2023-10-16 04:18:45Area is really good with parking. No wait time when we arrived with a group of 5. Food came out quick. Dan Dan Noodles were good and had a nice spice to it. It had something else in it as well. It left like a tingle on my lips and tongue. I was confused and my wife said she got the same feeling. Took about 10 min for it to subside. They had really good music playing. The food overall felt really authentic. Would definitely recommend.

2023-07-09 05:39:15The price is very fair compared to other restaurants. However, i wish they could raise standards of some of the dishes. The beef soup noodle is tasty. No problem with it!Soup dumplings is good. Normally good. The banana pancake is the worst. We thought it has real banana, but it is totally artificial flavor. Very disappointed

2023-08-20 22:09:31Everything we ordered was delicious! Loved how easy it was to order from the QR code. One order of tea was enough for 2 people! The staff was friendly and very attentive. Removed your dishes as soon as you finished an order. We will be back with all our family.

2023-11-24 20:23:40A variety of dumplings, wontons and momos. Nice environment and good atmosphere for a family or friendly gathering. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly and make sure there are no delays. There was once a very small delay and they offered a complimentary beverage during the wait and apologized for it. Not a large menu for vegan and vegetarian dishes but the non vegetarian options fill the page. Highly recommend the soup dumplings. Only dish missing is the black sesame seeds dumplings.

2023-09-25 22:01:48Very good food, we got 3 different types of noodles, some dumplings, wontons, bao buns and pan fried wontons. The service was excellent and the wait staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was great and we left full. The prices are definitely affordable considering that this food is very fresh and delicious. Will come back again and try different items.

2023-08-05 07:53:30Cheap and decent food. Some dishes were better than the others. The pork xlb was decent, and the dough was a bit thicker than usual. We couldnt really taste the crab in crab and pork xlb. Green onion pancakes were okay. Dan dan and spicy ma la noodles were pretty good. Chicken potstickers and pork and shrimp potstickers were a bit dry. Wontons were decent. Overall, the food was cheap. The portions of the noodles were pretty small.

2023-07-18 03:30:37Some dishes are better than others. Portions are small but it means you can try more things without a ton of leftovers or a full-sized bill. Its busy, but staff is amazingly efficient, bussing and resetting tables in seconds. Its loud. Acoustics are awful. The minimalist decor causes a lot of echoing, and everybody from child to adult apparently thinks its great fun to kick their heels into the benches theyre sitting on, causing an echoey boom boom boom throughout the meal. At least they dont blast music too on top of everything else, it was hard enough to have a conversation or ask staff anything as it was.I didnt like the open-faced beef bao (burger). The beef was dry and I didnt like the flavor. They put a western style pickle in it which permeated the whole thing and made it pickle flavored which did not go with five spice imho. And the bao was too sweet. Would not get again. The green onion pancake was flakier yet less layered than I like. Probably would not get again. The beef noodle soup was ok, the noodles were perfectly chewy and the beef was mostly moist but the broth was a tad sweet and there was entirely too much cilantro, overpowering the small bowl. Might get again. The pork xlb, the star of the meal, were some of the better ones Ive had in CA, but dont hold a candle to my favorites in NY and HK. Still, I would get them again. The pork and crab ones are pointless; I was concerned when they were the same price as the pork, and it turns out I was right to be concerned. I didnt see any pieces of crab, it just kind of tasted slightly fishy. Im not even sure if it was crab flavored or krab (surimi) flavored. Would not get again.Though Im open to trying the frozen ones to take and steam at home, honestly Id rather go to Four Sisters Special Noodle and get xlb while getting to look at aquariums till 2am.
