Nice shopping center with a nice food court area with many franchise restaurants. You can find Best Buy, Ross, Old Navi, and Harbor Freight just to name a few businesses.

This is a really nice shopping center that has almost everything. There’s so many places to shop at, a great selection for dining, and a really well laid out shopping center. I love how the palm trees are spread out throughout the parking lot, giving it to California vibes, while the shops are all close together and easy to walk to. It’s a great shopping center to spend time in!

I went in to purchase a new pair of prescription sunglasses. There was an extremely wide choice of frames which left me aesthetic. I had a salesperson help me after about a 40 minute wait, but once they came to help me we got the glasses chosen and the order put in and hopefully theyll be ready in 2 weeks.

Great hang out place for the family. Lots of great stores and restaurants.I am glad this is close to our home for convenience. Less people to deal with while shopping. Specially during these times. I preferred to shop in less crowded or no crowd at all. So this place provides all my necessary groceries needed for home use. Customer service in stores and restaurants were always great, staffing are helpful and the place is always in order and very clean.

Wonderful shopping experience. Huge, huge parking lot.Very well lit at night, there appears to be a good amount of security .Doesnt seem to have any loiteting by homeless people or teenagers .Hige selection of stores easy way to spend a weekend with the family just window shopping and walking After a nice meal at one of the local restaurants.

Phone died. Couldn’t find michaels to save my life. Saw this “security” hanging out so we asked. He said it’s by chase. Near lazy dog. We didn’t see it coming in but ok. Drive around. No luck. See him again. Same spot. Chillin. Ask again and he says Michaels? Oh there’s no michaels here. I thought you were asking for a restaurant. So I ask where security office is. Maybe get help there. Gives me the address to downey landing itself. I went to Att charged my phone and sure enough the michaels was on the other side next to ono Hawaiian. The security company you hired is a shame. A security guard that doesn’t even know the area they are securing and who’s just lounging around.

This place has an excellent shipping container area. Excellent for a secret date to take the edge off of everyday endeavours. Very large. This outlet / mall is mostily for arts and crafts. Got my cell phone repaired at asurion / ubreakifix. Spent an arm and a leg, but i trusted these people before previously throughout the years, and they have never let me down, especially with video game consoles. I got excellent upgrades for my phone now so now i wouldnt have to get an expensive new cell phone.

What a nice plaza feels safe. Went with our grandkids they live walking distance from there. We ate at El Pescador GREAT EXPERIENCE. Stopped at Coldstone for dessert and relaxed under the beautiful tree in the corner right next to Starbucks and Johnny Jims felt very relaxing atmosphere definitely will be back and shop but mainly take advantage of this relaxing niche. Think Ill bring a book next time

Very nice shopping plaza with a good selection of stores. Though it is in my area, I hardly go, and I dont know why! I enjoyed just window shopping. They have a Petsmart, Ross, Michaels, DSW, Best Buy, Harbor Freight, and much more. There was a little spa there, too; that caught my eye. Ill be back to explore more.

Plenty of parking, they keep the area nice and clean. Be careful pedestrians walk slow or fast and you have to pay attention while driving the road that is near the store fronts. On the weekend can get a bit crowded so I usually go in by the Stewart and Gray drive way entrance. Good Stores and good Places to eat, restaurants and fast food places.

This shopping center has a lot to offer and best of all it has a the Apollo center one next to it. So you have a nice place to go shopping for the weekend or on your day off. I like coming here for the Best Buy and also star bucks! Lots of parking and security in the area.

When i grew up in downey, this place didn’t exist but i am glad it does now. It brought all the major brands that downey needed including walmart, ross, marshalls, bed bath and beyond and lots of restaurants. Worth checking out. Split into three sections.

Its nice to walk around if PEOPLE WEAR MASKS..they assume if they are walking with there families they dont need to. BUT WRONG ..remember everyone else you pass. I dont think people know I wear a mask to protect YOU, you need to wear a mask to protect ME! Yes you go in the store with the mask BUT you have to continue to wear it the whole time you are out. Take it off in your car,I KNOW it sucks but stay home if you cant do it... stores were social distancing but once a staff moved away there people go getting close..its just peoples fault not staff..Good luck if you go..keep little ones home👍

I love this entire plaza. From the wide array of shops like Carters, Lazy Dog, movie theater, Jersey Mikes, Walmart, many food places, shopping, entertainment. One stop shop for all of your needs.What is also great is that the security guards ride around and patrol, you wont see them parked in one spot or taking a nap in their trucks. They are very polite and helpful, if you have a question, you can flag them down and they are always willing to assist.

This area is mostly restaurants with the shopping areas farther down the street. Most ppl need to drive to most of these shops as it is not like a regular mall. Each shop has its own front exit which means you need to exit one to either walk or drive to another.Parking spots are extremely hard to find esp during the holiday season

The problem with this Google tracker is, if you even drive through the parking lot, or stop for a pedestrian in front of a store, it logs you as having visited the store. I guess I can rate the parking lot: its big; has too many speed bumps. There are lots of stores and they have a security team to make sure no one steals the parking blocks, nor the speed bumps.

