I’ve ordered from this location several times and been mostly happy with the results. This most recent time I didn’t check the pizza before leaving the store (my mistake!) and when I got home I noticed they forgot to add jalapeños (but you can see on the paper it was supposed to be there).The actual pizza was really good, staff were friendly when I picked up, and I’ll still go back, but I’d definitely double check their work next time.

Yuck! Ordered extra cheese. But pizza was doughy as all hell. I dont see how this place isnt shut down. Big question is why would anyone return??? Its gross. There are so many better options. Leonas on University and Euclid for example. Never again.

Ordered a bread bowl - got a bread plate with next to no sauce and no seasoning. Didnt even use oil on this. Tastes like garbage. I thought when stuff goes through a quality check, that you actually inspect for quality, guess not.

I bought 2 pizzas HAND TOSSED, and they gave me 2 pizzas but Brooklyn style, I asked an employee and he recognized made a mistake, but the MANAGER did not care and he said they were all coming out like that and the pizzas he sold me were the one I order HAND TOSSED. He didnt want to give me a refund and the manager ignored me.I already made a complaint with the Corp, and gave the information about the manager.Just because everithing is happening right now, doesnt mean he can give us whatever he (the manager) wants.

We have ordered from here almost every Friday for a year and a half. They make our traditional pizza movie nights epic. I love being a regular. I haven’t had Dominos in forever and this one was the one with the better ratings. If y’all just want a fast food type of pizza, this is the place so don’t expect a Michelin Star restaurant. I came in to place an order bc I had time and everyone here was super friendly and super helpful, and they were kind to their customers. Food wise, can’t wait to eat. It smells so good. This Dominos franchise specifically, in my humble opinion, is ONE OF THE BEST IF NOT THE #1 BEST DOMINOS OF ALL!!! This is no exaggeration. On three separate occasions in the same week, I ordered completely different pizzas, a bbq Chicken thin crust, a Chicken Alfredo Brooklyn style with the veggies and a hand tossed supreme... And every single pizza was made in an expeditious manner with the quality and taste still in tact... And impressive!!This Dominos Pizza is where you should order from if you quality pizza anytime, short notice or planning ahead. This is probably my best review of any franchise restaurant that Ive reviewed

Looking for slow service, incompetent staff, and below average pizza. Then this is your one stop shop. I got a coupon for money off the next order but I will most certainly never return to this location. Now, sure, this may come off as a Karen moment because I didn’t get my way but y’all… it’s pizza. It’s there one job. Make decent pizza within an acceptable time frame. My 10 minute wait time for a pickup order took over 30 minutes and I felt like a chump tipping ahead of time for the terrible service. Now, when I say the pizza was below average, please note that I have stooped to the levels of getting 7-11 pizza at times and even theirs beat the pizza I got from Dominos this day. It was barely warm which I find strange as it came out of the oven this way. Now bland is also an understatement when it comes to taste. So… not to self and others… just stick with other knock off brands for the lack of quality and service.

I order online and something happened while I order online. It said orders wasn’t place. So I ASSUMED it was canceled.The manager had the audacity to call me on my phone to complain to me about the fact he had to make the food that I thought it wasn’t place. Explain to him that I thought the order was canceled because I did order it online and things can happen when you order things online and say an unexpected error has occurred please try again that want it said BUT NO! was not good enough for the manger to understand that and still made a big deal about the food. So I hung up on him.So now I’m going contact cooperate about this because I do not feel okay for them to call me to harass about an order that I thought was not placed.

Got some horrible service from this location recently. Online order was suppose to be delivered 23-33 min. Well an hour and half later it still had not even been made. Called the location and their reason behind it is that they only have one delivery driver.... ahhhh ok and how is that my problem? Maybe stop taking orders when you get an hour behind. A sorry about the inconvenience would sometimes be nice. But nope. And the assistant manager is unprofessional and hangs up on you. Requested to speak to the general manager.... never heard from him.

