the middle of our meal experience a Karen go off on this poor man who was scrambling with one other employee to get the food served and tables cleaned.This women had the audacity to get up in the middle of the dining room and insisted the manager clean every tables salt and pepper shakers along with the table side ketchup provided.He calmly asked for ours and we didnt mind. he needed to prove his point.Thats just a short recap of what happened and what these food service employees and management have to deal with.As a fellow costumer do better Karens!I hope this manager gets a raise and if the Karen sees this, just know you putting your BABY on the ground after throwing a fit about a dirty ketchup bottle makes you look even more ridiculous.I still recommend crapeville and Ill be back!

For instance, today when I arrived the restaurant was about half full, but several tables remained un-bussed and even the bussed tables had sticky spots, and I got some jelly or something on my sleeve when I leaned on the table. My potatoes were burnt in small nuggets but perfect for the most part. Still, finding little black nuggets of charcoal in a mouthful of country potatoes is not appetizing. The preparation was fast and my medium-well burger was exactly as ordered. I also ordered an almond milk mocha and it was hot and delicious.
