I love the staff at this location. Chad goes out of his way to help make sure all is peachy. Large selection of bikes to rent. I’ve been a Club Eaglerider member since around 2015. Wish I had time to try each of the bikes in their fleet. Location is easy to get to from BART 24th & Mission stop. Easier to use the Valencia entrance. Not much parking around but hey, it is SF so what do you expect. Cheers!

Great experience. Rentals are at the back of a Harley service center so plenty of awesome bikes to gawk at when you go in. Picking up the bike was smooth and easy and the bike was basically brand new with under 9000 miles. Staff were super chill and friendly and helped me figure out the GPS. Riding around San Fransisco city and the surrounding area was awesome. And returning the bike was straightforward albeit a little sad haha. Highly recommend. Thanks very much.

A colleague and I rented a couple of Harley Street Gliders from San Francisco Eagle Rider. The bikes were very well maintained and the service we received at time of rental and when dropping off was excellent. They also provided space to store our luggage for a couple days so that was a sense of relief. We were previously worried about having a secure place. We had an excellent ride down the coast, around the Monterey Bay and down to Big Sir. On the way back we went through the redwood forests up to skyline. I will definitely do it again:

Great service and great bikes! I made a last minute reservation and Eagle Rider was able to get me a bike to ride around SF, the East Bay, and Marin. I was on an XSR900 (which very well may convince me to get a Yamaha after being a Kawi loyalist for the past few years), and I had a great time in city traffic and on twisty roads. The service was great and very friendly. Will definitely use Eagle Rider the next time I have the chance!

Ive been riding since I was 19 and in addition to owning, I have rented motorcycles over 30 times from different companies around the world, including 6 different models on 10 or so occasions from this particular Eaglerider SF location. My wife also rides, and weve rented together all around the US, including 4 times together from this location. We go for long rides (usually 1,000-1,500mi over 2-4 days) so its important to us that the bikes perform really well.Of all the motorcycle rental experiences weve had, alone or together, this place is our favorite. There are shops closer to where we live, but well go a little bit further just to rent from here. Pascal in particular always makes sure we are taken care of, no matter the issue, if any, that arises; and believe me, if you rent motorcycles often enough, there will be issues (another renter damaged the bike right before your trip and you need to rent something else; you have a mechanical issue such as the starter on the bike fails and it needs a bump start; etc), but its all about the customer service response to issues that really elevates this place.Weve never had any mechanical issues with bikes at this shop, and that shows theyre on top of their maintenance, which I cant say for all the other places Ive rented bikes from around the world. Reading some of the reviews for this and other Eaglerider locations, anyone complaining about a bike not being available the same day needs to take that issue up with Eaglerider corporate (whos customer service response is not always great; it usually takes me a few calls to resolve an issue with them; they could learn a thing or two from Pascal) or just learn how to plan a little further in advance. If youre booking last minute, Id recommend calling the shop directly ahead of time, and theyll help you get your rental sorted.This place is the reason for a lot of good memories, both for solo trips riding hard, and couples trips when we want to take in the scenery. Our favorite trips from this location are up Hwy 1 to Cape Perpetua in Oregon (make sure to hit the Avenue of Giants along the way), down Hwy 1 to San Diego, and up to Tahoe/Yosemite in one big loop.

I rented a Yamaha MT07 and full face helmet. I waited only a minute or two for service when I arrived. Pascal explained everything, including how he works on these bikes himself, and I must agree this Yamaha was in excellent condition. Pirelli Angel GT 180 on the rear, which has been my preferred tire for over 10 years. Front/rear inflation no issue. Bike ran strong, great brakes... weather was great... and they gave me an extension for their phone that they DO pick up. I paid for the ZERO deductible plan ($100+ xtra), toll plan, and helmet rental. Thank GOD I did the full face because the coastal hwy is FRIGID COLD on a MC, and the weather was 70-80º. EagleRider was KEY to making this one of the best vacays ever. I had the bike for three days, and went all the way down as far as Big Sur. Did I say PCH is COLD? Oh good, cause I meant F___ING COLD, LOL!! Bring your FULL LEATHER w/winter lining - no BS. 91 oct. fuel was $8.30/gal in Big Sur in April 2022. 700cc motor GOOD! I highly recommend riding Old Santa Cruz Hwy, San José Soquel Rd, Swanton Rd, PCH. Next time I wanna try Bear Creek Rd!

