Nick (owner) was very knowledgeable and thorough! Im a stickler for details and he set the bar for other estimators when starting the estimates. His team was clean and professional and little items that happened after the job (no job is 100% perfect) were addressed immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Arrived on time and cleaned up daily. He ended up being the least expensive of the bids but I went with this company as I was impressed with things he pointed out and the extras he would do that others never mentioned. I highly recommend and this is coming from someone who can be hard to please!

Daniels AC was referred to me by a neighbor. They surpassed my expectations with quick and friendly service. Nick and Shane were so kind and easy going. Nick was able to squeeze us on the schedule. They were able to rescue us from the heat within less then a day! Shane was hard working and did everything possible to help our situation. He explained things in a way that was understandable and helpful. I’d highly recommend them to my family and friends!

Nick and his team member Jose did an incredible job at installing a ductless ceiling mount mini split system in our garage gym. They arrived on time, very professional and left the garage looking clean after all the work was done. They even came back the next day to make sure we understood how to use the system and set up the mobile app. 10/10 recommend Daniels heating and air conditioning!

Our AC just stopped running yesterday so I called Nick Daniels at Daniels HVAC to see if we could get someone out to service/fix it. I was thinking we’d have to wait a couple days but to my surprise he got us scheduled for the very next day! Shane was our service tech, very professional and he did a wonderful job, got our system up and running in a short amount of time. We love Daniels HVAC, we can always count on them whenever we need anything HVAC related and they are a company I am confident in referring to all my own real estate clients, family and friends. April 2023 Service tech Shane top notch! Installers Abud sp?, Angel and Javier were great! Showed up on time, it took 3 days total for the install, always cleaned up before they left the job for the day! I was amazed to see all they had to do and am so happy with the results! When having to contact the office they were so nice and professional! After all was done there were a few things I had a question about and Nick Daniels came out to my home, walked me through my concerns and just left me a very happy person! This is a fundamentally good company, Im a long time customer, however my Trane thermostats keep failing, have had zero temperature control for over a week, Nick finally gets someone out, the next day another thermostat fails. I had asked them to keep these thermostats as simple and dumbed down as possible for operational ease, they didn’t listen then finally after months they decide to listen and simplify their programmability. When they keep failing and are glitchy I don’t think it is unreasonable to contact them, yes even on a holiday via text to suggest that I troubleshoot over the phone or to get some third party help. He says “I’ll get someone out next week”, so I guess that means no soup for me. I just want the things to work, and for that I pardonable sin I get “F” bombed by Nick over the phone. I’m told that I’m “entitled”, “I have my family to take care of” etc. The nerve of me to actually want functioning thermostats…WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, BLAME THE CUSTOMER, works every single time. I truly hope Nick is well, there seems to be trouble a foot at this company, I don’t understand it. Things were better when his father ran the company. It is unfortunate. I’ve seen this movie a million times, things start slowly unraveling, a poorly run company will start standing in the moral high ground by hinting that somehow they have their own personal issues that supersede yours, worse, when they actually tell you what those problems are it’s time to run. A true professional would never ever do this. They would not interject their personal issues onto you. I like Nick but something is wrong, very wrong. Apparently I’m in the wrong to want HVAC after having zero control for a week, one wonders how much longer is acceptable, two weeks? Three? Very unfortunate, I did zero to deserve Nick Daniels foul language and vitriol, I just wanted help.

A few years ago they installed a new AC and all new ducting. The city inspector said that it was the tightest and best ducting job he had seen. About a month ago, they came out because my trane/thermostat wasnt working. They fixed it and were extremely clean and professional. I dont usually buy warranties or sign up for protection plans but I am signing up for their maintenance plan because it is very affordable and trust they do more than come out, look at it and leave. They are very honest and dependable which is hard to find these days.

I would like to thank Nick and his team for an outstanding job when replacing my furnace and air conditioner.From the beginning Nick was professional and courteous while evaluating what furnace and AC would fit our needs.The service guys were great. It took 2 days to complete the project and I was amazed how articulate the service guys were when installing the units. Everything was sealed or enclosed.I can tell you the last company that installed these units did not do a fraction of the work that the Daniel Heating and Air Conditioning crew did.Nick took care of the permit with the city and passed with flying colors.Thank you again for such a great job.

