The staff is always so friendly here and respectable here! The lady in the front is always so sweet! I probably come here once a week and the food is always amazing! Such a comfortable place to get good food☺️
Every time we come here the workers are friendly and will answer any questions you have about menu items. The taro root smoothie is so amazing and the white peach green tea is refreshing. We love this place and will continue to come for a nice treat.
We usually go to the Rancho Cucamonga D Grill Boy, and their food is very good. I was happy that a restaurant came to Upland. However, we are so disappointed in the quality and taste of the food. First off, the chicken was tough and rubbery, inedible, yakisoba noodles very greasy. Customer service was not the greatest either. We will not be going back to the Upland D Grill Boy.

2022-05-03 03:45:13I take pride in being absolutely thorough with my reviews so I take so much joy in saying that this place is 110% recommend by me. The staff was super friendly. Natalia, (Thats what it said on my receipt) she answers all my questions and was super kind. Then when it comes to portions, Geezus. This place is so generous with their portions for the price. sheeesh. The large milk tea was way larger than I expected. Also it was so much food, I definitely had leftovers for the next day. the combo comes with a soup or salad. so next day, I heated it up on the microwave and typically veggies for me are not good leftovers but I f***d them up. I cleaned out the container. it was just as good the next day, reheated. I will definitely go back. 10/10. absolutely recommend.

2023-08-14 18:12:40We were hesitant at first because it looked empty, but what brought us in was the Health rating A and they featured fresh foods. It was a great choice! The personnel was friendly and attentive. The food was good! And large portions. I had the veggie plate with tofu. Vegetables were amazing, but a bit lazy with the tofu. I would have preferred fried tofu cubes to the sliced patties I received, but thats textural preference. ALL of it was seasoned and tasty. It ended up being enough for two meals. I gave the other half of my plate to my dad for dinner, and he loved it. Hes a meat eater too!

2023-07-16 03:19:26My wife and I went there for the first time today and ordered a $20.59 meal to share (hibachi steak, chicken, and shrimp). Everything was served in throw-away plastic containers. Although we thought it was overpriced, it tasted good and was enough for both of us. The tiny salad that came with it was under-whelming, however, and consisted almost entirely of lettuce. I ordered a regular black iced tea (for $4.59, which was grossly overpriced) and when I asked for a refill, was told I could not have one. I asked the server to inform management that, although the food was OK, we would not be back. They lost us over a refill of iced tea, which is very inexpensive to make. That was very tacky. You’re not going to go out of business for providing a refill of an overpriced ice tea. It also makes them appear really cheap, which is the reason we won’t be returning.

2023-08-03 19:22:30I went to order lunch. The counter person seemed half asleep and bothered by my presence. I ordered and was overcharged. The counter person corrected the error while maintaining an, “ok if I must”, attitude. I canceled my order and left.

2023-01-18 03:32:03Excellent food! Delicious hibachi style plates with plentiful portions. Steak is oh so tender and Cajun chicken is spiced nicely and flavorful. Location is a little unassuming but its well worth. Also travels well and good for delivery or takeout!
