Love this place! Love the food, my favorite is the Crisy Rice w/ Spicey Tuna, & the Seared Albacore with the Garlic Sauceand dont forget the Oyster in Spoon...Delicious!!. 🍣🍣 Hard to eat anywhere else for Sushi. The staff are great. Jason is awesome!

Always call and make a reservation, its a small place and tends to get packed. The food amazing and always fresh, thats important when dealing with sushi. The cost is a bit high but well worth it for good sushi

Omg, the rolls are tiny and very expensive, presentation is ok, Flavor ok, I ordered the Avocado roll, miso soup and goyas or shrimp fried dumplings to go I looked for the shrimp and couldnt see any shrimp in there,the prices are high I would not go back

Wow, I only came because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. I work just up the street and I could not decide what to pick up for lunch and decided to give this place a shot and Im glad I did. They have definitely earned a come back customer with me.

I have been going to this place with my family for many years and I have grown very fond over this place. The service and food is top notch, if you are looking to satisfy your tastebuds with amazing sushi you need to come here.

Some of the things we had included Miso Cod (delicious, but a bit small), salmon sushi, baked crab roll (really good), caterpillar roll (OK), and salmon skin cut roll. What I dislike about this place is the parking. Thats the biggest reason for 4 stars. This shopping center seems to be packed all the time. Its challenging to find a parking spot. Careful with parking in the Norms parking lot because they tow. Overall, its a good place for sushi.

The food is always very fresh. The location is cozy. The actual sushi bar area is a bit small, but there is still plenty of seating. Love this place!

2021-01-22 04:03:09Coming from a more metropolitan area, I missed good sushi and it is near impossible to find good sushi in Orange County. Dakara Sushi doesnt fail to deliver. My layman taste buds tell me its an authentic sushi restaurant run by Japanese, based on my past trips to Japan. It is the closest thing to real, quality Japanese sushi I have come across in the OC area and I cant recommend this place enough. Their humble and unassuming presence convinces me they focus on the food and not display, which is exactly what I want. This is not to say their decor is subpar, but it doesnt involve tacky ornaments and, is thus, refreshing to see transparency and confidence in the way they present themselves. I consider Dakara a godsend in this sea of questionable sushi restaurants. I strongly recommend this place.

2019-06-23 02:26:40Dakara Sushi is a great neighborhood place with great staff. The restaurant has some of the best sushi around and always has something new on the menu. Dakara sources some of the best fish from specific vendors and locations. If Jason (sushi chef) doesnt have it, it either wasnt fresh or wasnt available through one of his trusted vendors.Please try the Hamachi collar dinner. Fantastic meal in an of itself before you even add sushi on!