Makes sure when you order a pizza you bring alot more money than expected. One Friday I order a pizza from here and it cost me 12 something. I thought that a pretty good price. So two Fridays later I order the same kind of pizza but this time they wanted 32 dollars and some change and they wanted a tip. What!!! I’m a regular since it is so convenient to my location. They have always been great with service and product. Today the district manager was in house and decided to shut down phone orders and online orders due to system problems is what I was told. So I was left on hold for over 13 minutes while it kept telling me to continue to hold. Common courtesy is answer the phone and let people know you are not taking orders over the phone SIMPLE. When I arrived to place an order I asked to speak with the district manager and he made his employee ask me about what, while looking at me straight through the glass window. Great leadership I see. Disappointing to say the least.

I placed an order because I have a large family and I am just getting out of the hospital and I’m disabled. They told me they wouldn’t even place the order because my money wasn’t on my card. So I said we would come and pick the order up. The store associate then proceeded to tell me that they still needed my card before they would even place the order. My order was just over 88 dollars but I had the cash the to pay for my meal. These people are loosing great customers, not everyone is a crook! Honestly I’m offended by this! Theyre a great location. I wish the parking situation was a little bit better, but the staff is nice. Ive noticed this place is better than most Dominos are when it comes to freshness. Whether is delivery or carry out, their ovens keep the pizza piping hot until youre ready for it. I love that! Here’s a good tip(call in orders only)Here’s how to substitute cheese on your pizza for a free topping)1.Get the Parmesan sauce instead of tomato sauce so you get the cheese from the Parmesan sauce.2. Ask the employee taking your order if you could substitute the cheese topping on the pizza for another topping. They will ask a manager but ultimately say “yes of course.”3.order the $5.99 two topping pizza deal and substitute cheese for a topping like chicken, bell peppers, bacon ..etc and there you go . I arrived at the store and was told my order would be ready in 5 min. No problem. I pay for my order and sit in my car parked in front of the store. 5 minutes later I return to the window and the guy tells me I havent paid for my order. I give him my receipt proving that I did pay. So he goes to the back to grab my order and he couldnt find it. After a few minutes he comes back and says a delivery driver took it by accident, it happens all the time he says. The staff seems to be organized, knowledgeable and whether the place is busy or not, the staff always have a good attitude. About 5 or 6 years ago, I wasnt a fan of Dominos. I didnt like the big pieces of sausage they were using and the pizza was very greasy, sometimes going through the box. That was the worst. I moved to City Heights 2 years ago and the closest pizza place was Dominos. I was too lazy to go anywhere else so Dominos it was. I ordered a pizza, picked it up and brought it home. The 1st thing I noticed right away was the pizza wasnt greasy on the bottom, no grease going thru the bottom of the box. Ok, great start. I open the lid and the pizza looked so perfect, just the commercial. The pepperoni, bacon and yes!!... even the sausage was perfect. Dominos has made amazing changes that hit a home run with me and my peeps!! I am so glad I was lazy that day because I was given a perfect pizza and each AND every order seems to be a masterpiece. Sorry Papa Johns and Pizza Hut,; not only is the pizza fabulous @ Dominos, the rewards club is * No Joke*. I have received over 5 or 6 free pizzas so far. Now why would I go anywhere else, except DOMINOS!!!!

