They say Im always at DDs! They do have different inventory, similar but it may be a different color or print. This store has longer lines when its time to pay.

The store is a nice value like TJ MAXX. Its clean and well staffed. A great deal of selection, but not the kind of place to go looking for something specific. Its hit and miss kind of place that has bargains. Staff are pleasant though not the kind that offer help. Youll have to seek them out. Enjoy the shopping.

I was sold something defective and wasnt able to get my money back. Return policy is to only give store credit, which is awful. Never buy a gift from here. Nobody wants a gift card to a cheap store like this. That would be nice if this store shut down and another store moved into its building.

The cashier forgot to give me everything that I purchased. When I went to pick it up the next day it was like whatever for them. I didnt like the way they handle these kind of issues. Plus they dont have a restroom for their customers.

Ill never shop at another dds discount store ever again. Especially the one on Ventura Road in Oxnard. I bought my daughter some ear buds that were packaged in a box. As soon as we got in our car my daughter opened the box and there were NO ear buds. So we turned around and drove back to the store where they wouldnt give my cash back even though they essentially sold me nothing. Instead and against my objections, they gave me a paper merchandise return card that looks like itd been in someones back pocket, all grubby and used-looking. When I asked for the managers managers phone number, I was told to call corporate. I ask for that phone number and was told to look online. There was no number on their website. I did see that theyre affiliated with Ross so I guess Ill call them . I understand their return policy but since they sold me nothing, I expected my money back. Never again.

I was totally blown away by this place. Im a pleasantly plump woman and never dreamed Id find some very discounted but very nice clothing there. We were actually there to visit my husbands favorite Pho restaurant and on a whim, I wanted to duck in there. I was really surprised at the selection of stuff in my size. In fact, I found an entire outfit to wear to my husbands dressy casual office Christmas party. I have two residences. One in Alabama and one in California. I really wish Alabama had one of these stores. The closest one to me is 70 miles away so Ill only be able to visit it when Im in that area, which is only a couple of times per year. Either way, just give it a go. Im sure youll find something youll want and be amazed, like I was, at the price.

Although the prices are cheaper than Rosss, so is the quality.. The stars are for the cleanliness and staff friendliness.. Not a place for the petite. Ample parking though n not very difficult to find.
