Location is great, next to a Vietnamese restaurant that also does sushi, pretty convenient. Beds are comfortable, bathroom needs to have power exhaust. Overall great value for the the stay.
Hotel room was dirty with cobwebs and smelled of cigarettes. And how much the owner was eyeballing me. I’d think he’d be vigilant about people not smoking in the rooms. The location wasn’t great and I think staff/owners need a refresher in hospitality.
Nice clean room, looks like it was recently remodeled. Came with a fridge and microwave. Quiet hotel. Staff was great. The place filled up pretty fast so you should make a reservation in advance. I would come here again forsure. Very enjoyable stay.
The hotel was very clean. Staff were very attentive and responsive. The pool was perfect. They even directed us to local entertainment and good food. Also they’re centrally located so everything was within walking distance.
Worst stay EVER!! THEY DONT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY! 99% of motels return your deposit withing 2-4 days. This motel is doing a OLD Vagas scam.. They actually charge your account for the deposit once you have left. Then say its gonna take 7-14 days to return your deposit. Whats really happing is He is taking the money and putting it into his account collecting huge amounts of interest .. 54 rooms a day keeping $5400 each day..in ten days that $54,000.. we are talking a lot of money... wouldnt be hard to bust these guys.

The service was the high point of my experience here and it was just okay. The room was in serious need of renovation from years of use, the breakfast was abysmal with some Costco granola bars thrown in a container or the cheap sugar pastry you get for a dollar.

Cute, quiet, and clean...was my review for my first stay. This time, Im a bit disappointed. The bedspread had bits of leaves all over it, there was a used towel hanging over the shower rod, and the guests below me were partying until 2am. I called the front desk to complain around 12:45am and the night clerk quickly warned them, but they only turned their music down/off. They continued to talk loudly (sounded like at least 6 people in the room) until just after 2am. 😴
I didnt have a card with the resources we needed so I paid. Cash. I thought it weird they wouldnt give me a receipt but they absolutely refused. We stay without further issue. I go to the front to get my receipt and my deposit back ($100 cash). My friend whom I rented the room with had his girlfriend come and pick him up and she has a dog. The manager said the dog violated the agreement and he was not going to return the deposit. I called Wyndham and to my surprise, I was never registered there. My name is nowhere in their records but the cash is still gone.
Roaches. Stayed in first floor room 328 (people-with-disabilities room) and on my three night stay, each evening entering the room I encountered a roach on the desk. On the final night I opened the microwave and there was a big roach scurrying toward me and it startled me enough that I dropped my bowl of rice. I pulled out the microwave and managed to find and catch 4 more roaches, for a total of 8 roaches. I went to the front desk and asked to use a vacuum to clean up the rice but she said it was too late and to use a towel instead (I used the ice container lid). The roach problem ruined my stay and it could have easily been avoided if they had added weather stripping to cover that darn gaping hole under the front door.
For my trip 1/8/-1/10/19...The room was not what u would call clean to any standards. The walls, baseboards were extremely filthy. There were old orange peels in the ice bucket with a new bag.. The coffee maker was dirty. The toilet roll holder had an open space behind which hasnt been cleaned in forever. I used a bag to cover the remote, wasnt even going to trust that it was clean. The carpet was old and dirty, wore shoes all the time. I wish I had taken pictures but didnt. The room was not worth the money I spent, it should be rated at lower then it is. One good thing is that I didnt have to stay in there for long period of times. I used one of my sheets from home that I know is clean to sleep on and my own blanket and pillow because the bed didnt look fresh.
Really wonderful, high-quality bed and bedding. I wanted to buy the pillows! Really long and medium soft. Perfect!
I have to say I’m confused about the negative reviews. The place has been remodeled. Has a good size fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly and got me in early to my room. I have zero complaints. Also, a very nice pool area and close to downtown. If we come back here definitely will stay again. People need to not be so critical I feel. $109.00 a night hotel and way nicer then 200 hotels I’ve stayed at
When I checked in I was told that there was an area for dogs, there was no place to walk my dog. Very disappointed
When I arrived there were homeless people everywhere was worried my truck would be broke into. the room was dirty the carpet was stained and had hair all over. the bathroom was gross dirty tub and shower. there were cockroaches in the room and it smelled kike a wet dog.
Visited for two days Dec 2018. The room was nice, but the bed was quite firm and I generally prefer a softer bed. The shower water pressure was exceptionally high which I prefer to low water pressure. The toilet paper holder was missing though. The pool was drained, but maybe because it was December. Overall it was a fine stay.
We had to come to ukiah for a family emergency and our other hotel messed up our reservation so didnt have a room for us it was middle of night we had a kid with us and my husband and I are disabled and emotionalyl exhausted so we called this front desk and the staff was so kind and understanding and made room for us..we were pleasantly surprised how large the rooms and beds were! It was a very clean hotel and was quiet all night which was a plus for us. Was so happy to find coffee maker fridge and microwave without asking. It was worth the few dollars more to have such an awesome room and awesome staff
Loved the high wood ceiling, king size bed, friendly staff. It had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, tea and coffee in the room. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast offered was okay. There was biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, milk peanut butter, jelly, butter, boiled eggs. The floor creaked a lot when walking on it. I was in an upstairs room, Im hoping I wasnt too loud for the people downstairs. If you forgot any toiletries, you could ask at the front desk for some complementary items (like a razor, shaving cream or deodorant). The room also comes with soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner and a shower cap.