On turning 40 I rented a couple of Harleys from EagleRider and rode from SF down route 1 to Laguna Beach over three days, then blasted back on route 5. Journey was epic and the service from EagleRider was excellent.They brought out their subscription services in the last few years I made that my 50th birthday present and have multiple times rented to either tool around the peninsula or up to Napa and surrounds.The ER team make it easy, great bikes and next epic ride down route one will be on a BMW. Great place to rent bikes. We got 2 Harley’s here and they were amazing! Customer service is great, and they even let you keep your luggage in a room if you are from out of town. We had so much fun on our Harley’s and would love to do it again. We were able to make it to Big Sur, Napa, Mt. Diablo, and the Redwoods in about 3 days. When we returned the bikes, Merrie was amazing and helped us get everything sorted out. Everyone there is great, and I highly recommend them.

My friend and I booked a couple of Harleys for a ride down the coast and then over to Vegas. We showed up and were on the bikes and out the door in a few minutes. It was really easy. Returning the bikes in Vegas was just as fast. The bikes rode amazingly well and it seemed like they were well maintained. It made for an incredible trip. The only thing that was a little annoying was having to pay extra for the model we wanted. But we got what we reserved and had a great time. I highly recommend using this service.

These guys are Great! I reserved a bike on line for dates and time frame. We showed up at the shop in the morning, spent very short time with paper work. And we’re riding in a half hour and on our way. It was absolutely one of the Greatest weekend we’ve ever had!!! We rented 3 HD Ultra Street glides from SFO. Had a great experience, staff was professional, friendly, and Pascal gave us the best briefing ever before we left, with some great recommendations. So... Dont believe the marketing. There isnt a huge showroom full of shiny new vehicles waiting for you to jump on and take them for a spin.I had a paid reservation for noon, which I booked at 11:58, but got there closer to 1pm. The bike still needed to be washed and readied - Understandible given the 1 hour notice.The jackets on the rack are your average run of the mill $50-100 Cycle Gear mesh. Which probably have the sweat and tears of the previous riders. About the same with the rental helmets - Not overcriticizing, just know what youre in for with $10.So, this is where the review dropped 1 star:The air in the tires felt low, so I stopped by a gas station before heading on the highway and purchased a pressure guage. The front was at about 26PSI, and the rear was at 32PSI. I called the shop to find out the proper inflation was, as the factory sticker is nowhere to be found.Front is supposed to be 36 and rear is 40. I aired them back up and went on my ride.All these challenges are understandable, I just expected something different. I hope youre experience is better.Update:The shop apologized for for my experience and provided a discount. And I ultimately believe this was just bad/insufficient timing. Ive adjusted my rating.And I think if you plan your rental a day+ ahead, and bring your own helmet/gear. Youll have a 5-star experience.

All was good except they booked 15-20 people leaving at the same time on Monday and it too about 1.5 hours to get out bikes and we missed a bunch of riding that first day..which is a lot on a 3 day trip. No issues with the bike.

I have been a club member since October 2020 and have loved every ride (14 so far)! The website is simple to navigate; reserving a bike is easy; working with Chad, Pascal and others (at SF location) has been great. Never had any issues with the bikes. Also loved trying out different style bikes from cruisers to sport tourer. Highly recommend.

I like that Eaglerider has a consistent and thorough on-boarding of their riders -- they go through the paperwork, highlighting the important aspects of the contract and then move to the bike. Each bike has its peculiarities and they make sure you know them. The Road King I was rented was a beautiful and well maintained machine. When I returned it, it was a quick & efficient process and I was back on my way in minutes. And, they always want to make sure you have hotels and transportation during and afterwards - I appreciate that they think of you after the rental.

Fantastic bikes and very good service - really all you need and highly recommended. For years I thought ER was all HD but was very glad to see they have plenty of new model euro and Japanese sport touring bikes, which really fills the void left by the sorely missed Dubbleju :-(. Only dings are pricing isn’t cheap and sometimes the wait to pickup can be long and limited availability at peak. But nothing new or unique to ER really, so plan ahead and the frequent flyer / credits program helps with pricing.

What a pleasure to rent from Eagle Rider at this location!Service was impeccable, Sam offered excellent advice on the bikes and our trip.We rented 4 BMW bikes, we were advised prior to our arrival that they were not receiving all of the bikes as planned. So we changed our selection based on what was available.Only challenge was that we had three 1200+ and one 700. Great for the mountains, rough on the highways, especially with the intense winds which exist.We are hoping for some credit on the 700 as we paid for a 1200+.No matter, the shop and the people working there are excellent! No trip can come off without some kind of hiccup!

