Interesting find in Culver City. Great place to pick up some food. They’ve got lots of options from Asian to Mexican. Quick and easy pickup process. I’ve had corn dogs, Korean bowls, and boba. All very tasty.

This shady business virtually runs multiple restaurants and uses GrubHub & Uber eats.One time I ordered through them a soup with other items and the soup was old and meat was stale.The second time I ordered then canceled the order through but I was still charged for the entire item I had ordered. I wasnt even warned and when I saw the charges they claim it was their loss and no refunds for food after 1 minute of ordering. I requested to still pick up the order since I paid for it. They had no phone number or specified location to drop by. Their online customer service was just a voice mail that only answers hours later. They use multiple business names and are rude. The person then blocked my number and didnt solve the issue because they are operating as taco Y cerveza but u see Taco Berrata business

What a great concept! We visited here based on a recommendation for Krapow and were a little perplexed on arrival. Basically, it’s like a warehouse which multiple kitchens (restaurants) share space in, but there is no direct contact or connections (seating, front-end staff, etc.) with your chosen provider, thereby cutting overhead costs.If you order online (or are a delivery driver picking up online orders) your food will be available for pickup in numbered lockers. If you’re a walk-in, you’ll order from a large touchscreen, and wait for your food to get prepared, but be ready for a plethora of choices!There were a couple super-friendly guys working the front counter who explained the process to us, since we were noobs, but it was super simple. They have everything from Mexican to Asian to American to GF, Vegan, and Fusion options. We were amazed at the variety of choices and combinations!We ordered a variety of meals, all from different kitchens/vendors, and all of it was ready quickly and tasted amazing! It was definitely worth the trip for us and we’ll be returning soon to try more options!

Ordered Qin West Noodles. Loved it so much. So great to have flavors like this in this part of town without having to go out to SGV. Portions were generous. Everything was nicely packed. I am so down for this new “model” of takeout.

I super LOVE this place. Everything is amazing. You can pick it up or have a delivery service pick it up. This is my new favorite spot! Either I want fried or healthier I got options!

From out of town and I have to say at first I was like no not ordering from a place I dont see the people BUT Im pleasantly surprised all went well and the food is delicious....

Be prepared to wait, wait and WAIT if you order Qin West Noodle from this location. Or if you’re like me, never again (don’t be fooled). I have nothing against any business trying to cut costs/maximize profits but this concept forsakes any acceptable level of customer service. Oh, I ordered a cold noodle dish that is pre-made, no cooking time. As I type, I’ve been waiting for one hour. Nope!

Delivery driver here: I like that I usually have little to no wait time here when picking up orders, however they don’t let drivers use the bathroom and that’s inexcusable being that they would not have a business were it not for the drivers… drivers are people not animals, we deserve to use the restroom at businesses we partner with.

Very impressed with the service. I placed an order from a Japanese restaurant that no longer services there but ChowHound nonetheless charged me and in fact, emailed me that food would be ready to be picked up. When I got there to pick up the food, I was told that the restaurant no longer services there. There was no order. As I was really hungry, I was quite lost and upset. However, a girl who works there was very helpful, not only did she contact ChowHound for me to see if I can get a refund, she went into the kitchen to ask chef/owner of another Japanese restaurant to see if he can take my order, which he did. I am very impressed and touched by Her resourcefulness and proactiveness with helping. The kitchen is very lucky to have an employee like her. I wished I asked for her name but I recalled she said she speaks 3 languages. Thank you, really, thank you.