The rooms were not the cleanest and the walls were not very soundproof. The sheets were soft, blankets a bit threadbare and the tub didnt drain properly. Nice updated granite and tile for bathroom area. Husband said nothing shady going on here and room was adenquate but he didnt like breakfast. Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, various breads and biscuits and gravy with coffee and juices.
Me and my husband showed up around 10pm . The room they gave us smelled disgusting, like a big smelly bathroom and the customer service sucked. We got in the room our bed had no blankets on it and when we asked for them to bring some up they said “ oh your blankets are between the sheets” and hung up. So we called back again and said no there were no blankets and they said well you can come walk down to the office and get some. Aside from that our bed had black crumbs on it. Would not come back ever again or even recommend anyone else coming here ! I would rather sleep on the streets then back at this place .
Our room was pretty clean and beds were comfy. Our room was an updated one I think. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, coffee., If ur driving a truck with trailer, you can park near the restaurant side. We drove a big 26 box truck and had no trouble. Staff was kind. Wyndham rewards* I would definitely stay again
Everywhere else was booked.It would have been worth to drive further or spend more somewhere else. The walls are thin, the light shines through the blinds all night so its hard to sleep. The sheets and blankets are paper thin. And the parking is right by your window so obviously the dudes and the trucks idling in the morning. :(Cleanish.
Room is fine but you can hear everything your neighbors do. staff is unprofessional! The guy working told us we had to pay $150 deposit and we explained we didn’t know and when we said that my boyfriend got upset and told him we don’t have the money on us. Worker became disrespectful and rude to me when my boyfriend left to go to the car. Would NOT help us at all! When we had the money he didn’t want to rent to us for whatever reason
We had an excellent stay which nearly earned 5 stars. The room was renectly renovated and modernly decorated; the wooden boards on the ceiling (2nd floor) looked great. The room was very tidy and clean overall (though I did find a large cobweb in the corner). The venetian blinds were lovely but didnt manage to keep out all the external light (which was very bright and illuminated the parking lot). Breakfast had a wide range available and the swimming pool was pretty clean though lacked sun loungers (only 2). Would definitely stay again.
Things have changed here; I must find another hotel. It is always noisy here now and was not that way the last five years. I always liked the rooms here. But there is no value for someone who works. It’s noisy, the wireless never worked, there is no ironing board or iron. So it’s obvious they do not care about clients doing business. They now cater more to construction workers. The second star is for the nice counter staff. But I have spent my last day at Days Inn Ukiah.
Since no disabled rooms with roll in showers in any Willits hotel/motels I booked in Ukiah which had one. Nice and clean a little issue though when paying cash. Overrall good stay. Ill be back!
Nice quiet and very good price when you get a deal on it. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but its included, so I cant complain to much. They even offer you a one time use toothbrush with paste and a throw away razor if you ask.
Room is a bit dated and small but the bed is pretty comfortable. All the employees weve encountered have been nice. Up here for a memorial so its a good enough place to stay for the weekend.
I’ve never had such a bad experience with a “hotel” before. The manager told me that we would only be charged the amount of our stay only for me later to look at my bank account and have all the money taken out of my account from several charges being held on my account from the Days Inn in Ukiah. The carpet was not vacuumed, there are giant chunks of the carpet missing. The mini fridge is disgusting with belongings from previous guests. The walls are not sound proof at all. The bathrooms are tiny and dated, the shower moldy. DO NOT STAY HERE. If so make it your last option.
Slightly above basic place to spend the night - king bed, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, tv, free Wi-Fi, high wood ceilings, coffee maker, full length mirror, decently lighted bathroom, pool (we only stayed the night & didnt use the pool, so I cant state its cleanliness or status, just that I saw they had one). Not sure if theres an ice machine. The room was clean and not smelly, and very presentable. It was the cheapest place we could find on our route, and I am grateful it was a clean and safe place to rest our heads for the night.Edit: We woke up too late for breakfast and didnt try their restaurant the description says they have. But there are plenty of fast food places on the strip, so its not a big deal.
Well, this was not 59 as advertised. It was 88 and that was with a discount. Im just passing through on a road trip I wasnt staying. The place was very ran down and dated! Not worth it at all! The Indian lady that checked us in - owner/operator - unknown - but was curt and rude. The walls are very thin and many noises will wake one up... doors slamming - people talking in the next room (stuff youd like to not be privy to). The towels are dirty. You know when they are so old they cant get the stains out with bleaching (jeez I hope they bleach them) yeah - stains. Not a fan. I dont wright reviews - but, I had to say something on this joint. Be warned. :) Happy travels.

