First time at Crudo, Cervicheria, and I strongly recommend it. The food is exquisite, the pulpo bite are amazing, super tender octopus, and lots of flavor. The sauce that was served it with complimented it. Creamy and spicy sauce.The ahi nachos were so delicious as well.Everyone was very attentive, from the moment we approached the entrance, the service, and at the end, the owner stopped by to talk about their concept. I got to try their pinche flan which was so yummy, a pistachio creamy flan that complimented the entire visit. It was one of my best experiences at Palm Springs.

Great new addition to the strip. We shared everything. Pulpo bites, sweet potato waffle fries,SURF & TURF MOYQUITAS. The food was delicious. After about 4 sips in I accidentally spilled by delicious passion fruit margarita. I thot I was getting a free replacement drink but they charged me for a second one. Now I’m in the business and that’s just not good business!! I barely started the drink!! Also, our plate was taken away before we had a chance to finish each savory morsel …be it the salad garnish which was really tasty too. Bussboy never really asked to see if we were completely done before removing it. I’ll definitely be going back.

They say the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence, but I might propose that it only looks greener because they invested in faux turf. Quaintness cant be bought or stolen, it must be cultivated with love, which requires attention. Pay close attention to the zeitgeist and things. I reward most restaurants that preserve through the seasons cold and bleak climate in a desert of monotony and similitude. Crudo is spanish for raw, like exposed to acid over time. True romance.

Delicious dishes and attentive, friendly service. The Scallops Negros was one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. Don’t miss it. And the pistachio flan is oddly compelling. Be sure to check them out.

Walked in for dinner on the long Thanksgiving weekend with my fiancé and her sister and their parents. Every dish we ordered was fantastic and we had a great family meal. Our server was warm and attentive and very helpful. The lava cake for desert was also excellent. Highly recommend getting a meal here. Definitely stands out from a lot of the most recommended spots in Palm Springs.

So delighted that this high quality choice has come to my neighborhood. Beautiful decor (comfy chairs, a patio plus indoor/outdoor options). I’m a vegetarian and so I chose the Greek salad. Every aspect was fresh and lightly dressed with a lemony vinaigrette. Welcoming and attentive service. Looking forward to going back and trying the veggie burger.

We decided to check them out last night and were so very impressed! The food was fresh and amazing (we tried the fish tacos and the salmon ceviche). The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend them and we will surely come back. Thanks!

Gustavo was an amazing server, great banter, fast service, really nice guy!Ceviche was tasty, liked the spicy sauce on the side.New spot, will be even better with the full liquor license. Recommend!

Wonderful new place in what used to be MidMod Cafe. This was my second visit and I had the lobster quesadillas with mango caper salsa. It was amazing. Tender juicy lobster that paired so well with the tangy salsa. Also had a habanero passion fruit margarita with a bit of a kick. Just excellent. On my first visit I had one of their signature ceviches and a crab cake burger. Both were crazy good. Bonus points for a generous pouring of wine. I hope they do well. With food this good it would be a real shame if not.

We fell in love with this place during our stay in Palm Springs. 4 nights in a row!Exceptional food, cocktails and service. Definitely check out the margaritas, ceviches and the ahi tower. We cannot say enough about this restaurant. One of the best we have had in our many travels inside and outside of the US.
