This place was great until corners started to be cut. The manager herself said she made our sandwiches today when I called. We usually go to them 1 or 2xs a week but will no longer be spending our money here. Disappointed is an understament.

Was referred here by a client at work. The service is friendly, selections are good along with a few locally made goodies/sweets to make the day brighter. I noticed the quality in their ingredients. Nice sandwich options, some usuals and a few variations. Had to grab and go, but when I sat down to eat, I enjoyed each bite.For sure, Im going in my book for another time.

Dinos is simply the BEST deli to get a sandwich in Brentwood. You cant go wrong here, its like the best NYC delis The new shop across from the downtown community park is beautiful. Sparkling clean! They also have sides, salads, water, sodas and beer. Try it out, we think youll love it too.

Good sandwich at a reasonable price! Sourdough is chewy and good, tuna salad was fresh, and they made my sandwich perfect to order. Was great to see so many repeat customers, the cashier knew several by name. This place is hopping though, be prepared to wait a bit - but it’s worth it.

Got a few sandwiches for the family, could only eat a half - very packed with meat and cheese!Now offering beer and wine (ours were to go so have to visit again).Ordering was via a clipboard, one per sandwich. Make sure to check ALL the options (bread, toppings, extras!).

I come in on a Thursday around 1 not to busy. First off it took almost 30 minutes to get my sandwiches… they got the orders wrong missing ingredients but pretty sure I got charged for them… they even let an employee who was off come behind the counter and make his sandwich and leave before I even see mine… horrible service.

1st here becuz the review were good. The customer service this morning was so terrible I feel compelled to complain publicly.My daughter put in a mobile order, arrived 10 min early for p/u to get out of the heat and wait. Well wait, and wait, and wait is exactly what we did. After 25 min past when they said it would be done, they couldnt find her sandwich, no one apologized. 20 min after that we had to ask about the sandwich again. The teenager at the counter was swamped and working his little self to pieces. Again, no sorry, no hey heres some free chips or soda or anything to express an apology for taking so very long.Hey, everyone makes mistakes but you apologize. Thats what I teach my kindergarteners😡😡

So its my 3rd time there and I have yet to try a sandwich do to the fact that they have gotten the meat wrong I just wanted a simple salami sandwich and they get it right but the meat is turkey...I would suggest checking your sandwich before you leave the parking lot... I wouldnt suggest this place I would go nextdoor to rodeos deli never have problems there!!

Its helpful if you place your order online and it will be ready when you arrive. Otherwise if its during lunchtime it can take 15-20, minutes for your sandwich. Sandwichs are fresh, delicious and modestly priced at around 10 bucks. Best overall sandwich in Brentwood.

New to the area, stopped at bank and saw a sandwich shop. Decided to try something new for once.Just ordered a turkey sandwich and the younger girl recommended the crunchy bread.They were very busy, I had to wait about 15-20 min so I’d recommend order ahead of you have a certain amount of time for lunch.It was really good and I loved the bread 🤗 They have lots of items to choose from and they have Pepsi products thank god!I’ve been back and it was really good again. I think it’s family owned but they all seem like fast workers and very nice!

Ive always really liked Dinos and usually had good experiences....today I put in an order for a sandwich when I was about 20 mins away and got an email back saying it would be an hour before my order was ready. I thought it was weird and came by about 20 mins after putting in my order to see if it would really take an hour and the person at the counter just said, no phone orders are done yet when I asked about my order. I went outside to tell my husband and came back inside and someone else told me they would get my order out for me, but very odd for Dinos, who usually has it really together.

It doesnt matter where I am or what Im doing. If I. Im in the mood for a sandwich, Im going to Dinos. They have thr best sandwiches in the Bay. Theyre filling and healthy. Plus the customer service is on par for what we look for. I dont understand why we ever went anywhere else. Everything is fresh and made with care. Its silly but the first time we ate lunch here I thought it was so good because we were really hungry but time and time again they held strong and produced. I am a forever Dino customer!

