Diana was such a delight to have as a waitress. I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met a waitress there who had to be recognized publicly. Diana was her name and she was phenomenal. She is great and catered to the four children in the group. She was prompt, smart, caring, funny and knowledgable about the food. She just had this friendly demeanor about her that made us all happy.

This place has definitely improved from the last time I’ve been here. The waiter was extremely friendly, and the food was good. Everything came quickly and overall was a good meal. This plate was around 10 dollars including the pancakes which is a steal if you ask me.

We dined in as a party of 4. The wait to be seated was about 20 min on a Saturday morning. It didn’t take us long to have our drink order taken or our food once seated. The disappointment came in when 3 out of 4 of us were served parts of our meal only 1 was served their full meal of nachos. I was served eggs and bacon but not my French toast. Another member of our party was served has browns and sausage without the pancakes. About 10 min after the waitress came back and asked if everything was okay. My response was “we don’t have everything” about another 10-15 min passed and I was brought my French toast at which point they were cold as well as the eggs and bacon. My daughters meal was finally brought but also missing the onion rings from her skillet. It is in bad taste to serve only portions of one’s meal and not serve everyone at the table. Improvements are needed. The two stars is truly for kindness and professionalism of the staff who greeted and waited on us.

Came here after a concert, we got sat promptly and placed an order. The food was incorrect. So I asked for it to be replaced. No big deal right? But than the manager came out like 30 min into everyone’s meal (which I’m waiting for mines to be reordered) and ask if we have a problem because we are hassling the waitress. I was confused because I was just waiting for my meal . My spouse pancakes were still uncooked in the middle and we had those returned. The excuse we got was the lady who took my order wasn’t really a waitress but someone who was helping to take orders.

If there was an option where I can do no stars I would so qualify it like that. Not for costumer services but for how my cup of coffee was dirty. I asked the waitress to please change my husbands and my cup but once she came back with the other cup of coffee it was simply worse. It had dry stains of coffee and lipstick.

They bring the small kids crayons and little puzzles to keep them busy also. Its a nice place to eat with decent prices and good quality food.

Door Dash review. I recently ordered through door dash and I did not receive my complete order, sauces were missing, no condiments added or utensils even as indicated in the notes section. The Sampler was a disappointment, the chicken was burnt, only 2 onion ring, and the mozzarella sticks had a dab of cheese. The marinara sauce spilled all over due to no lid. Will reconsider ordering through the app. Expensive prices for low quality food.

Tonight I went to dinner with my grandson and my daughter, I was at the entrance for more than 15 minutes and no one attended me at all, they only looked at the people who were waiting to be served or offered to sit down, the manager passed by. and 2 servers, they only looked at us out of the corner of their eyes and never asked if we were going to have dinner there or to take away!!! but if they had time to go to collect the check of 3 people they already withdrew !!! There were no more than 3 tables that were served, only 2 orders on their screens, and according to the manager, they were very busy and there was no staff to serve us!!!! She looked annoyed with attitude and bad! If you dont like your job, quit! I chose to retire, it was the first time I went to that place, and my experience was terrible and I dont plan on going back to that place!!! lousy customer service!!!!!! I hope they put more efficient employees with a good attitude!!!!

Service extremely slow. So slow I even started to order my meal online. My food came out cold as if it was sitting in the holding area for too long. How are boiled eggs cold? The first thing I noticed walking in here is that the place is sweltering hot. No A/C? Why? Then there were lots of people waiting to be seated, no big deal it was a Sunday around noon thats understandable. The biggest problem was the service. Took forever to get basic things like water, napkins and salt. Had to flag down the waitress because she never once stopped at my table to see if I needed anything. Then she would leave for so long that I wondered if shed forgotten. I wondered if it was just me being ignored but when I looked up there were no waitresses at ANY of the tables. Lots of kids screaming which I actually didnt mind because I like kids but its not for everyone. There are waves of heat radiating from somewhere in the restaurant every few seconds and I cant even drink water because my glass has been empty for 20 minutes. Eggs were good, turkey bacon was good though very undercooked. Pancakes tasted weird. Im not from here, is poor service just an L.A. thing?

