We tried a sausage and mushroom pizza. The crust is definitely the highlight on this pizza. Not a fan of the actual sausage. Seems a bit too processed. Could have used a little more sauce. But I’d come back and try a pepperoni.There’s a small adjacent free parking lot that is shared with other establishments.

Small little pizza spot! Delicious pizza, delicious wings.. wings werent too small nor too big! Just about right for its price... the small pizza comes off the Lunch box special!.. perfect for 1 person and I personally thing it was delicious!.Highly recommend coming... call in advance, its fresh made and may take some time

We have been getting pizza from Crispy Crust for years. It really dropped in quality for awhile, but the food quality has improved back to its glory days under new management. A few issues:-Their loyalty program allows you to accrue points towards a reward, where you get $15 off once you accrue enough points for the reward. However, new management has set the minimum order total to $100 to be able to use said reward. This is an egregious minimum amount, were talking like 4-5 large pizzas just to be able to use the loyalty reward. That is a bit of a slap in the face as a loyal customer. We had a $50+ order tonight and could not apply our loyalty points.-After I ordered, I got a call from the restaurant stating that they are all out of pepperoni. How in the world does a pizza place run out of pepperoni? Thats like running out of cheese or tomato sauce. I was offered no refund, just that I could change my toppings entirely. Okay, fine, would have liked a credit or refund, but we changed our order.-Anyone who knows Crispy Crust knows that their ranch is absolute fire. It is so good. I order 3-4 sides of it every time. I ordered 4 with this same order and did not receive any. I called back and they resent the delivery driver who had forgotten them in his car.All in all, the pizza is still good, but the service/loyalty program is lacking. We will continue being loyal customers, but we would like a little something in return. Or a credit on this order, anything at all resembling service recovery.

A coworker recommended it. Solid pizza. My fiancé loved the wings. If we lived closer, I could definitely see this becoming our go-to pizza place.

True to its name but the pizza lacked sauce and the location had terrible customer service. The guy answering the phone had a bothered attitude and he didnt know phone etiquette or knowledge about specials. He directed me to check out the website so I guess that counts for something. I paid for delivery and was asked to leave a tip before paying, seems a little backwards. Maybe if I left a big tip I would have been offered peppers, cheese, sauce, or even decent customer service. 🤔Overall: Decent pizza (nothing special), quick delivery (35mins from prder placement on a Friday night), and thanks for the 2 napkins with my 2 large pizzas. I recommend working on having a better attitude while working.

All this place does is screw up orders. Three times in a row now. The orders are placed through their website, email confirmed. And they make something completely different and then say someone put the order in wrong when we received it. So they also lie on top on being incompetent.Update: I dont know why I continue to order from this place. They ruin the food basically every single time. They dont follow directions ever. Extra thin crust order still comes normal. Look at this latest. Pepperoni/Mushroom/Green Bell Pepper. The bell pepper is clumped in the middle and not spread around the pizza. The black burnt stuff is supposed to be mushrooms, even more clumped and not spread around the pizza.

Do not order from here. Second time Ive waited over an hour and a half for pizza that never showed. Driver dropped it off at the wrong location. What??? And u said youd call him and call me back but never did? I love literally a 5 minute walk from this place. What a disaster. Lets see if I actually get their promised refund but seriously eff this place. UPDATE: I never got a refund. Seriously, what a scam.

Our pizza has no salt in the crust or the toppings. They also did not add any of the additional toppings we had requested and paid for. Customer service was non-existent Terrible experience and shocked by the good reviews here.
