This place is an absolute diamond. I love all the food that we ordered. We got the Chef’s Special Chicken Fry, Bombay Street Dosa, Goat Soup and they were all hella delicious🤤If you love or wish to try good authentic South Indian food I would say this is the place🥰I can’t wait to come back

This is my second or third time here. I decided to go off the beach and path and try a non-dosa or non uttapam dish. I am glad I did because the biryani was excellent as was the chili chicken appetizer. Even the naan was good, it was thinner almost like a parota but yummy. The flavors really reminded me of eating in South India. And Andhra food has always been of interest and Im so glad we have this restaurant here. Used to have to go to South Bay for the best Indian food but this place proves that to be wrong!

We came here for the dinner. Took Gobi Manchurian and paneer biriyani. Gobi was a bit salty, than usual. But the Paneer Biryani transported us back to the authentic taste of India. I think biriyani is a good choice! Just tasty!

Delicous food, great flavors, great textures. I enjoyed the Bombay dosa and the paneer with chef sauce and chilis paired with the paratha perfect. Started with the fire broth soup and pairing everything with a cold beer really rounded out the whole meal ⭐️As for atmosphere I would have liked some subtle background music but all everything was excellent

This place used to serve authentic Indian food and was our go-to restaurant 6 months ago.However, our experience this week was very bad. The cutlery was not clean. We ordered dosa, vada, and uttapam. The food was average.I am unsure what changed. The owner was very friendly and always around but didn’t see him this time.

Superb indian food. Dosas were crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Chutneys were really tasty and unique. Also ordered mirapakya chicken and madras goat curry. Both were phenomenal, super tender meat and flavorful. Cant wait to come back!

Visited after 3 years and everything has changed. The cook is new and likely doesnt know cooking very well. Onion rava had no ideas but whole black peppers?! Never had such tasteless (and saltless) food. Chutneys were a joke with 80% water and no flavor. People who know what south India food should taste like should not go - thank me later. Unapologetic staff.

Very tasty dosa - equal to Udupi Palace up the road, but they also have meat dishes on the menu here. Chicken 65 and tandoori chicken were pretty solid. The restaurant interior is really spartan (and honestly a little sad), but I suppose were here only for the food.

This is an excellent find in a city with nowhere near enough good south indian places, especially post pandemic! We tried several things and they were all great: very good ingredients, deep flavours, very good portion sizes! Cant wait to go back, only sad that Ive missed 10mos of its being in existence :)

I had vegetable uttapam, masala dosa and they gave complimentary tapioca pudding. Absolutely heavenly. The chutneys were fresh amd nicely balanced. 4 different types of chutneys, wow! The sambhar had fresh vegetables tenderly cooked soaking in fresh spices. Overall a very satisfying experience. The staff was super friendly amd attentive. The cook personally came and ensured they got the dosa cooked just right for my satisfaction. One of the best experiences I have had. Highly recommend

One of the best places Ive eaten at in the US. So far Ive had the chicken curry dosa and the chicken Tikka dosa, and both were very good. My friend had the rava dosa, which was also tasty.The ginger chutney they serve with their dosa is really good. Their sambar is a little spicy, which I personally like. Their coconut chutney is a little too finely blended; Im used to a bit of texture in the chutney.We also ordered the paneer tikka appetizer and it was excellent, very similar to the paneer tikka Im used to eating in India!

Dosa Corner Indian Cuisine just became my go-to spot for delicious Indian food in the neighborhood. My recent takeout included some of their popular dishes, and each one was a winner. The Mix Veg Pakoda boasted a light and crispy batter, perfectly complementing the tender medley of vegetables inside. The Onion Rava Masala Dosa was a textural delight, with its paper-thin, crispy crepe with delicious potato filling. The Chettinadu Chicken impressed with its rich, flavorful curry that wasnt shy on spice (just as I requested!). The high-quality ingredients truly shone through in every bite and nothing was excessively oily.I love that you can customize the spice level. I dared them to make it very spicy, and they delivered. My tastebuds were grateful! This gem is now a top contender for my favorite Indian restaurant in San Francisco. I cant wait to return and explore more of their menu!

So good we came here two nights in a row! The dal tadka is our favorite. The palak paneer, ghee roast masala dosa, and garlic naan are all delicious too. We’ve also tried the butter chicken which is ok, but not as good as the other dishes.

Theres quite a few Indian restaurants along Valencia, but Ive found some to be too salty. Udupi Palace is great for vegetarians, but Dosa Corner is my go-to for all traditional Indian dishes. The Palak Paneer Dosa is my favorite, but the masalas and kormas have also been very flavorful (and not overly salty)! The waitstaff is generally shy but I like the welcoming, laid back atmosphere. This is a great spot to enjoy a good meal.

Authentic dosa in the entire SF . We ordered cheese dosa and masala dosa. Both were amazing. I will gladly recommend this place to my friends. One advice is to work on proper hoardings so that people can see and get attracted. Also, if possible make the menu card laminated. Otherwise, food is amazing and authentic 🙂

Everything we ate was delicious. The kitchen staff take great care to prepare very tasty and well presented meals. The servers are eager to make sure every table is attended to and that dishes are brought out piping hot. We are excited to have a place that is even better than udipi in the mission.

We ordered Andhra Kara dosa and spring dosa. Both of them were pretty good. Sambhar ans coconut chutney specially was very tasty. The service was a bit slow but food was worth the wait. Each dosa is big enough to serve atleast 1 person. We also got Cauliflower machurian which was good too. It wasnt very busy or lound. Totally recommend it.

I ordered an onion rava masala dosa. The crepe had whole dried peppercorns mixed all throughout and I kept biting into them and hurting my teeth. Eventually had to pick through it with a fork before I could eat it. I wanna give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it was just an unfortunate mistake making my order. Even setting aside the peppercorn issue, the sauce was cold (clearly kept in a freezer) and the rest of the dosa was fine just okay.

I ordered the fried idly and onion rava dosa. The fried idly was good. The rava dosa was not crisp, which is usually the hallmark of a good rava dosaThe rava dosa was white in color. It looked like Thr batter was prepared after I placed the order and then made on a tava which had not eaten up. Thats why a 3 star. The chutneys were delicious.

Simply delicious dosas, idly and uttapam, beautifully presented and graciously served, in an environment that is spare, yet inviting. This is a culinary goldmine for vegans and vegetarians. But carnivores like me will find lots to choose from. I was here the second week they opened and it was just dosas, uttapam, and appetizers -- all vegan or vegetarian. When I returned a week later, there was a full complement of Indian dishes--meat, vegan and vegetarian. I had some of the best biryana Ive had anywhere. And again, the dosas were wonderful. This is a neighborhood find.

Dosa batter was not fermented. Tomato & Onion uthappam was more a Dosa with loose onion and tomato within it. It’s terrible that even the basics of South Indian cooking is not understood and a pity the name of the establishment carries the word ‘Dosa’ within it..this is a lazy attempt at passing off as Indian food

Its a really cool place being in SF. Previously I used to travel all the way to Sunnyvale for Dosas but now its always this place.Got some good menu options along with Briyani, out of which my favs are Rava Dosa and Vijyawada chicken Briyani having nice flavours, spices and heat.For some light hearted meals i usually opt for Rasam Vada, again very light and good amount of spices, otherwise can choose Sambar making it little mild.
