There is a very friendly woman who works there who just makes you happy when you see her. She seems genuinely happy to do her job. I like standing and waiting for the food so I can just watch her. Such a pleasant feeling.

By far the BEST Del Taco location in the Coachella Valley. Food is fresh,hot,correct and fast. I always dread ordering food with alternate ingredients because people dont listen, not here. The Staff from the person taking my order to the person taking my money friendly and great customer service. I Love being surprised by Fast Food restaurants being on point.

Came here tonight the line was kind of long. We had 4 cars in front of us that hadnt made it to the order yet. We spent around 20 minutes from when we got in line to when we received our food. The quesadilla was cold cheese wasnt melted. The tacos were loaded with lettuce very little meat and cheese. The chili cheese fries had plenty of chili and cheese. The strawberry shake was good love that they still use ice cream.

First of all, they gave me lukewarm fries and old as well! Second, the chili on my chili cheese fries was barely even warm. It was not at temperature safety temperature! I asked for the manager but a young lady said she was on break so she help me out but she was pretty rude or didn’t know how to respond just to say “ I don’t know what you want me to do ?’ I advised her that she needs to get the chili to temperature but she just kept on saying I don’t know what you want me to do I can remake it for you, but it’s gonna be the same thing so I just asked for a refund. And third I got a del combo burrito, but the meat was barely even warm as well. I did ask if they could remake it and for some reason it was really nice and hot. Great customer service is not being practiced now. In all aspects of the restaurant business not just Del taco but unfortunately I experience this type of service atthis del taco location frequently.

I always come in the middle of the night, because I work until midnight. The food always comes out quickly and correct even though sometimes there are long lines. There’s this young man that works graveyard and he always seems to be in a great mood. I don’t know his name but he’s always really nice when I come to del taco.

I rarely ever write reviews for fast food. Everyone knows what you are going to get in terms of quality and service. This particular location has such a friendly staff. I visited on January 31 sometime in the early afternoon. The staff helped me out with an order change (my fault) and were just so kind. I really think they must do a wonderful job here because they looked like they had great teamwork and chemistry. I just think that their excellent level of service and care should be mentioned. We will likely be back the next time we are visiting the area.

Del Taco has surpassed that other taco place, as my favorite Mexican fast food. The food is always good, still meaty, and still reasonably priced. They still offer their original beef burrito. The other one discontinued theirs several years back. And, Del Taco pico de gallo is the best Ive had...anywhere! Yum. I cant get enough of it. When I have DT for dinner, I always get it to go. Then come home and pour a Golden Margarita to have with it. The perfect pairing! 😊

I stop here on my way home from work frequently, The on the doors say the lobby is open until midnight, yet the last few times Ive tried to stop the doors have been locked and only the drive thru is open. This Cathedral City Del Taco is WOW! We went in about 10 pm, the Manager on duty ( I cant remember her name, but I remember her smile and attitude) made you feel like we came to her house for dinner and the crew followed suit. Definitely go back during the night shift.

Been going to this place for a while now and usually the food is pretty good but I regularly get cold fries. This last time I got fries that were both overcooked and left to sit because they were cold and considering a macho number 1 is about half fries, I feel like it killed half of my meal. This branch is not the best. While service is fast, the quality of the food has been lacking every time we visit. Its not that its terrible, just not made well. Things like dry chicken, mushy tomatoes, and food not neatly put together. We usually skip this one and go to the one on Ramon near Walmart, even if its further.

Well we came here cause we just got done with a tournament. Mind you its Dec 8 drive through is busy customers at counter 4 orders on screen and instead of working they all decide they want to open presents. Our food was cold customer in front of us had to go back 2 times to get warm food. Among the many fast food places Del Taco is a top favorite. They added $1 mini ice cream floats in 5 flavors. Everything they serve is from fresh ingredients chopped, sliced, cooked in each store. Eating in or take out they always ask for your name so youre not just a number. Your receipt is also a coupon for your next visit.

I do drive thru here at this Cathedral City location at least twice a week.The food is always fresh, there is a reason for the long line, but you get out quick. The service is also amazing! The drive thru person, I believe her name is Candelaria ?(Im so sorry if thats not how you spell it) is ALWAYS smiling, laughing and provides GREAT service. She needs a raise! Taco Thursdays are my favorite, the cook isnt stingy with the cheese and chicken. Stop by you wont be disappointed.
