Ummm so my donuts were rock hard the next day :/ I bought half a dozen and couldnt really enjoy most of them. I Had to throw away 4 :( I love donuts and evertime I get a chance to eat one its an experience for me because of how soft and fresh they taste. This wasnt the case at this place sorry.

Great donuts, but they need to make two batches a day for a 24hr donut shop . At night there’s no good donuts if there’s any at all . Why stay open when you got nothings smh . That’s why I only gave 4 stars .

My experience at the Donut Palace was awesome. Donuts were fresh and delicious, the customer service was great. Employee were friendly and patient as we figured out what to get. I wish I lived closer.

Flies inside store on donuts. Customer service is 70/30 70% rude, dirty looks 30% of the time okay maybe. I know they say that donuts are made fresh everyday. Maybe the ones theyre giving me are the ones from the day before. so theyre always a day behind the fresh donuts. Restaurant could be cleaner. And whats up with me ordering a dozen donuts? You give me three napkins and when I ask for more you give me a dirty look like the next two napkins you give me cost you guys $100. To be honest, I dont even think they eat the donuts they make there.

Stopped in helping for some breakfast. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant. The ham was two slices of purpose and lunchmeat and I never did find any cheese. It was all bread pretty nasty

Stay there for a whole day and youll see yourself that their donuts are freshly made. No hold time. Everything is fresh.

Customer service was a 2/10, with ice cold Donuts, plus you have to pay 1 dollar to pay with a card even if you are just buying a 1 dollar Donut...

If I could give this place zero Stars I would worse customer service Ive ever received in my life and then the Guy making the food is the worst person Ive ever met, so I work hard every single day, but Im currently down on my luck and Ive been homeless for the last month or so, I came by this place around 1:00 in the morning because I was thirsty and hungry and even though this place is open 24 hours they wouldnt serve me just because Im homeless even though they dont even wear covid mask POS person
