2017-12-13 19:17:03Family owned and ran restaurant. Always very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Not a large menu, but everything on it is well prepared from excellent food and cooked to perfection. And one of the two spots in Hemet/San Jacinto which have excellent brewed ice tea, not that instant stuff offered at other establishments. One of my favorite places to eat.

2017-12-13 18:38:24Nice, quaint, old-fashioned. Great food, great service, great menu and prices.... honestly just a wonderful little place, so glad we found it. The crowd is a little older (Im 40) and that suits me just fine. I go there with my father-in-law all the time now. Sometimes its just me and the ole lady...sometimes we take the kids. Youll notice immediately that the place is full of regulars. DJs is a local hidden gem. It has officially replaced half a dozen other local breakfast spots in our family.

2018-03-26 07:06:48This is one of the best family-type restaurants in Hemet, with ample parking, excellent cuisine, and reasonably fast service. They have a special prime rib dinner, that may be the best I have ever had, and we also went there for their cabbage rolls special for St. Patricks Day weekend, for which even the soup was excellent. They are not particularly service dog friendly, but did allow a service dog to join us, as long as it was under the table.

2017-10-27 03:00:01The food was really really good and the prices were good as well. The half of French toast which is two slices of bread and it’s huge it was only The half of French toast which is two slices of bread and it’s huge was only $4.50. Large waffle with strawberries and whipped cream only $5.75. It was nice and crispy. I had corn beef hash and it was nice and crispy. That atmosphere is very nice as well. I will be coming back for sure

2018-08-28 03:28:05One of my favorite places to eat. The food is fresh and 97% homemade. The fried chicken is crunchy yet moist inside. Never had a bad meal. Give it a try and see why its one of my favorite places to eat.

2016-06-26 00:09:34Could be much better then what it is.. I hear a lot of good things about this place. Decided to give a try. Friendly and clean. Took forever for my order to be taken (cheeseburger and fries)..Took forever to receive my food... Then when I got my food the bun was overly toasted (not burnt but hard as a rock) and my shoe string fries were over fried they stuck together in clumps (had to pull apart). Hope you have strong teeth if you give it a try.

2018-02-24 23:40:52I love this place. Mimosas, Beer, homestyle food. The pastrami sandwich is my absolute favorite. We did breakfast today and my guests commented that the French toast was Eggy---apparently a deterrent for some, but I like my French toast that way. Great service, very attentive staff.

2018-09-05 03:06:13The main reason we keep going back is the waiter Tom S. He is absolutely wonderful. We started dining there quite a few years ago and felt like it was going to a friends house for dinner. My favorite? The Honey Stung Fried Chicken. So good!
