This place is really cool it cost $16 for me to get a drink and the basic meal let me warn you its kind of spicy if you like hot Cheetos youll love this stuff I got the medium it was still a little bit too much what I dont understand is why do they put two piece of bread on the plate it would make more sense to serve up a biscuit then two pieces of plain bread its better than canes in my opinion but a little in my opinion but a little bit on the spicy side give it a try but if youre sensitive to spicy foods get the lowest heat flavoring possible

The most amazing food and atmosphere and service. Everyone is so welcoming when you enter. They go over the menu with you. They make sure the orders are correct and get out on a timely manner. They have the best quality chicken. Good cali bites ‘ super clean ! They always give out condiments and have no problem asking for more. I saw them interact with guests and my family. I saw them clean up multiple times, and take us what we need.

We had a fantastic experience enjoying a late lunch today! The customer service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making sure our needs were met promptly. First time visit. Employee was really nice and friendly. Actually helped me in what to try. Went with the chicken nuggets. Even tho it was quite warm outside I had to eat outside. The music and I think the exhaust fans in the kitchen were very loud. I was shocked to open the container to see dill pickle chips and a slice of bread underneath all the nuggets. Got the medium heat, which was good.

The 2 plain slices of bread, what is that for?The powder you put on the chicken was a bit too much, then you add it to the fries too, that was to salty. The slider was definitely better than the tenders!!

Darian, the employee who took our order was very friendly, knowledgeable about all the menu items, efficient, fast & made our ordering experience a breeze. You can tell he loves to make your visit an enjoyable one with his exemplary customer service! You can tell the staff all work well together & Martha was also making sure everything was orderly & correct at the counter as she gave away the orders. Top notch location! I recently visited Daves Hot Chicken and had an excellent experience. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted with a smile, which is refreshing in todays fast-paced world. The food was nothing short of amazing – everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was lively with great music adding to the overall positive vibe.Its disheartening to see a negative review from a former employee. It seems the comment might stem more from personal dissatisfaction than genuine issues with the restaurant. Based on my visit, I highly recommend Daves Hot Chicken.

First impressions of opening week.Positives- Fast Service with great customer service- Clean interior- Fresh food and large portions- adequate indoor and outdoor seating- Multiple bathroom stallsNegatives- Crowded indoor area.- No intercom; Staff was shouting out order numbers. Ordered online and food was ready on time. They verified the person picking up which I thought was good. Food was decent I got a medium probably try a hotter level next time but it was decent. Asked for some things online like ketchup, napkins, and utensils but wasn’t in my order so for everyone else just check your order before leaving as I didn’t. We enjoyed the Mac and cheese and fries.

Cool restaurant in all it looks nice from the outside and its brand new. Im sure Ill be back here but I think they have some things to work out still. Whoever is wearing gloves handling the spicy chicken needs to switch out gloves before they handle mild chicken Im buying for my kids. Nobody would eat that chicken except for me. It ruined the experience for my wife and kids.

Starting off, food is good. Every time I eat here I always have to go back to the counter mainly because they forgot to add cheese to something I had ask for and they take care of that no problem which for me is okay since I always dine in. Biggest problem I saw today was a lady came back with her food to have her order fixed, and they remade her order. But they kept her old order after the customer had touched the food showing the employee what was wrong with it. And they gave that same order to another person a few minutes after she had left. Doing these kinds of things is unsafe practices and can get people very sick especially since she the customer who returned that food had touched and could of had dirty hands from driving etc etc

Amazing service and the food was phenom! I signed the waiver and had the reaper, let me tell you, this was at once an immediate heat sensation upon the first bite, and as you chew, the kale slaw and pickles perfectly accentuate that heat, and as you savour the last bite, youll still have that reaper as company 😌🥵🙃. Do not breath through your mouth after itll only encourage more of that good burn, or do, just so ya know ☺😏🙃 the prices are a tad high, I just hope the employees are being paid a living wage

I went to Daves hot chicken for the first time. This young gentleman named Darian helped me. He explained the different types of spices. He was very nice, helpful and polite. Typically when you go to fast food places, seldom do they take the time to explain their menu to you. I would return again. The food was good too.

