This is a warm cozy spot for me. Their menu is pretty simple with some noodles and side dish options. There’s a reason why their menu is so small. The noodles are just fantastic. I love their sesame sauce noodles with spicy sauce. But beware that this restaurant only opens from 11am-2:30amSo remember that if you craving some really good comfort food.Their sample platters you can choose a variety of toppings so if there’s something on the menu you don’t like you can ask to change it.

Their beef noodle soup was decent, but hard to justify their price ($18 for a mid size bowl). Service was pretty non-existent unless you speak Chinese to them. The beef noodle soup looks spicy but is actually just mild.

4.4 does not do it justice here. Unbelievable noodle spot. Sides are boxed in plastic containers therefore you can just take the containers with you of you cannot finish your food. Fantastic spot and a must try! I tried their beef Noodle Soup. Their menu is only a handful of items and they do it really well!!

The sesame noodles are the perfect treat for a vegetarian! So rich and flavorful, they feel so nourishing and comfy.I love all of their sides too, tried the green Papaya today and it complimented the rich noodle dish very well. This is my favorite spot for a quick lunch!

I was so excited to try Dai Ho. Service was very nice. My wife got the dry minced meat noodle and I got the Taiwanese beef stew. I ordered the small side dishes and unbeknownst to me, it was so pricy. I felt the noodles at $18 is fine and minced meat noodles was $14. The mustard green came in a small tupper ware container and it was $12, tofu skin with jalapeño and anchovies was $14, peanuts with brine shrimp was $16? There was no price on the side items and my bill was almost $80 for two people. Food was great, I just wish I knew the price of things and it was labeled before I bought it. $16 for peanuts felt too high, if I had known it would have been fine. In general I still love this place, food was very good but just wish I knew the prices.

My weekly noodle place when I lived in LA. It has some hard core fans among Asians in the community. My absolute favorite was the sesame noodle extra spicy and chicken soup. I went back again today after over 3 years away and its still so satisfying. It can get crowded pretty fast and they only serve lunch. Expect to spend $20 to $30 per person here. Its premium noodle place.

We heard about this place from our son who lives in San Diego. It was kind of odd that we haven’t been to this place even though it’s very close to where we live.In addition to my son, we heard a lot about this place from our friends as well. So today, we determined to pay it a visit.Despite its size, the restaurant has an outsize service area coverage with delivery all the way to San Diego. However, their food menu is small. The restaurant provides no book menu but a white board written with 10 items.Based on what I’ve seen on Yelp, the most popular dish is their beef soup noodle and the Dan Dan noodle. So ordered both of them in addition to dried meat noodle. The noodles were amazing. They make them just like the ones in Taiwan, al dente but not hard to chew. According to the owner, they have been making these type of special noodles for 32 years.I highly recommend Dan Dan noodle. The sesame sauce was so good, full of flavor. I also like their marinated dried tofu, very tasty. The prices are bit high for the small portion of noodle. They are approaching Din Tai Fung’s price point. But their foods are hood and people are keep coming back.Parking is in the back of the restaurant.

If were in the area, well always stop by. If all you care about is good food, this is the place to be - the food here is excellent, period. If youre value-driven or like impeccable service, go somewhere else because this isnt the kind of restaurant for you.
