Dining at Dar Mediterranean is an exceptional experience! The food here is phenomenal, bursting with flavors in every bite. Their trio dip, butternut squash, and lentil soups are perfect starters, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal.For the main course, the dry-aged steak and chicken are top choices. The steak, ordered rare to enhance the dry-aged qualities, is exquisite, while the chicken is perfectly prepared and delicious.The service at Dar is outstanding. The staff is welcoming and attentive, they have the perfect balance between being helpful and giving diners space, making the experience feel genuinely personable.In the summer, dining on their patio is a must. With shaded areas and heaters for cooler times, it provides a comfortable and uncrowded outdoor setting. The interior is cozy and intimate, adding to the charm of the restaurant.I will definitely be returning to Dar and highly recommend it to friends and family. This place is a gem!

I am a big fan of Mediterranean food and there are many restaurants I’ve tried in the past. I can definitely say Dar Restaurant & Bar is one of the best Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to. The food is very tasty and the menu is diverse offering a lot of traditional dishes. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the pleasant mellow music on the background. The servers were very nice and polite. Whether you are planning to celebrate something or simply have a good time with your friends or family, Dar Restaurant & Bar is definitely a place to go!

Our visits to Dar Restaurant and Bar for both lunch and dinner were truly remarkable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a blend of elegant and cozy decor that sets the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service that made us feel special from the moment we walked in.For dinner, we savored the Mediterranean Trio, the exceptionally cooked Date Chermoula Kufta, and the subtly flavored Soup Du Dar. The Pomegranate Braised Lamb Shank and Moroccan Sea Bream were both exquisite, showcasing the chef’s culinary prowess, while the Harissa Potatoes added a delightful spicy kick.Lunch was equally delightful with the consistently delicious Lamb Riblets, the flavorful Zahra, and our favorite, the Haloumi Salad. The succulent Chicken Tawook and rich Lamb Meatball Pasta rounded out our meal perfectly. Each dish was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality and creativity in Mediterranean cuisine. Highly recommended for both the incredible food and the outstanding service!

So happy to see an amazing restaurant fill this spot. The ambiance with the Mediterranean and Moroccan touches was very welcoming and warm. Service from the staff and being personally greeted by the owner was on point. Most importantly, the food was lovely. Instead of entrees, we decided to order several appetizers and sides to really get an idea of what their food was like and every one was very tasty and creative! My personal favorite was the Arak shrimp.

My husband and I had dinner there last night and it was their soft opening. The atmosphere was great, the vibe was upbeat and the decor beautiful. The service was very attentive with spot on recommendations. The wine list was excellent. The food, most importantly was delicious, every item the appetizer, my husband had the lamb and I had the saffron risotto, both were full of flavor and excellent. Dessert was pistachio baklava, superb. Thanks, we’ll be back and it’s our new favorite restaurant in Los Gatos.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Los Gatos! The food is fantastic! Servers are very nice and polite. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

Mediterranean food with a fine dining presentation. We had the mediterranean sampler appetizer, vegetable moussaka, and lamb with pomegranate reduction. All were beautifully presented and delicious. The cocktails were great as well. Very happy for this new addition.

Great food and even greater cocktail. Have you ever had espresso martini fused with bourbon? Aka espresso old fashioned omg so good I ordered a couple rounds.Chicken was tender and flavorful. Cauliflower was very tasty so was everything else. I used to come here often with friends when it was Eleven Ave which had great food too.Glad to see more and more wonderful restaurants opening in DTLG. Love that DAR is cozy, intimate, classic and yummy. I give it five star vs Breaking Dawn 4

This place is truly beautiful in every aspect, from the food to the atmosphere and the staff. The inviting atmosphere is beautifully decorated. The lamb was so well-cooked and presented in a traditional tajine dish. It was very tasty and I am definitely planning to go back to try other dishes. Moreover, the staff are very nice and welcoming.

What a remarkable dining and culinary experience. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was extraordinary. Delicious mousaka and lamb shank entrees. Highly recommend you visit and experience the extraordinary topped off with baklava.