They make a great sandwich at a fair price. We got 4 sandwiches between us and all were well received. I got the Corleone, which was a Pastrami and Bacon sandwich. It was full of Pastrami Goodness! My daughter got the BLAT and it was loaded with Bacon, she loved it.

Excellent sandwich, I enjoyed the B L T A on a roll. The bacon was cooked perfect and the grouping was incredible roll was very soft. My buddy ordered the roast beef which he said was very good. There was a little wait but with this pandemic waiting is just a part of it. They do have a call in request web or phone. Worth it.

Dinos is the kind of local sandwich shop you are hoping is in your neighborhood. Everything there is delicious!I personally like the turkey bacon pepper jack sandwich. I especially love the way the cucumber is sliced to fit on a sandwich. I dont like cucumber, and have never put it on a sandwich. But this way works for me.The owner is always at the front working and has a charm that if he werent there, the place would be different.If you havent been or want a solidly good sandwich, you should go!

Hands down best sandwich I’ve gotten in the area. Their homemade sauces, deli meats/cheeses, and toppings all come together for that perfect sandwich however you want it. Only indignity is a generous portion of pepperoncinis arriving without invitation on my sandwich. Can you handle that? Swiss and American pair well. You do you. That garlic sauce tho... The Don, The Corleone, The Godfather, and the Meatball Sub made my family very happy. The sourdough sub roll was the fav...everyone liked the Dutch Crunch FLAVOR, but it cut the top of our mouths so the sourdough won. We love supporting local, small-owned businesses and will return.Ordering online saved us $7-something on our pickup order, and saved some time although the good want quite ready when we went to pick it up. Online ordering is through chownow and was a little bit of a hassle/not straight-forward, but eventually it worked. It does require you to pre-pay by CC, so FYI for you cash/Apple pay or solid between friends orderers...Three less-than-ideal:- I got a spinach salad with feta, nuts, and cranberry dressing with added chicken that was tasty, but definitely not anything special worth $9.25. It turns out I had all but that specific dressing in my fridge already... Stick to the sandwiches...- The sides are very small for the price...$1.60 for broccoli salad (thats delicious!) that comes in a container the size of some to go ranch dressings! I realize the size of the sandwich is enough, but if I pay for a side, I would like to have the side.- The food takes a little while to make apparently, so definitely pre-order if you only have a short lunch break.

I cant remember the last time I had a REAL sandwich unless I made it at home. There wasnt a single restaurant that I could depend on to come through with the goods. But today, that has all changed. Overall, excellent quality, fresh, and nowhere near stingy on the meat and toppings. You would be a fool not to try this place.

Dinos is a great place to grab a bite to eat. I discovered this hidden gem a couple years back and I frequent this establishment quite a bit. The sandwhiches are handmade in the back custom to whatever you want. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Once youve had a sandwhich from Dinos, Subway or Jimmy Johns will be a thing of the past.

This is my favorite deli in the area! Dinos makes amazing sandwiches. They are a little hard to notice tucked in the back of a shopping area in downtown Brentwood. So dinos is my usual go to sandwich shop... but after todays visit I will not be returning ever. I walk in to a empty store with multiple employees in the back. One comes from out the back to help me relatively quickly.. once I order I sit down and wait as Im waiting I notice the employees being loud in the back nothing unusual but as I continue to wait I. Notice them messing around the employee who helped me at the register then makes a quick glance towards me and throws a pen at someone in the back. now its been like 15 minutes I continue to wait I see the employee making my sandwich with no gloves..... rub his face with his hands and continues to go back to making my sandwich ... an older man then walks in who I believed to be the manager. I then told.him about what was going he told me that was unexceptable. And went to the back to correct the problem. Then after all this I still waited another 8. minutes. And not a single customer came in the whole time until I left. I have no idea what took so long. But this visit completly ruined my view on the place...
