This place has the best sushi with a really affordable price range compared to other places that have same quality with higher prices. Pretty much a hidden gem.Servers can be hit or miss with customer service.

Amazing food. All three rolls we ordered were excellent (Sushi Pizza, Ex Girlfriend and the Snow Mountain)! Just seeing the pictures will make your mouth water! Not to mention the best Mango Margaritas around!

Atmosphere, cleanliness, and food was awesome! It was our first time there! We will definitely go back. The waitress needed more training. She didn’t know what type of sauce was in the shasimi and did not go out of her way to ask someone. She didn’t not come around to refill our water or see if we needed anything. They had just opened and there was just another table besides us so she wasn’t busy!!

This is a great place, they have two of the most beautiful hostess, Olivia and Victoria. They are super kind and patient and bring such a warm atmosphere. Sushi chefs prep the food sooo good! Great atmosphere and prices are pretty good as well👌

Bland, dry and small rolls, brains, dots and plates. If they get the order wrong or take way too long on your order, they still charge you for it and will argue for until the end (not a busy night. Tuesday) last time for me.

We felted like home alone the waitress never showed up till the hostess tracked her down !! She gave very poorly service and when finely brought our food it was totally wrong when we ask her to please correct it she made us feel that we were wrong and we should paid for it !!! This place is pretty great. Its been a. While since Ive dined in but the service was pretty good and the server was very helpful and patient in terms of answering questions. As far as getting takeout, the process is easy and quick. I always order online and I love that their website comes with pictures of everything, which definitely helps me since Im not too familiar with sushi. For those who are iffy with fish, I recommend trying the Ninja Roll and Shrimp Lover. The Tamago Nigiri is also good.

I love Dragon Sushi! Yes sushi is not as cheap, but hey good sushi is worth it...my favorite one in the desert for sure. I love the atmosphere, how friendly it is, the music, the service...everything is really good here, love it! Plus for black Friday they had amazing specials, so it was definitely awesome, and so good.

Good sushi, terrible service. Slow, lack of knowledge of the menu and sushi in general (we had to ask for wasabi and ginger)...this is a sushi restaurant, right? The server was unfamiliar with the menu, didnt know if some items were available, and didnt feel the need to ask the chef. We asked about the types of tuna offered. Server response was the red type. Empty plates were left to stack up on our table. Also, the server closed our bill before we were done ordering, brought us two bills, initially said the first would have to be paid in cash (kinda fishy - no pun intended), and took forever to fix/combine the bills. When youre paying $100 for two people for dinner, you expect more. Trying hard to like this place, but after three visits, it just keeps getting worse.

The sushi is always been delicious whenever we go. 😊 The service, however, is not always the best. Ive had servers who are very friendly and knowledgeable, and others who arent very personable or accommodating. Thankfully, we usually get good service, but every so often we get a somewhat rude waitress that makes the Dragon Sushi experience not as good as it could be. We look forward to the good days of tasty sushi, so thats why we keep going. 😁

My experience was not very pleasant. My friends and I still hadn’t finished eating when our waitress, the one in charge of the bar had already taken us the bill. We felt she was rushing us to leave, I did not liked the service that she gave us, she should be a little more kind to the clients, since we are paying customers. Dragon sushi should make sure that the people they hire are people who can make customers want to come back. We will not be coming back here.

Food is lacking and so is service.The server just didnt seem friendly and it was a slow night.It was just another day to work for her. The young man who was bussing tables and refilled my water was more enthused.A couple asked for spicy mayo and there was a charge, so that was interesting.The tempura shrimp looked like it was very diluted or kinda raw(it was not busy) . I used to work here, and every roll had Wasabi and ginger. I get not wanting to waste but the server did not offer it and I had to ask for it.They are cutting more costs than when I used to work here. Btw I hope they changed the fact that sushi chefs ARE NOT PRIVATELY CONTRACTED and it is illegal to give them a tax form that is not a w-2. For the chefs, I hope that was changed.

