Wonderful Chinese tapas place with exceptional food, soothing ambience, and excellent service. Dough Zone met all of our expectations and would highly recommend trying out their wontons and noodles.Our favorite one amongst several tasty options was the wonton with Chili sauce. Their pot stickers are delicious and every dish was prepared and presented well. Wait staff were wonderful and the food was always nice and hot.

As I walk there was classical music which was actually nice. It wasn’t just random songs unlike other restaurants. The food was like heaven. The service wasn’t bad but I think maybe more friendliness could been good. The atmosphere was good.

The dishes here were presented beautifully but the food got me running to the restroom to flush my system, I had some leftovers the next day and it also got me running to the restroom to flush my system.The food itself tastes pretty good. The sweet and sour cucumber was refreshing but really hard to eat since the presentation was in one whole piece. The XLBaos were pretty good and beef stew noodle soup was really good. Ive had better zha jiang mien from other places. Its just a shame that the food gave me diarrhea after consumption.Service could have been better as we didnt get checked up on very often (would have asked for a fork, spoon or something to cut the cucumbers up) had to get up to get the bill and take out boxes.

New and spacious sitting area. Clean and bright interior. Went in afternoon so the place is not crowded. Dumpling skin was on the thicker side, tastes good and not overly salty. Very reasonable price and good service. The green onion pancakes were my favorite.

The Dan Dan noodles and the pig ears were good, but the pork and shrimp potstickers I ordered were raw. They took it back and made another batch, but it was still slightly underdone. The place where the dough was pleated was still not cooked through. Place looks nice and the service was good, but serving raw pork is unacceptable.

I think this is a good place to eat. The food is good. The service is good. The prices are decent. Inside looks nice, modern, not comfy. Outside looks bad but for me, that doesnt matter. Convenient parking in the back. Neighborhood not dangerous.

Food is really good...at least what we ordered. Beef potstickers (house specialty) are amazing! The soup I got was also tasty...another house specialty. Inside looks great. Service wasnt rude...just not real responsive. Took them a while to get to me even though there was just one other couple in there.Nothing terrible, just not particularly good. That said, when they did respond they were friendly. Will definitely be going back!

Visited today for Christmas and the XLB were delicious. The dandan noodles were spicy and yummy. My kids don’t like spicy stuff so they didn’t like it but they loved the green onion pancakes.The QBao said “must try” but honestly they were our least favorite item we ordered.The dough of the XLB was soft and tasted homemade. Everything was fresh and tasty.We thought about going again before we left town, it was that good. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town again! Glad they came to San Leandro!

My friend used to bring siomai and buchi from this place. I love how they make their siomai and buchi. I was in Union City and texted my friend to give me direction of where she was buying the siomai and buchi, and she always brings at work. So, I was able to find this place, bought siomai and buchi, and shared it with my sister and her family....all gone in a split second. So, now, I think I will drive back to this place to buy more tomorrow. Price is just right.

Great, quick service. Dough of the dumplings and others were definitely special. The noodle with braised beef was quite excellent and flavorful. Perfect size and was just delectable. Dessert of the fried banana was also quite good. Would come back for a quick bite.