Seated at a little before 4:00pm. It’s now 4:17pm and we were asked for our order. There’s only 5 tables and there’s 4 woman I see just standing around in the back. It shouldn’t take longer than 10 minutes to take our order let alone asking if we want any drinks. Best Denny’s ever. I hadn’t been to one in years and when I walked in I was surprised by the nice ambiance. The manager who brought me my food was super nice and continued to check on me throughout my visit. I could quickly tell that she’s a great manager. The burger was cooked perfectly and the menu was way better than I remember. I wouldnt hesitate to go to this Denny’s again in the future.

Im not sure if they even clean under their tables correctly because when I was waiting for my order, my knee started burning, swelling and I later found out that it was a spider bite and it didn’t heal until a week after…. The parking lot is just way too small given the inside of the restaurant like there are literally more tables than there are parking spaces so I have no idea what they think theyre doing here. Its also kind of dirty in the immediate area and the store doesnt look that much better on the inside so Id avoid this place personally. Luckily I was only going here to meet a client quickly and then we went somewhere else.

One of the employees who shall be name less for one reason or another. Was under the impression that I was a homeless man who was just trying to used the restroom. I try to explain that I was a paying customer having dinner with my wife. Never judge a a person by the way they look in my case I just got off work and sometimes I dont look like a million bucks. Very pleasant employees. Went in to get a quick bite after I got out of work. The nice lady with the colored eyes took my order. I didnt know what to actually get and she asked me what I was feeling like having breakfast, sandwich/burger or dinner. I said I felt like having dinner and she recommended the Bourbon chicken skillet that that was her favorite and the way she described it made my mouth water. I even saw her in the kitchen cooking the orders she took. When she finally came out I asked her why was she cooking and nicely she responded that her cook was on break and she explained that being part of the management team she was trained to cook. I honestly had never seen that. So Ms. Ruby you and your employees keep up the good work. By the way she was right on with the Bourbon Skillet it was delicious.

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and I love the service, most of the workers are very friendly. Today I went with my family to dinner and they took a while but always very friendly. The only thing that is not fair to me, is that it is a lot of work for a single waiter, the poor man was running and running to be able to serve all the tables. Place is pretty great. I always go there to have breakfast with my family. Staff is polite and service is great. They could probably do a better job at cleaning the tables, chairs, etc. But overall, great restaurant. All Denny’s are pretty much great, but this one in particular is my favorite go to for any meal (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) if you want to sit down and eat somewhere that’s not exactly fast food but still affordable if you’re on a budget like myself. I recommend.

Sausage was under cooked, burger patty melting apart and i had to raise my voice just to get attention for drink refills.Waited 25 mins to get a drink order in. There were only 4 tables with people. I went on a Sunday, so it was packed! I went in as a group of three and the wait time was about 10-15 minutes. The time seemed to pass by so slow, due to the fact that they only had one person at the front desk with a line of people inside and some sitting outside. This was about the only thing that I did not enjoy, the food was decent, I ordered a lumberjack and the toast it came with was cold and kind of hard as if it were already previously toasted prior to me ordering it. Everytime I come here I leave happy. Always different employees being helpful! Just yesterday after receiving my order to go I dropped my milkshake as soon as I opened the door to exit. I went back in to pay for another one (the craving for it was real haha) & without hesitation I quickly got another milkshake free plus extra in another cup and I got help to carry both cups to the car! I placed an order for a total of $59 dollars. I picked it up and the guy went over my order but forgot to mention that the plate has a compartment underneath for the rest of the food. Watever we figured it out then we see the food we order it was miniature. I was mad and I still am because for $59 I expect a decent plate of food. It amazes me how the staff the cooks and whoever puts the order together think the customer is going to be happy to receive that little food. Oh and by the way if you choose a plate with bacon and sausage links it gives u a Choice to get hearty sausage for a dollar more don’t choose that because u get the same sausage links but u get charged a dollar extra. Just left this place and I am livid! I was with a party of (3) and from the moment we walked in..all eyes were on us. We were seated in the farthest corner (to avoid us skipping out on the bill we think)..where they literally had a construction crew working on the ceiling panels..Then we were ignored by our server,while we anxiously watched her entertain other customers directly seated behind us,and throughout our area. We were then treated like circus meat,watched by all the other servers for some strange reason as they all passed us by..with no sign of hospitality in sight. Btw..did I mention we are black?? Because apparently, this was the sole reason for our treatment. After being ignored our entire meal..and watching our server yet again tending to other non-black customers,we decided to ask for the check..after being watched by several more staff we decided to ask to speak with management. We were then greeted by a woman,(couldnt tell if she was the Mgr or the cook). She proceeded to attempt to understand our complaint,to which she assured us we would be seated elsewhere in the future..and that they go according to sections..because apparently, we were purposely seated in the do not serve section..aka Black skin criminal stereotype section.. We received the check..paid,then bounced! But let me this is unacceptable! The security guard was the only person who went out of their way to assist us with parking..unsolicited,helpful assistance before we even walked in the door. Too bad they ruined the experience inside..Do better!

