Best soup pork dumpling in southern California. Skin thin but dont break easily so juicy soup stay in until you bit into. Yummy. Spicy 凉粉delicious but super spicy burn lips. Walnut shrimp with lot walnut tasty. Great service family owned. Love this place ❤️

I love their sheng jian bao (pan fried pork buns) and xiao long bao.They are made fresh, on site. You can see the guys in the window making them. It takes a little longer than ordering from a restaurant that serves frozen bao, but the freshness and taste are so worth the wait!! Their prices are very reasonable.

Scrumptious, but pricey to fill up 8/10👍 - thoroughly delicious and perfectly cooked dumplings all the way around. Made sure to order various typesDough was still crispy when we got home even with so much delicious broth in some dumplingsAnd the broth! Packed with flavor! Every mouthful more enjoyable than the lastAll items were expertly crafted and cookedService is good 🙂👎 - if you intend to feel satisfied by the end of the meal, it wont come cheapI have limited dim sum experience, but this wasnt as good as the first I had. Still really good though! 😋🥰 will maybe be better when dine-in returns?

Great food and service even though we came here when it was down to two tables due to Covid restrictions. They are short staffed so be patient. We had the spicy wonton, juicy pork dumplings, salt and pepper pork, and orange chicken and loved each dish. I would definitely come back here for more dishes and still have to try out their popular fried pork buns. Im a huge fan of Dim Sum and this place has really good and fresh flavors. Definitely a return visit in the future for us. Also, their lavender milk tea was a nice drink. They give generous portions.

Came across this place by chance, and it was delicious. Often when trying new restaurants, or dishes, its a disappointing guessing game, but not today. The dumplings and wontons were delicious and nice and hot. Our favorites were the pan fried pork bun and the Chilli wonton. So flavorsome and fresh! Cant wait to come back and try more!!!

Horrible experience with the service over there. Waiting too long which is fine but the owner ‘s attitude makes us feel very uncomfortable. Won’t go there ever again.

This review is based purely on their customer service. We arrived and were hoping to dine in for the night. We entered the restaurant and waited for someone to greet us. A lady came out and saw us. The first and only thing she said to us was, Sorry, no table. She then proceeded to walk back to the kitchen. We understand that there is limited seating at this time. However, we saw multiple tables available in the dining area where people were currently eating. To reiterate, these were open tables in an active dining area and not ones that were sectioned or closed off. She left and had us standing there looking pretty dumbfounded and embarrassed in front of the customers who were staring at us. It was quite humiliating to be frank. I was not going to wait around as the service within literally less than a minute was the worst that Ive had at any restaurant. Ive worked in the restaurant business before. This is not how you treat any customer. I hope those that got lucky to be sat enjoyed their meal.

This is absolutely the most genuine chinese food you’ll have. My friends and I drive over 2 hours to eat here and have never been let down. The XLB is absolutely better than din tai fung. This will forever be my favorite chinese restaurant. Absolutely recommend

Worst service ever!! We came here today around 2:25pm, the lady server told us that they will close at 3pm, is it ok? We say yes; so she led us in. The restaurant was about 85% empty, only 8 customers in the entire place. She told us 2 to sit next to a long table of 6 people, about 2 feet away along the wall. Our table was half used for placement of dinnerware. She put 2 pieces of paper on our table, layered on top of each other, to be used as table cloth. she did not have 2 seconds to put each paper in front of us. She did not offer to take drink orders or water. After she finished taking a phone order; we ordered juicy dumpling and wonton soup, because the other popular item was not available. We waited for a while, then she came back and told us they prefer not make juicy dumplings because it takes a long time, can we switch to another dish that’s already made? At that moment, we lost our appetite and left. This is the most unpleasant dining encounter I ever experienced! the she was rude and unprofessional! If you want to close 30 minutes early, then don’t let customers in!!

This restaurant appears to be in pandemic mode as a good portion of restaurant is blocked off and there are a limited number of tables available. Ordered beef noodle soup 🍲. It was okay. Ive had better. Wont be returning.

Ordered dumplings, chili chicken, chicken noodles. Dumplings were ok. Chili chicken was mostly fried batter, barely any chicken. Also tasted like it was fried with the same oil as the fried seafood. Chicken noodles were also below average. Overall, I left very unsatisfied and the price did not justify the portions, the wait, or taste of the food. Service was also lacking. Asked for some type of chili to dip my food in and was given a tiny portion of Sriracha sauce.

Their dim sum is delicious! They are currently understaffed with less than a handful of employees,dine in is limited to 3 tables. I recommend getting it to go to show support. Regardless of that they treat you very well.

I love this place! Even though they are only doing take out, the food tastes just as delicious when you get home! Their amazing customer service makes up for the take-out only aspect. I definitely recommend picking up a few different options and sharing! This way you get to try a little bit of everything! My roommates and I have yet to try a plate we dont like!

I came to this restaurant from Sam Bernardino county hoping that his place will be worth the drive, but it wasnt the service is terrible the waitress let me in the table wit a glass of water, there is tea on the menu but they do not have any, I order some dry nodules which were extremely salty I requested hot sauce and I got tire of waiting for it do I jus ask for mi bill and got out of there this was my first time in the place snd my last one

Came here last weekend with some friends and the baos and xiao long baos are extremely delicious. Good bye Din Tai Fung, hello &dim sum. The customer service is outstanding. The lady manager is friendly and cheerful. Many happy stars.

Disappointing to go to a restaurant with Dim Sum in the name of the business and find no dim sum offered.Items like siu mai, har gau are staples at any legit dim sum place yet not on the menu for this place.Its like going to pizza hut cuz the name says pizza and when you arrive, the dont serve pizza. WTH?Option 1:Please remove the term Dim Sum from the name of your business. It is misleading.Option 2:How about your restaurant actually add dim sum items to your offerings.=======================Response from the ownerHello Bobby! We are a small family business with only two chefs! All of our dim sum are freshly hand made to order. Our menu is limited at the moment but we only serve dishes we are completely satisfied with. The dumpling was good overall. The spicy noodles was beyond numbing on your tongue. This is not Cantonese style restaurants which I prefer like the one in Monterey Park.

If the store is not open, the Google map should also be changed accordingly. It was the first time on Thanksgiving that I saw a sign on the door saying it would be closed until the 26th. I drove back here today and looked at Google Maps, which also said it would be open. I found a new sign posted on the door. The paper shows that it has been postponed to the 29th.

I can understand the shortage of manpower, but if you dont do business, it doesnt matter if you let us know in advance. I can go eat somewhere else! Why do you have to wait for half an hour for dine-in (even if there are many empty tables and you don’t have time to take them)? The crab meat in the crab meat dumplings was spoiled and fishy, without any umami flavor. I would have diarrhea after eating it when I got home.