Shane was on time, very professional, explained everything completely and answered all my questions on the first visit when he diagnosed my heaters problem. When he and, I believe Ian, came to do the work, they were again on time, very pleasant and polite, and even installed a doorknob that I had broken the night before, that was closest to the ceiling entry to the attic. When the work was complete, they completely cleaned up and again answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating/ A/C work.

Daniels Heating and AC is the best! We only use them for all of our properties. We had them out again to check a new property AC unit that just wasnt getting that cold. George was great and was very honest. He was able to work on it and now the air is freezing cold. Very quick with scheduling and quick to repair. If you are in the market for an honest family owned company, give them a call. I highly recommend them!

George was punctual and notified me before he headed to the property. He diagnosed the problem and was professional and personable in explaining the problem, and answered my questions. Nick and his team came to install a new AC system and new HVAC ducts. I called nick and within two days he and his team came out to do the install. They were honest, reliable and provided overall great service. My home is now blowing cold air and it runs great. If you are looking for any kind of heating of air look no further.

I called Daniels to get a second opinion and a quote on a $5K repair estimate I got from another company. I was up front about it. Everyone was very responsive and efficient in getting out to to diagnose the problem and creating a repair estimate. Communications were fast but not intrusive. Technician was in direct contact and was always courteous and prompt. The estimate came up lower and, of course, I choose to use Daniels. Despite the high demand AC repairs (middle of August), they were able to schedule the repair and fixed the AC. Daniels will be my first choice from now on.

I am so thankful I had Daniels Heating and Air come out to fix our AC! April, who answers the phone, is so nice and had so much patience when it came to my million questions when booking my appointment.I was scheduled to have Joe come over at 7am and he came over at 7am sharp! He gave us a call 30min beforehand to let us know he was on his way. Joe did such a wonderful job explaining what he was checking for and what needed to be fixed. He went above and beyond our expectations. He didnt try to sell us anything, he was very upfront with what we needed and what it cost. During this Covid time, he was wearing a mask, gloves and even wore little booties on his shoes when he had to come into the house. I highly recommend to everyone!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air and we couldn’t find anyone to repair our AC due to the AC system being so old. Thankfully they had what our unit needed and they came out and helped us that same day. They are very professional. I am very thankful they were able to help us especially because we have a baby at home and it’s been very hot. We definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again if needed.

In 2015, Daniels Heating and Air Conditioning installed A/C and replaced my home heater. There prices were reasonable and they did an outstanding job. They ran some wires under my three foot wide walkway to connect to the new A/C unit. They matched my paint and concealed wires, etc. on the side of my house. Excellent workmanship! I have had them return twice for maintenance even though everything was working perfectly. When entering my house, the workers always covered their shoes to protect my floors. It was the best experiences We have had with an HVAC company. He knew exactly what was wrong and replaced the coil in the attic. Other company’s wanted to sell me a whole new system which would of cost me thousands of dollars more.

Daniels Heating and Air came to our rescue! We were selling a house and in the 11th hour the gas company came out and red-tagged the heater/furnace for replacement. With inspections in two days and closing the day after - we were crunched for time and in a panic. I had used Daniels Heating & Air to service our air conditioner at another home and found them fairly priced, expedient and very honest. So I thought I would try my luck again.One phone call and Nick from Daniels Heating & Air came out the same day, placed a bid and scheduled the installation for the following morning. They came as scheduled. Did an amazing job quickly installing the new heater and kept the area spotlessly clean. This is to let the company know that one of your drivers today was weaving in and out of traffic on the street. The driver switched lanes in an unsafe hazardous manner by switching into my lane much earlier then was safe to do so and without warning, only to change back lanes in the same manner a few vehicles ahead. The little extra distance the driver got ahead was cancelled out immediately when at the next light, traffic in thier lane was at a stop and I in my car drove right past them. 2Z1 are the last three digits on the plates of the company vehicle. We all should be respectful, courteous when out the roads, this is especially true when you’re in a moving billboard for your business. The risk of an auto accident is heighten when you’re weaving in and out of traffic. I hope the driver can learn from this mistake.

Technician Joe was good at educating me as to what the problem was, how he diagnosed it, and what he would do to remedy it. I was just disappointed at the cost. I declined the maintenance, which I had originally planned to do since they were coming out anyway, because, after the cost of repair, it was just too prohibitive. He was professional, showed up on time and finished the job quickly.
