Enjoyed the food, except the Hot & Sour soup was too spicy. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen was fast at the cooking.

I’m not sure what happened but Dynasty use to be the top spot but now the quality has def dropped. For the past 6 months or so the fried rice has been burnt and dry, chowmein dry, soup not flavorful amongst other dishes. The only consistent option is the egg rolls. I don’t know if it’s a chef changeover or what but they are definitely not as good as they use to be. Hopefully they get back to cooking quality Chinese food because unfortunately we wont be returning for a long time if at all

Its been tough to find a Chinese food place in the area that has regular chicken wings. I found this place once before but for the life of me, couldnt remember where I went finally tracked them down again and I will not let them go lol! I dont eat wings but hes a wing aficionado and he loves the wings from here. The shrimp fried rice is delicious and a very hardy portion! The sweet and sour chicken is also really good and is a large portion. So glad to have secured our office go-to Chinese food spot!

Upon walking into this restaurant I was greeted by a very friendly woman who took my to go order. Once I had placed it, her husband ( I assume the couple owns the place) insisted that I sit at a table while I waited for my food and try their egg drop soup. The soup was delicious and I was really pleased with the level of hospitality. I honestly wish I had stayed to eat instead of getting to go! The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxing, and it was very clean. Every person I talked to was very friendly and helpful.

A typical Chinese restaurant serving American-style Chinese cuisine. The owners of this restaurant are very friendly and welcome. Dishes served quickly. Soups and rice are free for the lunch specials. Parking is convenient as this restaurant locates right next to a Safeway, and you can park in the lots in front of the store.

Prices have gone up, yet this restaurant is only selling food to go. And the staff make a big deal about getting you to pay cash. Free house soup...if you pay with cash. The lady up front makes a big announcement when someone pays with cash...and makes sure everyone knows, you get a free soup. The guy taking your phone order tells you to pay cash for free soup... Its relentless. Why would you only want cash yet you take credit and debit cards? And why dont you ever get a detailed receipt with prices on it? Anyone out there know someone that works for the IRS? I think maybe it would be a good place to audit. The food isnt that great either. The soup is nothing special. It was never great, but now I feel like its a bit of a scam...just my opinion. If your never gonna reopen the dinning room, then why not get a food truck or something...makes no sense. Im out!

Moved to Fairfield 6 months ago and was driving to Vallejo for Chinese Food. Decided to try Dynasty and we are so happy that we did. The atmosphere was relaxing and the seating was comfortable. Wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. We greatly enjoyed the food that was so fresh and flavorful. Best sweet and sour pork ever. Not too sweet and not too tart. Extremely clean as staff was spraying tables with antiseptic spray not just wiping them off with dirty rags. The owner Michael and his wife Dees hospitality was very warm and friendly. An extremely enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Man I used to love this place. I didn’t see my usual lady in here today so that maybe why. I ordered the usual sweet and sour chicken it was hard as a rock had them remake it and it’s still hard and overcooked. Then they had the nerve to charge me 28 dollars for the lunch special and some potstickers. I will not be back. No one should pay 28 dollars for a one person lunch special. If I could give zero stars I would. Idk what happened this place used to be my spot. And yes I through my left over away asSoon as I saw a trash can .

One of our favorite restaurants, we go often. The food is consistently good and the service is superb. Sometimes, we order off the menu and other times we order Mongolian BBQ. The staff is very polite and friendly and their prices are fair.

I would not go back to this place if you paid me. I went there for some takeout this past week. Wanted to give my order then make a quick stop at the Safeway a couple of doors away. A person named Kevin took my order and asked to be paid on the spot. I told him I pay when I pick up my order, as I did last time I picked up something there and the owner took my order. He says to me you dont pay me now I dont make the order!!!! I said excuse me, I just did this the other day, and Ill be right back. I said thank you and leftHe never cooked the order and made me wait 20 minutes (lunch time), until he did get it ready. It was the most bizarre behavior Id ever seen in a restaurant telling me he would not prepare my order until I got back from food shopping. The owner did the right thing a few days before. I wont be back

I just found this establishment and it is now my favorite Mongolian BBQ restaurant. The service was exceptional, I think the owner worked the grill. He was very friendly and attentive to his guests. The food was fresh and expertly prepared.

This restaurant changed hands some years back. Use to be delicious, not any more. Annoying that they demand payment upfront, in cash. No receipt showing what you paid for. Get home, food is missing and no receipt to show. Too bad for you.

Three of us had a nice lunch there. Their combination rice is a whole meal by itself and the hot and sour soup is tasty indeed. After we ordered ice tea, they left a whole pitcher on our table, so we could drink this delicious drink all along.

