2023-09-25 01:48:31I’ve eaten here a few times since moving to Napa. Unless I want to really spring for Empress M which is very over priced, but top quality. Dragon Valley is my go-to. They offer vegan options. You can modify things to come without egg etc. We generally get vegetable mei fun, this time I would say it was at least 60%veg, 40% or less noodle. Good or bad depending on what you like. I was wanting a noodle dish tonight so a little disappointed. I tried their vegetable moo Shu and it was the 1st time it wasn’t served with the pancakes. Not sure if it was a mistake or they don’t do that. Also got the sweet & sour tofu which was very good. I picked up the food late so the pictures don’t look as fresh but i will be back again.

2023-12-03 01:56:49Wide selection of dishes prepared using fresh ingredients... Delicious! My wife is gluten free and they will prepare any dish GF -- for takeout you need to call them. (Always call, because their online ordering system doesnt alert them that an order has been placed, so it can be awhile before they see it.) They dont use the best cuts of beef and Im not a fan of their beef dishes, but chicken, pork and seafood are all excellent. Portions are generous. Lunch specials are a great value and include your choice of white or fried rice or Chow Mein noodles.

2023-12-01 03:29:31I used Uber Eats for this restaurant. Have had mixed results in the past, but food is OK. Ordered Chinese chicken salad with dressing on the side. Ordered spring rolls with plum sauce, sweet/sour sauce and hot Chinese mustard on the side. I got plum sauce, no s/s sauce or mustard, and salad was delivered dry, no dressing on the side. Pretty pathetic. It will be awhile before I order from this restaurant again. Too many other reliable Asian establishments in Napa to choose from.

2023-09-26 23:55:40My husband and I are new to the town and decided to try this restaurants. My background is Chinese, so I tried my best not to be too biased. We ordered the chow fun, honey walnut shrimp, and broccoli garlic. The chow fun came out first and 3 bites into my food we find a caterpillar. I immediately spit it out and let our waitress know. She brought it back to the kitchen and said that the chef told her it must have come from inside the bok choy. Our appetite was completely lost and took the rest of the food to go. They took it off our bill and we paid for the rest. We ended up throwing the rest of the food out.Overall not a great experience, however, I will mention that initially the taste of the chow fun was really good. I was saddened with finding a bug on it because I do believe the taste was there.

2022-05-23 04:16:15I have been going here for years. The food is normally great. This time we had eggshells in our fried rice. We called the restaurant and the lady did not seem to care that we were unhappy with our rice. She did not offer us a refund or offer to replace the rice. All she said was Ill let the manager know.

2021-03-22 23:01:14Im waiting for my bil at dr.Im hungry. Its lunch.Lets do chinese.Google map...Dragon Valley- YAY! Szechuan style chinese food is my favorite. I like hot oil! They dont have hot oil wontons/dumplings though.. I was kinda sad. But I got the Mongolian beef lunch plate with Chow Mein. Roughly 13$.The lobby is nice. Large. I walked Into place my order and not even ten minutes later it was done.I took pictures-FIRST SIGHT IMPRESSION-Its beautiful food. When I opened the box, I was disappointed at the light color of my chow mein. I loved seeing the red peppers, chunks of garlic and green onions. The color of the beef is caramelized perfectly. It smelled amazing.FIRST BITE IMPRESSION-I thought the beef was a bit salty .. but honestly.. it paired perfectly with the chow mein. Which was not as bland or plain as it first looked. It has bean sprouts, cabbage & green onion in abundance. The beef had at least 5 fire roast red peppers, green and white onions, large chunks of garlic compliment the tender sliced marinated beef. A better cut is used here than most chinese restaurants in the same price range- or, the chef can marinate the hell out of a bad cut... but I dont think so. Its got SPICE & HEAT! But- its tolerable. Little red pepper flakes enhance the experience.LASTING IMPRESSION-I like it a lot! I might suggest either the water not judge on a look.. or to the chef- spruce up the chow mein in appearance. Pepper flakes... a purple cabbage instead of green.. either way- the food by taste is amazing. Whenever Im hanging out here in the City of Napa- I his is where Ill be stopping for lunch! Cant wait to try other dishes!

2023-10-15 03:33:35Rude owners. Very unfriendly. Walked out after she came over twice and so many of us were waiting to be served without being acknowledged. Not as good of food either. WAH Sing nearby has way better food

2023-09-05 21:47:24The food is good but a little on the expensive side. Portions are adequate. Not somewhere I would do more than once or twice a month.

2023-05-03 22:24:22Love the Chinese restaurant feel.1st most of the food was cold, including the hot n sour soup. The veggies in the entrée were a cold afterthought while the meat was lava hot.2nd, the server was more interested in doing her side work than waiting on the 1 table in the restaurant (us)