The employees here have absolutely ZERO customer service skills and like to call the police on every customer who comes in with a complaint or is missing food. This has happened to a few random people already, not just one. They refuse to handle the situation appropriately and involve the police which is just a waste of everyone’s time (tax dollars) and energy. Definitely not worth it, you’re better off going to raising canes up the street; They at least have wonderful staff there ❤️

Great food, good portions, great spice, we like the extra hot and reaper. Mac and cheese is good. Download the app and the rewards are pretty good if you go frequently. It’s Pricey but it’s a lot of food for the price. People complain about the dry spice but that’s the point, it’s not tossed wings.

I am so glad to have this new business in our town because yes we have traveled to other cities to have it- the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The food was great. My favorite is the pickles on the side and don’t forget the cheese fries! Also love the strawberry shake with Oreo on top! My fav. My son likes mixing the chicken with his Mac and cheese. I go here to eat almost everyday even when theres a long line Im fine with that. How ever on the 9th they charged my card 2 times for one order so I called speaking with the manager working that day she never told me her name, said that she would refund one of the charges that was for $28.25 and told me to wait 24 hours. 2 days later the charge posted and she never refunded me after I was charged 2 times for one order. Never going here again I rather go to buffalo Jacks the employee and owner actually care and dont steal from customers.

I went to this place with a friend for the first time cause we were deciding where to go to get some chicken. Since this place is close to my house we decided to go. There were only few people inside the restaurant and we were excited to try the food since we never had it before. We both ordered and waited about 20min to get our food. When i picked up the food and open the box cause we ate inside we were both surprise that the food looks very ordinary nothing special. It was funny that they put two slices of bread that looks like its from Walmart that you can buy the whole loaf for $1. I ordered combo 1 and 2 and drinks were extra. To sum it all up for $37 the food that we got was not worth it. The fries looked like it was fried in dirty oil. The bread was very cheap. My friend end up not eating the bun cause its poor quality bread. The quality of chicken tenders was very poor looks like it was dredge in bunch of seasoning that i couldnt figure out but it was not good. Overall it was a bad experience and we will never come back. The staff at front was very nice to say the least. For the poor quality of food and high price definitely that will be the first and last time I will be here.

The service I received was okay. Id like to say im really disappointed in the food though, I really don’t know what all the hype is about. The chicken lacks on so much flavor, i got the #1 no spice and it just taste like fried chicken with no seasoning at all not even salt, it came with a slice of bread that literally resembles one that you buy from the grocery store no flavor or effort put into it. I also got 2 number 4’s one mild and one medium, they lack spice and flavor and it only comes with one piece of chicken which is not worth the price!! The fries are alright, some fries have more seasoning than others. The sandwich was also soggy after only starting to eat after 6mins. Overall the food was just so bland and tasteless, way too expensive for the price and drinks are still paid apart. I paid close to 40$ not worth it tbh!! First and last time I eat here.

By the amount of time I spent there they couldve gone to a chicken farm, get the chicken strip the feathers and fried the darn bird! I got Montezumas revenge from this place. Had a two piece chicken strip with mild and medium spice. An Uber driver delivered. Within 3 hours I couldnt leave the bathroom. Had to call off work. I will never eat from this, or any Daves Hot Chicken restaurant again.

Our food is always overcooked to the point where the chicken is hard how long do you have to cook a chicken tender and order to make it so hard that it tastes like chicken jerky. Look Im just trying to give you guys business and the reason it took me so long to actually write I reveal because I tried my hardest to give you guys every benefit of the doubt. Im in Doctor at school and I eat at Daves every single Saturday and Sunday and it is my favorite joy of the week and thats how I knew of Daves because every time I order from that Daves everything is on point and delicious. You guys have this place sitting there for over a year. Hiring the wrong staff and not ;training them correctly is detrimental to the success or the failure of the business. I highly suggest retraining your staff and teaching them how to cook. I had High expectations for this location as i waited in anticipation for the long awaited opening. I am at a disbelief in the level of basic standards & Lack of flavor the food had (ESPECIALLY THE FRIES). The fries was hard blan & left a unusual after taste on my tongue. With the major overlooking of the potatoes (If not frozen carbon copies) there was a sad attempt to sprinkle a dark color seasoning on them as to add yet anothe baffling confusion to the meal. At the cost of the #2 combo i had such high hopes. The saving grace to my meal was the freshly cooked chicken & the great service. At this time of growing companies opening doors in Hemet/San Jacinto we need Quality over Quantity. Save the FOODIE nation from going existent & WE will save business from being revolving doors in these towns. *(Some of us know what overall Quality food is & Care).* It doesnt have to be five star, But a Good Meal Goes A Long Way...