So back when I was a little boy my Dad used to take us to Dennys on Saturday or Sunday mornings. It was a great experience and its something I will never forget. I would order the same dish every time and the restaurant itself was so nostalgic. When I think about the booth we liked and the way everything looked back then I wish I could go back. Fast forward to now and I dont feel the same way anymore. Granted it wasnt the same location as this one but just in general its lost its light in my eyes. I had the French toast Slam, w/sausage, scrambled eggs and a side of hashbrowns. I called them today, not to complain or get a refund, but just to let them know. The security guard harassed us because it took too long to enter the establishment. He then proceeded to tell other employees and they looked upon us as if we were in a zoo on exhibit. I then took it upon myself to ask the security guard if there was a problem he told me that we were taking too long to enter. Needless to say after I spoke with the security he then turned to to his fellow associates to tell them we were unruly customers. I had the super slam!! Price was ok and food tastes good. I honestly thought I was going to get pancakes with my meal but I guess I didnt look at the menu correctly 🙄🙄🙄

Lines are long but they try their best to get u seated fast, service wasnt that great, we didnt get any refills unless we flagged down a waiter to help us, eggs we ordered werent cooked all the way.

The utensils had food particles on and the coffee mug had lipstick on it when it was brought to the managers attention he was very apologetic and he explained that one of the dishwashers malfunctioned and some of the dishes wasnt clean properly he said that must be dispatch and he took the rest of the utensils out and replace them with new ones the food was good the overall experience was good I will come back again thanks to the manager reacting and taking heed and he stated it was an embarrassment to him and the company and he apologized but he corrected the problem not by just taking just those utensils and those coffee mugs he took all of the utensils from that badge and all of the coffee mugs and replace them with some ones that came out the dishwasher and he inspected them one by one so thats what made it better

Got here at 6:15 they did not sit us til 6:35 thats with no one in there. Then when they sat us to the table we sat there for another 15 minutes or so and they didnt even ask if we wanted water we just got up and left👎👎 poor poor service.

They were very rude on of the waiters he was complaining about mt mask but yet other people didnt have them on& he only told me about it. I got here 10 minutes before 9, and they said that it was close already. Very poor service

I did enjoyed my morning breakfast, very good service from a server whos name is Rene. I was having a bad morning and after this nothing else matters jaja i feel good now. Tip good the good servers, the ones that treat you well.I got my self some philis omelet and a cup of delicious coffee, my partner got a American slam (some eggs, sausage, hashbroun, toast, and i dont know what else, bacon i think), and my kid got some chicken nuggets with orange juice :P.

Poor customer service. I had to walk to them to get my order in. Waiters didnt check in with us and I had to wait again to get the check. I couldve easily walked out without paying and they probably wouldve noticed.

The place is small & overcrowded, tables are set much too close to each other. You cant find a cashier to cash you out. However, the waiter was excellent.