Decided to find a sushi place near us. Decided on Dragon Sushi based on some family recommendations. It was delicious! Our server, Linda, did a great job helping us choose from the menu. Two rolls, 2 beers, and deluxe tempura plate was about $70 with tip. Pricey, yes, but IMHO, worth it.

I usually tip 15% but the service at this place was absolutely terrible. No tip from me.Food was good, but the servers never came to check on us, never offered water when it’s 90 degrees out side sitting in the sun and it wasn’t even busy.If I’m spending $140 I expect the basics like napkins, plates, and water without having to ask for them. We decided to walk out and we’re very mad and disappointed that we weren’t even offered water while we waited by anyone. Ive been lunching two or three times a month at this restaurant since it opened because I loved the food and the servers are friendly and fast. My last visit, I ordered my favorite roll but it was delivered so quickly that I knew they had not had time to prepare it fresh. In fact, it was not fresh and obviously been held over from a day or two before. I will most likely give them another chance but if this happens again, I will definitely not return.

We had my daughter she is only nine years old she does not like seafood like many other kids don’t so we decided to buy her a happy meal so she can eat with us inside the restaurant after we were seated two rude employees came in literally just kicked us out of the restaurant because of my daughters feed not happy with this at all they lost over $280 worth of food that we were going to consume since they didn’t want our business we went somewhere else will never go back to this restaurant just because they were so rude to us I do not recommend this place not a friendly place.

Janelle our waitress had really bad attitude and not only that but doesnt apologize when she made a mistake on my order, instead she grouch and walked away when I was talking to her. She made my entire stay really uncomfortable..Also, 6 months ago we had an issue with some other waitress and I choose to talk to the manager and she made it noticeable that she didnt like me complaining about the service. The server we had yesterday I would consider rude due to the fact she was helping all the other tables but not us. I would see her walk by as a waited for a re-fill. She saw that our glasses were empty and would just look the other way. She kept helping the table behind not once did to asked if we needed anything else. This not the 1st nor 2nd time this server has done this.Every time she serves us the customer service is bad. When we order we are still ordering and she would walk away, We never get refills or get asked if we need anything else. The food here is great just this 1 person kinda ruined it. Food was mediocre. There were five adults, each ordering something different: sashimi plate, fish N Chips, tempura, rolls and bento boxes. Tempura was soggy and sweet potato tempura was not cooked all the way. Spicy tuna roll had a nice kick to it which I liked. Dragon Sushi is a nice little spot to have a leisurely meal. The interior is a rich red and a cool block motif. The bathroom gets a thumbs up from me. Roomy, clean and it’s decorated. They don’t forget that a meals ambiance needs to be maintained even in that moment of privacy. What can I say, they have style. I respect the hard work the staff puts in when it is busy and I like how organized they are when the page slows down. They serve great sushi and their menu items are fun and fairly priced. All the food is easy to share if you like. I would book it down to dragon Sushi for love, romantic dates, birthdays, a special coworker’s celebration or farewell. Even a casual conversation with a friend or two is a great reason to come here. I need to get back there Very very soon.

This location gave my parents the wrong food and when my parents called they told them that what we received is what we had ordered. my father had asked for a refund since they did not get what they had asked for and they told them no that they couldn’t because on their side it doesn’t say what they had ordered even though our physical copy says a family boat. now my parents are out $66. this is the second time they had messed up a order for them and they wanted to give them a second chance. but i guess they just don’t care about their customers. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My husband and I had been to this Sushi restaurant in the past and we really liked their food BUT this last time that we went, we tried a new Sushi dish and my husband didnt care for it, so we sent it back to the Sushi Chef and he personally came to our table and told us we couldnt return our food and that it was our fault that we ordered it.Thankfully our waitress didnt charge us for it otherwise we would have thrown a fit!!! Honestly, this place is mediocre. My dad spent forever trying to find a roll he liked. I feel theyre trying to be an American meets sushi place. They have bar snacks/appetizers that are as far from sushi as possible (quesadillas, chips, wings, etc) and a lot of their rolls seem to be trying some trend.I understand trying to be different, but the fish isnt as fresh as it could be, not saying it was bad, but you know still had a lower end place taste. It just wasnt impressive, especially for the price.Im not saying dont go here, or its horrible. They have a selection and some different style. Just saying its an average place with average size and average tasting sushi rolls. Nothing exciting. I feel the same way when i go in a grocery store and grab some sushi for a quick lunch.

