So happy to discover this restaurant. They are serving authentic Uyghur dishes in a modern setting.The food is fresh, delicious and right size. The lamb dishes are mouth watering.The menu is rich in its offering the only drawback is there is not much options for vegetarians.We enjoyed everything we have ordered and will come back to taste the remaining dishesThe restaurant is in a shopping center with plenty of parking spaces.The personnel is friendly and provide recommendations for what to order.

The food is absolutely spectacular! If you are going to order in the restaurant, I highly recommend ordering food to take home as well. Trust me, you will be craving it the next day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is also great, the employees are so kind and attentive. The interior design alongside the beautiful Uyghur music playing in the background adds to the rich ambiance that perfectly embodies Uyghur culture much like their food! So when you eat at Dolans Uyghur Cuisine, you not only get amazing food, but get an a one of a kind experience :).

Pleasant atmosphere, beautifully served food, friendly staff. The food is delicious! Lagman is super, Uighur tea evoked nostalgia.Guys, I fell in love with your dishes. I plan to visit this restaurant again. I recommend.

I visit this new restaurant today, and whole experience is like I am stepping not in US place but right into Asian-Turkic place, so authentic! I ordered Laghman and Pearl Noodle. Laghman is much reminding of Uzbek Laghman, but here, its more fresh, not so heavy and fat. Taste is clean, and meat they use is excellent, very yummy. But real surprise is Pearl Noodle. They use bell peppers, and its bringing so much taste, whole dish is having strong, rich flavor. I couldnt stop eating it until all its all gone from my plate!Atmosphere is what really made impression on me. Inside, every detail is like from another place - you forget you are in America! Decorations, music, all feels like travel without leaving city. Staff is adding to this feeling, because they all so welcoming, like family inviting you in. Its warm, friendly place.Only one small thing - because its still so new here, full menu is not available yet. Its a pity, I am making myself ready for when they have all, because I am needing to try every dish! They already do so much right, I know more food will be same good.For now, I am telling everyone: you must visit! Its like small holiday to exotic place, but with no need for plane ticket. Very excited for coming back. Five stars for sure.

I was craving laghman for soo long:) Great to see Dolan opened in Irvine. Delicious food, beautiful interior and reasonable pricing. Could come everyday

I am so happy see finally it is going to open. Dolan’s Irvine has started intro opening, still waiting their grand opening.Bunch of unbelievable delicious plates, fantastic dine in experience, atmosphere.Great representer of Uyghur Cuisine!

Dolans Uyghur Cuisine is an absolute delight! The lagman and shish kebab are incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The manty is a true culinary masterpiece. And lets not forget the standout feature - the green tea! It is something special, perfectly brewed to perfection. Dolans Uyghur Cuisine is a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
