Lovely spot for great coffee and conversation!This cafe is especially notable for the generous seating indoors and outdoors - they have their own “garden” for seating directly across the street from the store. Very relaxing and perfect for a cooler day in the Santa Barbara sun.The staff here was lovely and our drinks were made to the tee. Definitely a spot to come back to and I’d be here super often if I was a local. Beautifully done!

Best cup of coffee in the Funk Zone!! We were here 8:30 on a Sunday morning-just before a line went out the door! Make sure that you dont miss the Dart Coffee Garden across the street; great place to wake up slowly in serene-green with hummingbirds. Vegan Empenadas and burritos for lunch, but no vegan breakfast offerings...yet...

Coffee is good and croissant- very pleasant location near the shore in an interesting part of SB, casual but attentive environment, attractively decorated and the most lovely, peaceful courtyard garden under lemons and a large locust (I think) to enjoy your breakfast. My favorite cafe in SB!

Loved DART Coffee in the Funk Zone! The line was long, but it was moving pretty fast. The staff is cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place itself was clean, arty, and funky! Their community garden across the street, is the perfect place to drink in your tasty beverage, the scenery, and the zen vibe. Give it a try.

Absolutely delicious! The almond croissant was so yummy I went back before heading home. So glad I came in when I did because I got the last one. Line gets long but our coffee order came out pretty fast. We ordered the June Bug Lavender Latte, Matcha Sunrise, Vanilla Latte and the Breakfast empanada. All drinks were made with perfection. The empanada was tasteful and the crust was perfectly crisped. The inside is so cutely decorated. There’s some seats and tables but both times I came in they were all taken. Will definitely be back!

This place gets really busy. I was here on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a nitro cold brew. I really wanted to love it but the coffee wasn’t as smooth as I thought it would be.Dart shares a dining space with Tyger Tyger, but I didn’t have a chance to sit down because I was on the go.One thing that happened to both my friend and I was that coffee kept dripping out of our cups. Idk if this was a design flaw or the coffee wasn’t poured well into the cup, but I got tiny drops of coffee all over my sweater 🙄They have a small lot in the back shared by other vendors.

Wow! What a treat to stumble upon this place! Was looking for a quick place to stop on a road trip and this place came up. Easily accessible from the freeway, convenient parking, in a beautiful location and most importantly…..the drinks are AMAZING!!! I ordered the speciality cortado, matcha sunrise and oat chai. The scones were also quite tasty. Great seating inside and out. Overall a wonderful experience! We’ll be back for sure!

Highly appreciate Dart for having vegan options! Their coffee is delish and so is their vegan burrito and empanadas! I come here regularly and it’s the most beautiful coffee shop to show off SB to friends/family. The Dart Garden is so gorgeous and peaceful, staff is very friendly too! Highly recommend.
