This spot is a must-go in Highland Park! Their menu is authentically Mexican and so vegan friendly. We ordered the vegan chilaquiles and they were perfectly spicy, and the vegan egg and cheese on top was delicious. The Brewchata (cold brew + horchata) was also amazing. Will be back again soon to try their tamales and aguas frescas!They were so friendly and there’s plenty of seating inside if you want to stay and eat there. Love to support a local Latina-owned business that’s been around for a long time in the neighborhood!

Best pan dulce, and tortas! Coffee is on-point too!I recently tried the milanesas torta for first time and WOW! So yummy, great bread, love the fresh veggies (esp the cabbage crunch) and the milanesa was tender and not greasy. I am hesitant to get tortas bc of their mess and heavy feeling in stomach after, but this rocked. A new fave ❤️

The service here is amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. We ordered the vegan flan, pan dulce, and cafe de olla. The flan had a bit of a bite to it, and the cafe was too sweet for me, but the pan dulce was solid. Total for everything was only $25! I can’t wait to go back and try the vegan queso fresco.

This place is amazing if youre vegan! They have vegan versions of conchas, empanadas, and other pan dulces. Theyre so good I ate an empanada and half a cuernito before our food came. They also have an assortment of vegan food options from vegan pozole to chilaquiles, to tortas. They chilaquiles are great, you can get them with tofu scramble. We also tried a vegan milanesa torta which was fantastic. The vegan options here are extensive and they have an area dedicated to grab and go vegan options. Most of the shop is dedicated to non-vegan pan dulces so theres options for everyone!

This place isnt just a bakery, its a great place to grab a quick bite from. They have options of sandwiches and wraps available in the grab and go section. This place has vegan horchata, hot chocolate, and conchitas. Dont worry they have regular sweet bread and bolillo. Cakes, flan, rice pudding, and jello are available in individual servings. Tres leches cakes are available already made to pick up. Every thing is freshly made. The checkout time was a little long but it was busy when I was there at around 5:30/6.

So the torta is just incredible. I got the cubano and bruh, half of it was enough for me. Super good. My bf and I like the torta a lot.We will say that the pan dulce about six months ago was at its peak. Incredible. Soft. Delicious. I’m not sure what happened and then the sweet bread just hasn’t been the same. I eat the vegan version of concha’s because #eggallergy. The vegan options were so soft and great and then after a small hiatus, when the vegan option came back it just wasn’t the same. I was disappointed. I gave it a few tries and we just stopped coming. But today we came back, and the tortas were spot on so good. And the vegan concha was actually softer and not as dense…like, ok, it’s not what it was but, we decided that we will come back.Delicias, thank you for the concha today. I was not disappointed. We will be back.

This cafe is wonderful!! It has a really great vibe; it’s peaceful and cute and a great place to spend your morning. The coffee and Mexican bread I tried were amazing too!! You can tell everything is really high quality. I would high recommend trying!!

I came here to have a vegan concha and it more than met my memory of what a concha could be . we ordered the churro flavor and also strawberry . so light and fluffy very fresh, super delightful . being vegan this is such a treat, im writing this review to urge all vegans to experience this lil slice of heaven .

THE BEST VEGAN PAN DULCE EVER!!!! I love this bakery, they offer a lot of Vegan options not just sweet bread. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The only down side is there is no parking sometimes so you have to park in the Bank of America parking, street or on the red zone lol But its worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was looking for a specific type of pastry called Mil Hojas, (Thousand leaves), was told they do carry it, but didnt have it at the moment. The young lady at the counter recommended similar pastry called The Book, bought two... it was freaking delicious! Went back for more, wanted the complete volume 😅. The aguas frescas sound intriguing, will try next time.This place is really nice and the atmosphere was delightful. Will definitely be back, from DLTA to Highland Park, worth the drive.

I forgot to buy some pan dulce before leaving back home to Albuquerque. Googled pan dulce and Delicias was the closest place that was open so early. This was the best decision of my life! The Conchas are so amazingly soft and buttery. It’s a concha on a dinner roll basically. All of the pan dulce tasted amazing. I would recommend to anyone that loves pan dulce, this is my forever stop for sweet bread anytime I make a trip back home!

Highland Park Gem....Mexican Bread and Coffee. As you walk in the air of fresh baked one of a kind bread fills the air. You can select from Mexican bread classics....Conchas...Orejas...Empanadas...and ever soft Bollios. The location is quaint....they also have cakes...Tres Leches...or Strawberry...your pick. Tamales! If you like this original....have beef...pork...or dulce tamales..very good...its the masa they use. Big orders require call ahead of time. Overall a nice little dive that provides a traditional treat.

What happens is that in this store they are very bad every day, I mean the cashiers are very slow. There is a skinny girl who sometimes doesnt want to serve people, she says she doesnt speak Spanish, she doesnt know a lot, well, and thats not right, so the Its just true that I give them two stars minimum or maximum Im very sorry but thats my point of view So get your act together and correct all the cashiers all the cashiers