We’ve always gone to the one in palm desert but they don’t have a patio, so why not try the sister restaurant has to be the same quality right? WRONG. Ordered popcorn lobster; cold. The nigiri was the only thing that was sub par. My double eel roll was cold and I had a small bone in mine. Dangerous girl was bland. It took so long for our food to come out we thought our server forgot about us. Claudias personality was so dry and bland it’s like she didn’t want to be here. I ordered 2 adult drinks and 2 kids drinks and 3 oders of sushi a hamburger and 3 fries that are $3.50 I asked them if they could put some cheese on them they charged me $4 extra for each just to add some cheese they didnt tell me that they would be charging $4 extra until I seen the bill they said with adding cheese it counts as a different order and that $7.99 which is okay I just wish they would have told me before. So to tip the scales of justice I told myself that the next time I have exemplary service I would let everyone know. Today is that day. I just finished dinner at the Dragon Sushi and once again the food was excellent! But not just the food but the service too was excellent. The whole staff was very friendly but hats off to Mngr. Crystal and our server Magaly. Always attentive and their suggestions were very helpful. So Ive mentioned the delicious food, the friendly staff and now I must mention the restaurant. Very nice. Clean, great music, and for the sports lovers, big screen tvs everywhere. Great foood, great prices, full bar with drink specials, and weather permitting an outdoor seating area complete with misters. Will definitely be coming back here. Hope to see you guys here. AYCE was pretty expensive and everyone on the table had to order it even though my bf is a vegetarian and will only eat 2 avocado rolls and the veggie tempura which is a waste of 35$. Didnt even want to give it a star. Bad service Husband and i wanted to try something different. Im always asking him to try sushi. He ordered a California roll with out avocado what do they do bring it with avocado. Then tell me they gave my food to the wrong table that it would be a little longer. The someone comes to the table and said to us are we ready for our check. My Husband and i looked at her and said we have not even gotten over food. At that point i was out. Had a great Sushi dinner and great service with Gabriel. The sushi is always fresh and the chefs do some incredible presentations as well. We had Nigiri Salmon and Hamachi, both were really good. They have some great speciality rolls, we really enjoyed all of the ones that Gabriel helped us pick out. They also have a All You Can Eat menu, which had a lot of choices, including appetizers. They have plenty of TVs in certain areas. Parking is easy out front. We have always enjoyed Dragon Sushi, the staff is friendly and the Sushi is excellent!

Delicious sushi! We were passing by Indio, looking for something other to eat than Mexican food. Wow! This sushi rocks. And I ate many sushi all over the world. The mango tango roll was one of our favourites. Theres nothing fancy about the restaurant, so you might not have high expectations. But this sushi is incredible good! Its a bit overpriced, because the place looks run down. And also compared to many other sushi restaurants.

I’ve been coming to dragon sushi since they were a hole in the wall and now the have expanded their business taking over almost the entire building. That says something, they love to accomidate their customers. I mainly come because of Sushi Chef Yasu, is at the helm of the sushi making process. He’s a cool and collect man that comes from Osaka, and knows what he is doing. I’ve been eating his sushi from when he worked at his previous locations in the span of 9 years. He does a wonderful job with the sushi, and I recommend this place if your on the east side of The Valley.
