2023-10-27 17:47:40We have been taking out two kitties to Dr. Domotors for six years now. We absolutely love everyone who works there. The doctors have been so helpful and kind!!!

2023-07-11 15:28:31Dr.Domotor’s office is very thorough. She personally cared for our dog who had eaten something toxic and saved her life.Staff members are smart and personable. Prices are high but they are experienced.

2023-08-03 23:01:30Pay attention to this post it is very important you read all of it.Today I decided to move on from Dr Domotor House. I realized this place was not the same place that I have taken all my animals to over so many years. Dr D was the best Dr ever and I will miss her. If it wasnt for her and some of the past Dr I would not have learned all the things that were necessary to keep my animals alive. I understand that it was time to sale the business and that is what she has done. However, the integrity, caring, thoughtfulness and compassion is no longer at this office. Those qualities are necessary for the care of our furry babies. It should be noted I typically do not write reviews but it is important that you know that the care of my animals are very important and when the office ignored the request and I was told that they would cut me off if I called again it was time to leave. I will miss you Dr D. all the best to you God speed to you and your recovery.Update on my rating....I located a new vet that was closer to me. Not only did Domotor Animal house not send over all my pets information they sabotaged my pet. They told them my 12 year old cat was aggressive and that vet was going to force me to get all the vaccinations plus a rabies for an animal that can not walk much less goes outside. Simply unbelieveable

2023-08-23 15:35:31Had an emergency with my dog, called to speak with rude office mgr, had fraudulent activity so my credit card was CX, asked if he could wait a day, once I received new card, said NO pay or CX Appt, my dog was very sick and he had no compassion for my dog, DR was a new vet, took three hours to give ear drops, I been going here for yrs, DR Domotor gone, Dr Byrnes was off, time to find new compassionate Vets. Not happy with the way this office supv handled my emergency. All about money!!!

2023-10-13 00:41:49Our dog is 13 years old and has chronic allergy/skin issues. She somehow picked up an ear infection a couple of years ago. We were new to Dr. Domotors office, so we got the new doctor. She was great at the beginning, but they packed our dogs ears with a medicine that was for ear infections. The medicine was supposed to come out automatically in a couple of weeks. It didnt and they packed more each visit because the infection was still there. Now our dog is deaf, the medicine is trying to come out in clumps, and the doctor is no longer there.About six months ago we brought our dog in for her skin issues. We were given Dr. Domotor. She was soo good. We told her that we just wanted to keep our dog comfortable, that we didnt want her to take all kinds of tests and find something else wrong. She totally understood. She gave us pills to give her and everything cleared up. Then she went on vacation and never came back to work. A great loss to us and the clinic.Two weeks ago, we took our dog back for congestion. We got the new doctor once again. She was really nice but couldnt hear any congestion at the time, so she sent us home with medicine that she said was comparable to Benadryl for $95.00. They were capsules and we were supposed to give her 2 1/2 tablets twice a day and there is a label on the bottle that says, cannot be returned. First time I have ever seen that label on a bottle from there. I called them the next day and the girl said she would check with the doctor and call me back as soon as the doctor was free. When I didnt hear back in a couple of days, and almost two weeks later, we still havent. I went to the store and bought Benadryl for $10.00. Our dog is fine now, but I have to take these capsules back either for my money back or for trade for her vitamins.We only had seen Dr. Domotor a handful of times, but we miss her so much. She truly understands our dog and is great at what she does.I am disappointed that there are not many if any honest Vets and Vet Techs that actually care about the animals, treat them with compassion, and dont think of their line of work as just a job.

2023-04-28 00:28:55Our cat Dot was the Animal House for a dental cleaning and everything went alright during the cleaning but later her temperature went up in what seems to be a reaction to the anesthesia. The vet and staff worked diligently to get her temperature down and helped me find an emergency animal hospital to take her to after the Animal House closed. It was a stressful everyone, the staff and the vet as well me and my cat. We found an available bed for her and I drover her over to Pasadena where she was admitted. She spent the night at the emergency hospital and her temp has coming down. By the afternoon her temp was normal and she was realest that evening and is now fine due to everyone care and hard work.

2023-09-12 17:16:54Pleased to meet Dr. Hurtado. My cat had an excellent experience. She didnt even get mad at me for taking her to the vet! Dr. Hurtado took time to discuss my cats issues and ask me questions, so she could get to know her new patient. 5 stars from us!!
