Daimo Chinese Restaurant in Richmond

After a karaoke session left us famished, we stumbled upon Daimo Chinese Restaurant, a true lifesaver open until 11:30 pm. Our hunger was quickly appeased by the comforting dishes captured in the attached picture. The extensive menu offered a plethora of choices, and the quick table-side delivery of our selections was impressive. A satisfying four-star experience all around!

Food is great, especially the crispy pork ! But slow service, not clean enough, restrooms is scary!

Food very tasty. But also extremely greasy. And honestly, a little expensive for Chinese food. The deep fried pork belly is my favorite. Followed by fried rice. Followed by chow fun. Then the roasted duck and soy sauce chicken. Jook next with Chinese doughnut. Dessert weee steamed custard buns. Basically a feast. Everything notes is recommended.

We went here for lunch. The tables were dirty with food scraps on there. They have a variety of food selection and big portions but it was a bit too salty for our taste. Customer service was good but they forgot to put in 2 of our orders. The place looked run down, water marks on the ceiling, and open ceiling tiles on top of tables.

Delicious Cantonese food! In my opinion, best in the Bay Area.

We have a group of 13 ordered many dishes among them a whole roast duck ; when they brought it out it was obvious the chef STOLE ABOUT 30% of the good meat. Very disappointing!Other dish were OK ! Will avoid this place for a whole at least.

Used to taste good. But this time I tried the shrimp and egg fried noodles, the gravy is too watery. The porridge is still very good which is smooth and tasty. The restaurant is a bit run down which needs some renovation.

First time here last night. I was always under the assumption this place was a Japanese restaurant, but I learned a couple days before eating there that it is in fact a Chinese restaurant. We had the hot and sour soup which was really delicious. It wasn’t spicy, but you will definitely notice the peppers used in the soup. I followed up with the stir fry Mongolian beef and sweet and soup pork. The dishes I had was average tasting. The prices are high, but the portions are enough to easily feed three people, hence the pricing. This place stays open until 3am so it’s a go to if you’re having a late night craving.

Love this place! The food is delicious and its open late so you can go here for a late night meal. I highly recommend the Hong Kong tea and the mango jelly! Every thing was delicious but thouse two items were excellent!!!!