The place usually is alright with delivery but after an hour and no sign of the pizza i called the store and the guy who answered the phone didnt care at all. Lazily replied to me saying they were busy. Didnt try to make it right, just cancelled my order and hung up. Every time I order from here, they mess it up. By forgetting my soda, to cutting my pizza into teeny tiny pieces (I have pics to prove) to the time they told me my order was at my door, I was standing OUTSIDE, then they said they driver left, because no one answered, but then I was told my pizza was never delivered... To about 3 other stories, and then I was told I would be refunded because I never received my pizza (2 hours of phone calls later) and never was refunded. I called to complain... The manager could care less. I wrote the franchise, or so I thought, got no answer... And this is the only Dominos by me!!! It is truly a tragedy. Ive had multiple bad experiences with this place in the past. I thought well its been 3 years since I bought anything at this location so why not give it another shot. I bought a medium 2 topping extra cheese pizza with garlic dipping sauce and gave my driver a 22 percent tip. When the food arrived there was no dipping sauce or extra cheese on my pizza. Also I paid for hand tossed and they gave me Brooklyn style. The pizza was poorly cut that when I tried to pull a slice out chunks would be ripped off of the slice next to it. The particular meal in question being of chicken, this could have had bad consequences! All and all this Dominos is just so-so... Just ordered two medium pizzas online and upon arriving at the store they told me my total was 24 something when online it was only 13 dollars and 48 cents. The cashier had the audacity to ARGUE WITH MY BOYFRIEND & EVEN CHARGED OUR DEBIT CARD AND CONTINUE TO ARGUE when we knew damn well it was 13.48. Then he told us we were short 4 more dollars!!! Terrible customer service. The delivery driver failed to read the instructions to call our number to gain entry to gated area. Instead, they called the account phone number and held the food there for another hour until we called to find out where our order was. They did not seem to care that they made a mistake, did not offer to give any credit for refund. Dominos, you really lost a loyal customer. I will not order from you again!

Best Domino’s in town. We order weekly up to two times, never had any complaints. Mainly Alondra or Jesus prep and bake it to perfection and their super friendly drivers making sure all is hot when the order arrives. Definitely poor management. I placed an order online yesterday (4/17) and the driver forgot the soda. He offered to go back and get it, I agreed. We decided to wait for the soda. After waiting for 30 minites I called Dominos. The manager blamed it on the driver. When the sida finnally arrived he apologized and explained to me that his manager was not going to have him make a trip for one soda.Definitry did not correct the problem as they advertise as the food got cold waiting on the soda.

I ordered a large pizza 3-toppings, but you gave me 2-toppings of one of the orders that was rejected. Hard crust that my children that I brought to your store could not eat.(check your video of 7/15/18 @ 9:15 pm Sunday evening). I walk in and the 1 employee makes eye contact with me from behind the counter and walks towards the back and doesnt say a word. Another customer comes in 5 minutes later and still not a word. 5 minutes after that another customer comes in and still not a word. Finally after a couple of minutes with the employee looking at the 3rd customer and the customer asks about any store specials. The employee is staring at him and then looks down and ignores him. I had to have been standing there 15 minutes and the 3rd customer asks if someone else os taking orders. I point at the wall so he can see the managers special since the employee was not responsive. He finally takes care of tje 2nd customer that had gotten there after I did. Then he walks back by the oven and asks whos next as if he hasnt seen me standing there. A female delivery driver comes in and I tell him who I was and he asks the delivery driver to give me the pizzas that had been sitting there since before I came in. According to the pizza tracker my pizzas were done when I got there. I know people have bad days but he had a piss poor attitude and couldnt be bothered. Not exactly the kind of person Id want representing my business. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Theyre so bad Ive gotten apologies from the owner. And it still happens which means THE OWNER MUST SUCK AS WELL! Wrong items delivered. Items prepared incorrectly. ***BE AWARE- FAKE REVIEWS***If you are crazy enought to sample this location you will fully understand how fake most of any of the positve reviews are..Between Jesus and Emily Ive seen some of the worst customer service/communication skills. They obviously could care less about their job. Bottom line though is the pizza will make you sick. They go back and forth touching computers, pens, phones etc..then right to touching your pizza. Not a suprise, the employees here hey literally wear their hatred for their job on their sleeve and they thinks its funny. They do not hold back from letting the customer know how little their business means to them. This owner has zero hiring skills or he actually enjoys management who enjoys destroying his bottom line. Bascially, if Id wanted limp veggies on a cracker with unwanted bits of feta i could have gone to the deli at Vons. No thin crust is supposed to remind you of a water cracker when you bite into the 3 milimeter thin crust and it crumbles in your mouth. Almost no sauce, cause other customers complain about the sauce. Well, I didnt and thats not what I was expecting. Waiting on the driver to come back with my money and Ill give him the pizza (which is a generous term for it). Not even sure theyll show up now since the employee and manager both treated me like dirt over the phone and argued with me about the worlds shittiest pizza. Never coming here again.
