Placed order online. Selected pay cash. Came to pick up. Claimed never had order. It’s been over an hour and still nothing. It appears they will not make cash paid order until you arrive and pay for it. So here we sit and it’s been an hour and 15 minutes still with no food. Asking for refund. Better off getting bamboo garden where they make your order and don’t play games.

The decor was so pretty and creative, we got there just Britt the lunch rush so we got to sit immediately. The lady was so nice and she brought out the food and drinks so quickly. I got the Mapo tofu and strawberry milk tea with boba, both were perfect, I took my leftovers Togo and plan on eating then for dinner too.

DONT EAT HERE IF YOURE ALLERGIC TO SHELLFISH. Everytime I order here either in person or doordash they always put the fried shrimp with my combo after I repeatedly tell them about my allergy and ask them to leave it out. Crazy bc even my doordasher said they had a attitude with him when he asked them about the shrimp and they still put it in with my food. I had to throw half my order Away bc it was touching the shrimp. When I called to tell them they said throw it away and ask doordash for a refund. Ive reported them to the health department and doordash food safety these people are going to kill someone.

Husband and I had been 2 times. Egg fung on. No savoury brown sauce. Yesterday ordered Shrimp Kung pow. Brought Chicken. Had to wait. Again no savory brown sauce and Shrimp was salty. Hair in food. We did not tell them as we were really wanting to like this place. Most Good Chinese place give complimentary tea and fried rice not white rice.

Second time visiting. First time I dined in for boba & I ordered delivery this time. Delivery took over 2 hours. This place is also known as top 100 Chinese restaurant. Food was good. I recommend.

Chicken Lo-mein was prefect, not too salty and noodles were evenly cooked with the vegetables. Small wait is worth it!

Well to start with the person in the front does not even know what they have in their menu. Second got home & they got me my order wrong.Third full blown diarrhea the following day. Too many red flags from this place.

So much better than the old place. New menu, new owners, food was great. Glad they opened a decent restaurant in 29 palms.