This is one of the nicest places in Ukiah. I stayed for a week during work in the area and I was quite impressed with modern look in the cleanliness compared to some other places around town. This one is definitely in the top 10% for the entire area and I would highly recommend to anybody.

I knew something was up, when the manager asked, if I wanted my room made up?? Which I did. It turned out they never made up my room or even changed the towels. The microwave and coffee pit looked like something our of the 70,s. I will skip this place on the next visit.
The stay and rooms were really clean and nice. The breakfast and hospitality was good.
Anytime I come back through Ukiah this will be the only place Ill stay. The layout of the rooms is perfect almost like a studio apartment. (Vs you know how some hotel rooms are long and skinny) window in the bathroom was a plus
This place is not clean at all I was so not impressed never again. We had to pay 15 dollars per dog I find my dogs are cleaner then the room. No vent in the bathroom things spilled all over on the walls and very dark in the room it self.
Travelling with my mom and made the choice to stay here. I hope everyone reads reviews as this is a motel to avoid!!! The clerk was disheveled, with very poor hygiene. Shirt was beyond wrinkled and hanging out of pants on one side. The room he first put us in had a smell and was dirty to the point one could not even begin to overlook, so I had my mom go sit in the car. Returned to desk, advised clerk there was no way we could stay there and to please give money back, to which he refused and led me to another room. This one smelled a little better, however, I do not believe it had been cleaned in quite some time. By this time, due to late hour and having been on road all day, we took blankets from our trunk, rolled bedding back and slept rolled up in only that. I only had to exit the bed twice to kill a spider, and unknown other flying bug....needless to say, not much sleep. The rooms are dark, dirty, and do not feel secure, especially with the men stumbling in and falling against our door at 0100 in the morning. I will never, ever stay at a Days Inn again. The description of this motel, and its location on their website is very misrepresented. Take heed, spend a little more money, and move up the road.
I picked up a friend who had just rented a room there. He was horrified, as was I, at the quality of the room. There was a marijuana roach in the one working freestanding lamp, a live roach crawling across the wall plugged drain in the sink, exposed wire in the thermostat in the refrigerator, and the walls looked like a prison. He literally walked away from the $70+ rental fee, rather than stay the night there. Terrible, nasty, and foul is how Id describe it.
It was fine for a place to sleep. Their continental breakfast was good. Nirmal stuff, plus biscuits and gravy. My room was clean. A new keycard lock wasnon it but i couldnt close and lock my door until i fixed it. Im handy that way. New tv with Dish network. Nice peiple. Older place
Pretty nice for a Days inn. Quite, the room was clean (cleaner than my last stay at Bear River Resort). Nothing fancy about it but great for a nights sleep.
This location had a group check in. Once in their room they found that the bathroom was filthy. Figuring it would not be a big deal to get it rectified they called the office and notified them of this issue. This group (friends of mine) had driven their bikes down and stored them at a dealership.The poor excuse for management called them back stating that he was refunding their money and throwing them out. They now find themselves stuck on a curb with all their luggage and no vehicles because some pathetic lazy shlub did not do their job.Having worked in Management I will say that this man should be terminated immediately.
Right off 101, Friendly hosts, furniture is a little worn but each room has the basics- cable tv, wifi, fridge, microwave, blow drier. Firm bed and strong shower. Outdoor pool w handicapped access. Close to grocery stores, fast food, wineries and outdoor activities. Plenty to keep you busy while youre in the area and a decent place to sleep when you get done.
Im in town for work twice a month. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Convenient location. And a very nice family who own/operate it. I recommend it

Stayed here 6 years ago. It was pretty good then and a little better now.Most Days Inns used to be run down dive motels. Someone nuts them and fixes them up.This is one of the nicer ones.

