Dropped in for lunch. Not crowded good selection at the buffet table. They offer a full bar for cocktails. Food was seasoned good and the spicy dishes had some good heat. They do have a banquet room attached to the restaurant if you needed a large group seating. We are talking 40 plus. Went to an evening event there before. Easily had over 80 people. They have a restroom for customers. Parking lot is busy with all the connecting businesses. Pricing is moderate but you will leave full. Also able to try some new tasty dishes.

The customer service was mid and very slow. We were handed a dirty plate and when asked to change it the server was not happy. Also, when we opened the face cloth to use the fork, it was dirty. The food with different currys tasted like tomato purée. The price that we paid for this experience was very disappointing.

Tried 4 different dishes and they were all so tasty! Among the best Indian food weve ever had. My husband says the garlic naan was the best hes ever tried! The papadom was delicious too! Id give them more stars if I could. Will definitely be returning often!

Never tried this type of food before but I decided to try the tikka masala and I was blown away. 1) idk how I’ve lived 28 years and not try tikka masala 2)you won’t regret giving this place a visit. I’ve been coming here for a while and no place in L.A. compares to Diamond Palace, I truly love their representation of Indian Cuisine. For anyone that doesn’t know what to get, you can’t go wrong with their Mango Lassi, Garlic Naan, Paneer Makhani, or Lamb Curry.

The buffet is extremely over priced and overall the food has been pretty mediocre for the last 25 years or so. The menu has been the same, no change in quality and or quantity of the food, but they have jacked up the prices and are ripping people off.Just recently my family and I went for buffet, they ended up charging $27 per person for my wife and I, and $27 for my 6yr old. Not only that, they additionally charged $13 for my 4yr. This was just ridiculous! Crazy! We ended up paying a close to a $100 just for lunch. And my kids ended up only eating maybe 1 samosa and small piece of naan. Being vegetarian, the choices are limited and usually same mediocre options, which are bland and tasteless. We are never going there again!

The service is super slow and the waiter had a big attitude. He told us that we should have told him once what we all wanted so he is not bothered again.There was a gap in food refill and it was full of salt. We asked for coke and he forgot. We asked for dessert and he was upset. We complained to the owner and his response was that his hands are tied up and that’s why they don’t want to host any girls get together. He seemed frustrated and told us that we as customers should understand his situation. What a bizarre answer he gave!Never going back to this place again.

However is the food quality one should not be expected to pay 25% random addition on the bill.Post dinner, we had 25% extra on the bill - before any taxes etc. The items price in menu and bill were 25% apart.Upon asking they said - due to inflation etc charges have increased!! (I hope inflation did not hit for in b.w the one hour I ate food, and was not before I started eating!!)For an average buttery and greasy food, I do not expect a place to rip me off for what appears to me as a typing mistake at first.Not worth! We regularly visit Diamond Palace Cuisine of India. We usually go there for dinner just because of our work time restrictions. I personally like butter chicken, balti chicken, goat curry with garlic naan. Their food is so delicious you can’t imagine. I am writing my words here with watered mouth. I rate their food 10 out of 10. Buffet is also available there. My recommendation will never disappoint you guys so try the food there.

No smiley faces. We walked in (4 people) and welcomed by do you have reservation? where 80 percent of tables were empty. Menu was given again no smiles. Order taken..again..no smiles. Indian news channel was playing overhead speakers. Do you really need to listen the news while you relaxing and taking dinner? Bathroom has no paper or hand dryer. If you go to Indian restaurants take your own napkins to the wash room just to be safe. You may get surprised with paper napkins in washroom or you may use your own. Food was not bad and thats where I gave 3 stars.

This place has been in Diamond Bar for many years. I first visited this spot around 2006 or so when my older sister first brought me here to try Indian food for the first time.I’ve seen this place change interior I think twice over the times I’ve visited, and it seems like it’s stayed under the same ownership for many years (not sure how many times they did change ownership if ever).I give this place 5 stars because it’s always been consistent taste wise, interior is always clean and well kept, and employees are always kind and super attentive even if it’s 2 people eating at the time. As a former server, I know they put in all this effort to keep people coming back, and they’ve been doing it for over 10 years.I appreciate that they haven’t made sacrifices in the food due to rising costs.