“Great value”Had dinner here with friends. You can see USDA Choice meat displayed and their price. You can eat peanuts while waiting to be seated. When youre seated, you can immediately eat their siganature bread. We ordered steak entrees, of course, with 2 sides per order included. Ok. This is twice now that I have ordered ahead only to find when I get there that they made my order wrong and had to wait for them to make it again. Then I got home to find that there was chicken and beef still in my meal, like they went to the back and tried to pick out the meat, unsuccessfully! Not funny or cute. And they have never accommodated for the mistakes with a discount or free meal. I like their veggie chow fun but Im done.

We walked in and ordered our food, they were SO polite and nice! They explained the menu patiently, cause Im a big dumb dumb lol. And we were able to sit at the tables and kick it till the food came, the place was clean and warm and super friendly. The food came out PROMPTLY in 15 min just like she said. And when we got home we realised that we forgot to order a soup without onions cause one of us has a good allergy. We asked if the soups we ordered both had onions and they did. She told us not to worry that shed cook a new batch without onions, and give it to us ON THE HOUSE! This place is now my GO TO, I love these guys! AND THE FOOD WAS BOOOOMBB YAAASSSSSS lol.

First time here. My wife and I ordered take-out.The Service-The host was very kind and while I was waiting for our food, a waitress brought me a glass of ice tea since I had to wait. This was nice because it was 91°F today.The Good-lookingI ordered the Chicken Chow Mein (with a side of pork fried rice) and she ordered Sesame Chicken (with a side of steamed white rice). This is where we have been let down. The food did not meet the same level of professionalism as the service. Gordon Ramsey would be horrified haha The food has absolutely 0 flavor and, to be honest, smells a little off. I hope the rest of their food is better, but what we ordered was upsetting. We spent $36 (with tip- which the host and waitress totally deserved) and I believe that our money wouldve been best spent elsewhere.Considering that the host told me that they have been open since January 25th, 1995, I had higher hopes and expected better food than what we received. Maybe there is just a dud of a cook that was hired..idk. But, I most likely wouldnt recommend this place to a friend. I hope you guys have better luck.Updated***The owner tried to reach out, I missed the call. He offered a refund or another meal...and he said they fired the chef? I just moved back to the Fairfield area I use to love Dynasty in Suisun, I wanted some good Chinese food and my son suggested Dynasty on Waterman Rd. Oh how disappointed I was the fried rice was not fresh, the fried shrimp appetizer was the frozen kind I buy at the grocery store. I wonder why they gave me free egg drop soup. Say lest a dissatisfied customer.😞😥😖

I tend to stop here when traveling to/from points North (Sacramento, Reno, etc.), usually for a quick bite. I always have the all you can eat Mongolian BBQ, and have never ordered off the menu. The offerings have always been fresh and the selection is usually great (including lamb, asparagus, and green beans). If you have never had Mongolian BBQ its much like an Asian stir fry version of a make your own omelette station at a breakfast buffet, but here you get to mix and match noodles, meats, countless veggies and then you add (and layer on) numerous flavored sauces to season your food, while its cooked in front of you on a massive grill. Service is always top notch, decor is a bit dated (theyve been at this location >20 years). Price is reasonable and parking is typical for a neighborhood shopping center.

Total rip off. I was a first time customer who ate in. I asked to have the remaining food to take home and only had one of the three dishes when I got home. My spouse went to notify management and they were unbelievably rude started yelling and embarrassing my spouse in front of the whole restaurant. If you do not value you money throw it away here and get yelled at! Please dont take your family here. Management will deduct it from employees pay instead of taking responsibility.

I decided to visit this restaurant because it’s close to my home unfortunately I was very disappointed. The war wonton soup was the worst I’ve ever had for $12. The lady at the cash register was very rude when I asked for soy sauce she said there was already one in the bag after I looked there actually wasn’t one she gave me a very nasty attitude when i requested soy sauce. I went to go have lunch with my family yesterday and when we got the bill we questioned it because they where charging something extra that we didnt know what it was because they never write anything in English so the lady told my sister that they were charging a service charge of over 15.5% if it was more the 6 people we were shocked because we had never heard of that especially with the previous owners and we have been going to both locations for over 10+ years and when we asked how long they had that rule and charging customers this service charge the lady didnt understand the question and then had the nerve to lie and say that the previous owners told her to charge for that service but yet they never had a service charge also we went in july for my mothers birthday and that time there was no service charge that time and we had over 11 people but they over charged us for food we didnt order im pretty sure alot of people have been getting over charged and dont realize it its their way of stealing your money we will never go back and eat there customers check your receipts before this happens to you. If Dynasty is going to have a service fee like they say then this needs to be posted somewhere were the customers can see and are made aware of this service and not get surprised at the end of your meal and its not posted nowhere at all.