Dead spider in the bathroom, noisy at night. People one floor taking a shower sounded like a jet engine starting up. On a less important note, WiFi was dreadful, kept dropping my connections about every 5-10 minutes.
This was one of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. Rooms are small, dark and depressing. Staff is rude, slow and disrepectfull. Will never go back again,I do recommend the discovery inn just down the street!

15 minutes in the lobby ringing the bell and setting off the door sensor and no one came to the front desk. Went to motel 6. Cheaper and had my room reserved in less than 5 minites.
Adequate. Not as bad as some in the area, but its definitely started to get a little shabby and run down over the past few years. Could do with a refresh. Still reasonably clean and no bugs.
Someone had stolen my phone, and it with the person who took it, I was able to track it down that night to this hotel. Another hotel that seems to cater to those of lower life. Thieves, ladies of the night and drug dealers. Be aware.
We stayed here on May 10th and 11th 2019... Not bad... Not great... It was quite and clean, and the price was a little on the high side for what it was... the room was ok... the floor in spots squeaked, was very annoying... the bathroom could use a handyman... but at the end of the day... it provide a clean, quite and safe place to stay the night...

2024-06-12 00:52:39For what it is I AM HAPPY WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES THEY OFFER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND I DONT HAVE A COMPLAINT ONE. Its a steal of a deal for this area, supper happy customer sitting poolside with a smile.

2023-12-21 04:29:36I am in love with this place. It is the best motel ever. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. I like this place cause first it has good customer service the lobby smelled and look good the rooms were clean and it came with refrigerator a microwave and a bunch of other cool stuff. There was great food and free breakfast. There was a sushi place right in that area and a lot of stores and activities there. Would definitely recommend 10 out of ten actually you know what it broke the scale best hotel ever!!!!! ( go right now lol)

2023-09-21 04:09:30Great customer service, we didn’t think we’d make it due to a highway closure and when we called to cancel it was no big deal, guy was super nice. Then the highway reopened and we managed to make it after all and when we called back he reinstated our booking no problem. Room looks and smells clean, perfect for the night. Happy we made it here!

2024-03-05 07:04:38Worst experience ever, have traveled from across the country staying at many hotels, motels, bnbs you name it. This by far is the worst we have ran into. Have 2 small children that heard a manager yelling at me because we had 2 dogs not 1. Called the cops he was so mad and my poor children had to hear this all, could have just asked us to leave wouldnt recommend this hotel for any living organism.

2023-07-15 23:27:38It’s interesting to read these reviews, as some are high and some are quite low and describe a completely different place and experience from the one we had. We didn’t see any cockroaches or bedbugs, and the room was clean, but small. We don’t stay at ‘inns’ for breakfast, so it didn’t matter what they served, and the staff that we met with or were greeted by were all nice. The price was right, and I would stay here again.

2023-07-14 17:03:12Renovated during COVID. Owner sprays for pets every 15 days preventative. CLEAN. No bugs. Microwave. Fridge. Hot water with strong water pressure. Nice pool (better than best western). Restaurant. Ac worked very well with super cold air, but it took a couple hours to really get the room temp down since it wasnt on prior to arrival. There isnt a great place to let the dogs go to the restroom. Would recommend / stay again.

2023-10-15 14:39:48I stayed twice this month to work. Motel parking lot was well lighted. The rooms were modern and the bed was comfortable. Everything I could ask for, at a reasonable price. I will stay here again for sure! 👍

2023-06-26 04:37:06I pulled up after a nine hour drive, plugged my car in (because they offer destination charging for electric vehicle) figured I’d plug it in before checking in so I could be more efficient. The front desk employee steps out and immediately speaks to me rudely as if I am trying to score free charging. I mention that I am staying at the hotel…I come to check in and I am clearly a little bit annoyed. He isn’t pleased with the fact that I am frustrated and begins to refract back to me. He keeps mentioning the fact they don’t offer free charging, which confuses me because I’m clearly booked into the hotel. I am exhausted, I am a single women travelling alone and just want somewhere safe to stay…he refused my business and cancels my reservation ending with me in a sobbing teary eyed state. The customer service is terrible here, he clearly became upset because I was obviously annoyed and frustrated. The typical male not wanting to listen or deal with a tired and frustrated female wanting some simple answers. I have travelled up and down the coast from Canada down to LA and not once at any hotel I have stayed at have I received such blatant disrespect and questioning about using the destination chargers that are available to guests. I admit I wasn’t pleasant to deal with and could have been a lot nicer and compliant but at the same time I was triggered. Anyways…worst experience I’ve had at any hotel ever.