The lady at the front counter/bar was very nice and helpful with helping us make some selections for dinner. She seemed like a really cool person. We got there around 19:00 but they were closing early so we got it to go. Wish we couldve eaten there cause it seems like a nice place to sit down and eat. First time here because we were craving some Indian food. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We ordered the chicken tikki marsala, chicken vindaloo, a lamb dish, samosas, and garlic naan. Our server was G. Singh and he was very friendly! Well definitely come back here when we get the chance. We were just here and waiting for someone to acknowledge us, but 10 minutes later they rudely sat us. The 2 women who were there working hadno personality. They finally sat us but didnt even come to table to offer us water. But the people who were right behind us got all star service. Unfortunately they dont offer 5 star service. I went there once and it was slow. Theres plenty of other Indian food places to go who enjoy customer service. Guess we wont be back. Oh. My. Gosh. I was not expecting to have the best Indian food Ive ever had tonight, but I just did. My husband and I are from out of town and stopped by this place right before it closed simply because it was across the street from us and we often satisfy our Indian food cravings when were in our hometown. We ordered the chicken tikka masala, chicken saag, garlic naan, rice, and raita, and I am ashamed to say that I would slap my mama to have that food available near my home!! It was that good - very flavorful - and the portions were large. The server who brought it out to our car for us was delightful as well - friendly, patient (we took some time ordering), and efficient. He was funny, too, and I wish Id caught his name. Horrendous service. The staff is extremely rude. Both the manager and owner were incredibly disrespectful. The waiter wouldnt even speak to me directly because I am female and would only communicate with my brother. The food was not fresh. The naan was old and stale, which I know because we made 2 separate orders and the 2nd order was very noticeably freshly made compared to the 1st batch. Horrible experience overall. Will definitely not be returning and will make sure others dont suffer through the same experience!

The menu card shows$16.95, but the owner charged $25+ taxes and the owner argued that it is expensive to change the price on the menu, both husband and wife owners are rude, and have attitude, no customer service, the server was not willing to bring two separate checks, they looked down upon us as women, and they were sexist, the food is average quality, expensive and false advertising.

I ordered a Chicken Biryani from their restaurant today right before lunch. And then immediately the owner/person from restaurant called me to cancel my order and order using Uber? because my order was too small. Well if 20$ is too small of an order then I guess a single person doesnt expect to eat here. Stock Indian restaurant with the typical Indian buffet served for lunch. The food is decent. The food could be a little less greasy, but anyone going to an Indian buffet and expecting non greasy food would be kidding themselves.Buffet has some dishes that are not typically a part of most other buffets; chilli chicken for one. Tandoori was very dry.All in all, they have enough variety to satiated everyones palette.

The food here is very good. We tried the lamb bhuna, chicken Korma, palak paneer, and garlic naan. The lamb was very tender, it melted in your mouth. Apparently they bake the naan onsite, it was fresh and had a nice flavor to it. The palak paneer wasnt bitter as Ive experienced at some lesser places. Definitely recommend.

To begin with, the employees don’t have any idea what customer service is and, not a tiny bit of gratitude towards the customers. I tried placing an order online and the ordering window was closed. So I called the restaurant to place an order and the first thing I heard was “ORDER ON GRUBHUB” with an attitude. After I told them about the ordering window, the guy asked me for the order hesitantly. Due to covid-19 situation, I was willing to provide my card details over the phone to make it as contactless as possible and they guy was a little frustrated at this point( not sure why a business would get frustrated to get the card details on the phone, it’s after all the primary goal of any business!! Not sure what’s the hassle in getting the card details if they have the ability to process them) another guy gets the details and notes the card details on a paper instead of directly entering it on the payment system (poor work ethics) - I realized when he acknowledged that he needs to open the system when I asked for order total. When I reached the restaurant to pick up, two guys stormed out of the restaurant shouting “NEXT TIME UBER EATS” with an attitude - i lost it at this point. I came to pick up the order 10 minutes before closing time, if that is a problem, management should refrain from taking orders if they are not ready to service the customers. If this is the kind of customer service and attitude that you want to show to the customers(especially during covid times when businesses are thriving) I can only imagine how these guys attitude will be during peak business season. Note to management - learn how to treat your customers and try to be nice if not, you will soon run out of business. Don’t tell people what to do and where to order, it’s their choice, you can either accept or deny the order. You can always suggest the customers to use 3rd party apps, but do not force it on someone or treat the customers poorly when then don’t.

He agreed on the phone but when I went to pick up the food he said he never agreed to it and was just referring me as a liar. We hosted a birthday party in the Banquet Hall on Saturday the 22nd, the food was served good and fresh to the guests but the items what we had ordered were missing.
