2023-09-25 10:55:59The roasted crab was amazing. Garlic noodle is famous here but you should also try garlic rice too. You’ll love it for sure.

2023-07-07 03:44:13Food was ok. Noodles are overrated. Crab was flavorful. The towels they bring at the end are super hot 🥵. Remember you have to find your own parking and the restaurant is in an interesting area. Be careful walking around

2023-05-29 19:57:47Food was quite tasty and service was attentive and efficient without being ever-present or overbearing. Cocktail specials were tasty and reasonably priced, and we did not try the crab. Unless you count crab cakes; very tasty and crabby in a panko breading. Greens were well dressed. The garlic noodles kick butt. The short ribs and bok choy were acceptable, but our least favorite dish. They didn’t have the unctuousness one would expect in a short rib; they weren’t exactly dry, but something was missing, and the glaze needed additional reduction.Crabs were too messy since we had an after-dinner event. Area parking isn’t too bad if you get there after the workday and before the night crowd. We had a concert at a nearby venue (the Regency Ballroom for Modern English & Human League), and pulled into a metered street spot at 5:53…that had 7 minutes of time left…and metered parking ends at 6! Woo hoo! The space was directly across the street, and about a 5 minute walk to the Regency Ballroom. Excellent experience overall.

2023-09-04 05:59:29Everything was great. The building looked pretty bad and ran down. Once you got inside, the place was beautiful. Clean and staff was over accommodating. Food is A-1. The employees make you feel like family.

2023-07-09 09:31:23An amazing place with cosy outfit. The Dungeness crab was really well done. The service was excellent. 1 crab is really a lot. The Dungeness crab has a lot of meat. A must try when in SF.

2022-09-30 17:01:39Well we were so happy to get into town and could not wait to go this this restaurant. We’ve been going to the one in Beverly Hills for years and just love the food, the service and the ambiance of this place. So when we stepped into this place it started off nice but was very underwhelming. The first thing we had was the beef skewers and well the meat did not taste very good at all. We also ordered and dish of Anne Garlic Noodles and well let’s just say this is not at all like what we get back in Los Angels. These were dry and cold. My wife order the lemon grass chicken and well the chicken was overcooked and grizzly. I had the steak dish which was good . If you been to the one in Los Angels don’t waste your time going here. Very disappointed.

2022-11-16 17:15:11Lets talk overall experience, it was great. Mr. Lee is your go to for anything. Hes even met and served Muhammad Ali, thats how long hes been at the restaurant. He knows everything. The food: The garlic noodles are all the hype and well they live up to it. Great noodles. The Crab is the star of the show. Pay the extra to have it pre cracked itll say you 12 napkins (haha). All in all the meal was good, a little pricey but worth the cost.

2023-10-10 10:33:43I now understand why we have not gone back to the place. Food was mediocre for the prices they charged. Roast crab, $80, tamarind crab, $80. Garlic noodles $14.95. Spicy calamari $14.95, garlic chicken wings $13 (5 pieces). Their signature roasted crab was not good. The whole crab was not salty, not sweet, just soaked in butter. You really don’t taste anything other than butter. The tamarind crab was a little better as we were able to mask the unflavored crab meat with the sweet and sour sauce. Garlic noodles was disappointing. Noodles were overcooked that they stuck together in chunks. There was not enough garlic and way too much butter. You might as well call it buttered noodles. The only reason I added a couple more stars was because the service was good. In my opinion, this place is overpriced and overhyped.
