This was my fist time having their Ramen and drinks it was great. Place was clean a bit pricey for mall food but still really fresh and delicious. Staff was nice and soup was great I will be back!

A little more price than some other option at the food court, but it is well worth it. The food tastes amazing and fresh. Would definitely recommend the belly of the beast ramen

I havent been disappointed by this place. When they first opened, their ramen was kind of bland, and they didnt fill their crepes very well. It was mostly whipped cream. The milk tea used to be very chalky near the end. They improved in both taste and atmosphere since then.From my last visit, their Tiger Matcha was delicious; I want to get another one the next day. My favorite ramen is their belly of the beast. The meat, mushrooms, and egg are flavorful, but the broth is 50/50. Sometimes its bland, sometimes its not. It is pricey for what you get, but a good treat.

The boba es meh. I tried the tiger sugar boba and let me say it was not that good. It was warm and it had like dust or some kind of powder that does not dissolve in it which is something I have never seen in tiger sugar boba. Can’t believe it’s hard to find an actually good boba place in the valley 😭

Clean table, welcoming atmosphere.Ordered a Belly of the Beast, came with a savory presentation.Soup has a deep and umami taste 😋A great mix of Korean Gochujang in broth. Well cooked noodles are tangy . The pork belly is soft and melted in your mouth.Next time, Ill try Crepes.

I feel the price is steep for the quality of the food because it’s mediocre. The ramen noodles were undercooked and it made it taste flour paste. The boba teas they have are really good, so that one is definitely for the money. I didn’t try the crepes so I don’t know.

Wow! Ive had a few Ramen places in the valley but nothing compares to here. Speaking about the Ramen only as I dodnt try the Crepes. Savory and delicious! So much flavor packed into a perfect serving.Ratio of noodles to protein and other add-ins were perfect as well.I only have one experience to add, as my digestive system isnt used to the rich broth is made my tummy upset later. But please know it was NOT the good. It was me not having enough of it in my life apparently! Just a caution if youre not used to rich foods. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend 👌🏻

We’d been wanting to try this restaurant and finally did. Unfortunately we found the ramen, even after stirring, was just a flavorless clump drenched in peanut oil and the chicken had no flavor, either.The menu looks interesting and we thought about trying the crepes, but don’t think we will.

Ramen is alright but place was dirty and full of loud teenagers. I was asked if I wanted chili oil which I thought came with it but was extra and they put way too much chili oil that I didnt even enjoy my food. Tables were messy and they dont even clean them or have a trash can. At least they offered to remake my food but wont come again.

Decided to try this restaurant for a savory crepe entree. Chose their La Parsian crepe with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, garlic cream sauce and grated parmesan cheese.It was very tasty and I enjoyed that it didnt over fill me after eating it.They had ramen and sweet crepe selections also on their menu.Definitely will go back for other selections to try for both the crepes and the ramen!!Located upstairs in the Palm Desert shops (indoor shopping center), in their food court area.

I love this place so much, it is an EXPERIENCE. I have never enjoyed a place so much. The people are always so kind and the food is always great. On top of that, the ingredients are natural. Personally the royal crepe is my favorite, especially with a house milk tea w/ boba. I am happy to give my support to this establishment. 😁

Everything is made fresh per order. They have their own seating so you can step out of the mall hustle. Product knowledge is excellent. Each person is treated like they are the only one there.

Stumbled upon this place on a random mall adventure about a month ago or so, and honestly? Who would’ve thought the best ramen I would have in my life so far would be in my hometown. Best ramen eggs ever, super flavorful broth, delicious milk and fruit teas, and everyone who I’ve been assisted here by has been very kind and polite. 12/10 recommend the coconut curry ramen!(:

It was my first time at The Shops at Palm Desert and decided to check this place out when I was in the food court. I’m so glad I decided to try it out because there’s not a lot of options for quality Asian food in this area but I can confidently say this is one of the best boba and ramen spots I’ve ever been to. I ordered their Thai tea (one of the best and most unique Thai teas I’ve had) and their coconut curry ramen (another delicious and unique item I haven’t seen anywhere else). I’ll be sure to stop by again on my next visit to Palm Desert!

Place looks nice. Food is not bad! However, the service sucks!!! I waited at the counter without being greeted for 5 minutes. I feel like it would have been longer if I didn’t make my presence known to the employee. The employees had horrible attitude and looked like they didn’t want to be there or service us. This place is missing vibes 👌🏽Bottom line:This place has potential. Definitely stop by here if you’re a fan of ramen/tea. If your going on a quick date or dining friends/family avoid until they fix their service.

My husband and I have had better Ramen in Coachella Valley. The noodles, not fresh, were over cooked. The pork was tough. The broth was great. But not good enough to pay almost $40.00 for 2 people.. we will not go back

Amazing!! this establishment is in the Palm Desert food court mall but we make the trip just to go there. They have hands down the best ramen in the desert. We spilled our ramen on the floor and went back to see if they could help. They we’re officially closed but the owner STILL made a NEW one from scratch!! If you are a UCSB alumni, the owner is too!

Went in for an early lunch time, ramen arrived at my table in like 5 min since only a bit of people was there. I ordered the seafood broth one with garlic oil, then later ordered iced Oolong Tea from table. Honestly, its not an authentic Japanese ramen as I remember, but it was a perfect bowl of ramen. The broth, vegetables and noodle didnt have much salt and the soup held only a healthy amt of oil (while still being flavorful), in which was complimented by the oily and salty pork belly and soy sauce flavored egg. So basically youre trapped in the cycle of meat/ egg to veggies/ noodle/ broth then back to the meat/ egg. On top of that, the bitterness of the black garlic oil made everything million times better. Some shrimps were the best added bonus.I wont go into the Oolong tea but I think we all know how they feel on our brain during the ramen time.One more thing, the employee was very helpful and cool with everything. Nice person.Overall, if you like ramen, give this place a shot. You wont regret.

Review from my 12 year old who spent 6 years living in Japan/Korea and is a self-identified Ramenhead. “Honestly it was mid 4/10 the broth was okay it was too light and not a lot of flavor and the eggs tasted like jello really weird plus the meat was ok it was soft but not a lot of tastes the noodles where too squishy the shrimp tasted like shrimp and the delivery was all messed up not in order just like thrown in.”

Id avoid. Ordered a strawberry drink via the QR code at the table and it was basically a 15 minute wait for a drink that tasted like blended ice. There was no rainbow jelly at the bottom as advertised. I watched the girl make it, struggle with the recipe, get help, the person helping them added more ice, and they served me my drink. I get that this place is new but consider training your staff on how to properly create a drink before having them work a shift. I had to leave before I got really upset for the waste of my time.

Complete rip off. I paid $30 for a bowl of Ramen with a few add-ons. They charge $2.50 for Spam and you get a microslice of it. Insanely overpriced and not worth it.
