2023-06-30 05:14:51The food was exceptionally good, and there were some things Id never had before. The big tray chicken and frog hot pots were great, and the fish fragrant eggplant was one of the best Ive had.The standout dish for me was the intestine and potato though. Just enough Sichuan pepper, and a clean bell pepper fragrance. A nice combination of textures too. Will recommend this place to everyone.

2023-06-20 05:53:20I’ve been here a few times already. The grilled fish is the way to go. I usually add some fatty beef and some vegetables. Very authentic, very spicy. I recommend trying to sausage/ham combo as well, super good.

2022-11-01 03:58:04Disappointed with the food here. Don’t think the chef is experienced with Chengdu cooking. The cold noodle is lacking some flavor from Chengdu. The vegetable dish is quite salty. The chili chicken dry pot is not dry and the chicken is not tender. This is the first time ever I see chicken feet inside this kind of dish. Chengdu Taste and Chengdu Impression are 2 much better alternatives in the area. This place was quite empty during lunch time which probably tells us something. Definitely would not return.

2022-10-30 20:10:48First time at Delicious Chengdu and it was amazing! We were in the mood for a spicy, authentic dry hot chicken and this hit the spot! All the flavors for each dish were perfectly balanced. We love spicy food and this was a good spice but the flavors werent overpowered by the spice. All and all amazing experience. We came for the dry chicken (its called popcorn chicken on the menu). Amazing with a heaping amount of the dry Szechwan peppers. Next time, I will upgrade to the extra spicy for an extra $2 to see how that is ;)We also ordered the mapo tofu, string beans and fried rice. Everything was balanced. And the best part of our dinner was it was a massive amount of food. We took about half of each item home and cant wait to have that as our lunch today.Thank you again for the wonderful experience and we will be back for sure!

2022-03-13 08:22:00Driving for 45 minutes to eat this pot! it’s bigger than 4 ppls’ faces!!This post contains some vegetables, chicken feet, chicken, lotus root, and potatoes. Its very delicious! Four people are super full to finish this pot😹My favorite is their classic fish with pickled cabbage. This plate is about the size of three peoples faces. I also drank the soup so much that I shed tears because it was a bit spicy but delicious! 🤪The chicken must be ordered! I cant eat peanuts but I still ate them because its too delicious. I cant be the one who didnt eat them (if you cant eat peanuts, please remember to ask them not to add peanuts)👍🏻The pork ear giving me a clear taste because I ordered a lot of meat, so I can exchange the flavor. You can get a free drink by reviewing on google and yelp ~ 🚨 plus showing my review on the xiaohongshu app can get the 10% off! 2023-08-07 16:14:24Buyer beware: never order takeout from this restaurant! All youll get is a mountain of onions, hot peppers, and something they call soup. It looks like theyve just packaged up leftovers! Theres no meat in the dishes, they dont even spare you a potato. All youll see are scant chicken bones and necks.I will never buy from this place again!

2022-01-23 05:48:56Came for the frog on a recommendation, but its out of season. Waiter said customers were complaining about how frozen ones tasted.Had the Duck and Tilapia in green broth. Couldnt give you their specific names, but was good nonetheless.

2023-05-29 03:00:44I previously came across various positive reviews recommending this restaurant online, but if you are planning to give it a try, I strongly advise against it! This is an extremely disappointing and inauthentic Sichuan restaurant that left me furious. The taste is incredibly poor, and this meal made me extremely upset. The flavors lacked any distinctiveness except for being overly salty. The grilled fish had acceptable fish meat, but the accompanying side dishes were also unappetizing. Their specialty dish, Braised Cauliflower with Preserved Pork, which I ordered as takeout, was poorly prepared. It was not only underfilled but also contained only two slices of preserved pork. We spent a total of $120 on three dishes for two people, and it was an incredibly terrible experience!