One of my favorite shopping centers to visit except for the fact that my wife likes to stop at Rubios, Jamba Juice and walk through Marshall’s for 2 hours without purchasing anything.The parking here is usually very easy to find unless your heading to the Cinema lol. Parking is a constant issue. They need a parking garage or something to accommodate. Lots of store options and most stores have hired security that make rounds. Please dont be a D and back into your spaces. You arent saving any time. Its ok to back out like the rest of us. Me waiting on you to back in means I missed 2 other spots while having to wait for people to back into their spaces. Not your problem, but really is so unnecessary.

Went to this place for dinner. It is my second time in this shopping center an as it was the first time, parking space hunt is a job on its own. Took me close to 15 minutes to find a spot and another 5 minutes to walk from my cat to the restaurant. The movie theater need to build is own parking structure. Otherwise this will get much worse

Quite sometime (Pandemic) since I been to Downey Landing or the city of Downey for that matter. I order some Lean Body Cafe Mocha RTD for pick up (RTD means Ready To Drink) through Vitamin Shoppe app. So on my way to Downey Landing.With everything going on (pandemic), felt good to get out of the house and get on the Freeway for a nice drive (Followed all safety protocols). From my location, took about an hour.Once at Vitamin Shoppe, I pick up Lean Body that I ordered day before. I did notice that 2 cases were going to expire March 2021. Informed staff at Vitamin Shoppe and I was able to get 2 different cases that expire December 2021...😊As I walked out of Vitamin Shoppe and headed towards my car, I glanced around Downey Landing. It has changed a lot since the last time I was there. Basically, more modern.If you happen to be near or in the city of Downey, give Downey Landing a try. Plenty of shops and restaurants (Outdoor dining) to choose from. Pretty cool.

The variety of shops here is to my liking. I usually come to the Best buy or GameStop to purchase my games. The quality of both is good and they both have a good atmosphere for shopping at a leisurely pace. There are a few good places to eat as well as have a snack while you lounge about in chairs. The Cold Stone and the Philly Cheese steak place are good places to stop by and have a quick bite at. They also have one of the few Party Citys in the area which is a good place to start off at a jumping point for supplies. All in all a good place to do ones shopping

The variety of shopps for your every need was very appreciated. From clothes to home goods to crafts pet supplies and lunch inbetween all that, this shopping center has you covered. And pro- tip theres an Apollo commemorative space plaque near pier 1 imports that is well deserving of a peek. But despite the convinience of thus oitdoor shopping center and a lovely fountain eating area, the parking lot is a frantic mess. Stop signs are nowhere to be found where oft they shoukd be and theres a cacophony of horns singing their way through the labrynthal parking search. Parking wasnt hard to find, but sense was lacking. I nearly got rammed into thrice, and in walking from the shopping area to the food area, nearly was runover several times deapite adhering of course to pedestrian laws. In short, its great to have everything in one place. But do so safely please.

I found gold at the end of a rainbow with the Fila pink sneakers I randomly bought last minute. They were marked down so low I literally had to ask the cashier if the cost was a misprint. The shoes are velcro with light pink but didnt try them on. Oh well Ill just have to either wear two pairs of socks or shrink them in the washer and dryer but 4 dollars for Fila, is a crazy price that I couldnt pass up.

One of the nicer shopping areas in Downey, this shopping center has a wide selection of stores, a theater and pretty good dining options.It is clean. Quiet. And a great spot to go out on a date with your significant other. Grab a Motiva smoothy before a movie and afterwards grab some dinner at any of the restaurants near by. The green olive was pretty good.I had to deduct one star because between the Skechers store and the bank it always smells like a sewer. This smell has been there for almost a year but once you get passed that area the rest of it is great.

I enjoy spending time with my Daughter and son here. It is also when Julia and I met Star. It was amazing to see these signs at the right time.That remind me that GOD promises to protect his children. And the gifts many did GOD give her to.And my son what an anointing he has. They have great variety of stires in one big lot. There is a Homegoods, TJ Max, A movie theater and even a new Wal-Mart. They also have a Rubys diner. Their turkey burgers are delicious. Parking lot a spacious with a lot if parking. I didnt feel like it was over crowded but then again it was after the holidays.

I was actually at Walmart. Im so sick of all the pharmaceuticals being under glass. Standing around while waiting forever is a titanic pain. Its not just the drug section, either. The hair care section, cosmetics, etc.; just as bad. I dont have all day to wait. Ive actually left full carts because Ive had to wait more than 1/2 an hour for assistance. I dont blame the employees, either. Its Walmarts fault. Ive taken most of my business to Target. Today was a reminder why.

Bad service when it comes to trying to get any kind of aspirins or any kind of medication out of the glass box thats by the pharmacy asked 5 employees nobody had a key waited over 35 minutes and along with other people and got tired of waiting so my husband and I left somebody really needs to get on top of this they need to make more keys because nobodys helping the customers especially during the holidays somebody really needs to do something about this😡 when I asked several employees everybody had no idea who had the key so that told me there was only one key which made no sense at all which sounds pretty stupid to me they should have more keys because theres a lot of customers waiting to get served and nobody helped them I left I cant say much for them but yeah somebody needs to do something!!

Based out of the old NASA Industrial Plant. This is a historical site that was turned in to Downey studios for a bit and now its an outdoor mall. I, for one, prefer these outdoor shopping facilities. They have everything, clothing, electronics, shoes, crafts, Etc., Etc., Etc. If you have not been here before give yourself some time. Get breakfast, do some shopping, take a lunch break, continue with your shopping and stay for the Downey night life. Enjoy.