I was beyond excited to finally visit the west coast eaglerider. This location has the biggest selection Ive seen anywhere, although during the popular times Id advise booking weeks in advance to guarantee your model availability.Renting was a relatively simple experience. Sam was a great help with getting the rental setup, advising on routes, future bike recommendations and general riding tips.Rode the Yamaha R3 for the first time, seems to be their most accessible rental on short notice. Bike was well maintained.

I made a confirmed reservation online for one day. I took the option to reserve a certain category (18$ extra). Arriving the rental station I got to know, no Harley at all available. Only a Triumpf Bonneville that I could have.I took it not to distroy the day but returned after 2 Miles because it did not go strait, due to a former bad repaired exident.

My experience with EagleRider San Francisco last week was pretty good overall. They have a great selection of bikes and let me walk around the shop for a while to choose which one I wanted. The Harley Sportster I picked out was great, and an amazing riding experience. One downside is that they didnt always answer the phone when I called. But, they did quickly fix my bike when one of the spark plugs was broken off, and made extending my reservation for a few days very easy. Overall, recommended.

I rented the Road Glide. It was amazing! We went all over San Francisco and surrounding areas for several days. The bike turns heads everywhere. Its power is adequate for its size. The stereo is fun to play for both riders. The trunks space is choice!The staff was polite and informative. They let me park in their lot overnight and held the bike while I drove my guest to the airport.Overall we had an amazing experience. The price for two days with full coverage insurance was around $550. We also sprung for full face helmets. Def worth it.

Great service. Picked up a Harley-Davidson Fat Boy. It was clean, and ready to go before I got there at around 9:30 AM. Ran in great shape. Even came with saddle bags which I either hadnt realized, or hadnt been advertised. At any rate, they were a definite help for riding around San Fran as a tourist and taking some friends for rides around town! I had a great experience with these guys! They were extremely helpful and the service was brilliant at the beginning, middle and end.I picked up a 1200 sportster from San Francisco and rode to Chicago. There was a plate with the luggage rack half way through and they sorted that for me in Denver without any problems or cost to myself.Really wonderful bunch of people to go with, and a really reasonable price too. considering i had the bike for three weeks. Rented an Indian Roadmaster and loved it. Bike was in great shape. Entire pick up time took about 25 minutes. Drop off took about 10. Picked up in San Fran, and had it one night. Took it up through Muir Woods and to the beach. By far the best part of our trip out there. Would highly recommend. This was my first time on a big touring bike so it was a little scary hitting those steep hills in the city but after awhile it was no big deal.

Eagle Rider made booking troubles right. We had been planning a trip to California to ride the Pacific Coast Highway and to other destinations. I checked out Eagle Rider and they were advertising $39 daily rentals through their club membership. So I checked our dates, read the fine print, and checked the blackout dates. Everything was lining up. So we booked our airfare and both my wife and I signed up for Eagle Rider memberships. However, when we then tried to reserve the motorcycles, the rate has nearly doubled to $63 per day. Apparently they had added a bunch of blackout dates that were not there before.It took a few tries but we finally got a hold of Eagle Rider of San Fran and they made things right. They refunded the difference and told us that the bikes weve reserved will be waiting for us when we arrive.Fingers crossed. Will update review after our trip.

This experience absolutely made my trip - thanks so much! Riding a Harley down the coast on Highway 1 then out to the desert on Route 66 has been on my bucket list for quite some time and I was happy to have such a great experience with Eagle Rider and a virtually brand new Road King to get around on for almost a week.All the staff at the San Francisco branch were super helpful (whoever was working on Friday 15th February 2019)!The test of a good outfit is not just service and quality when everything goes to plan but the assistance when it doesnt. My bike broke down from a mechanical failure (impossible to prevent), it was 8:30pm in the middle of the desert. A tow truck was sorted no problem on their 24-hour roadside assistance line and I had a replacement bike delivered to me from over 2 hours away by lunchtime the next day (thanks to the manager at San Francisco branch!). They also extended my rental a day to make up for the lost time.I had an absolute blast - highly recommend!

Friendly folks and a nice Road Glide for the California backroads. Bikes were ready when we got there, and the bikes and return was flawless. Reserved a Royal Enfield twin. Checked in online. They set it up and I was out in 10 minutes! Drop off was also straightforward. Very professional and friendly people. Bike was in excellent condition. Prices are also reasonable and they also offer extra bells and whistles like model guarantee and insurance of all sorts. Looks like they have a pretty big selection of bikes as well. Solid experience overall — better than a car rental!

I rented from Eagle Rider San Francisco for a 4 day trip around northern CA. Graham, I believe who was one of the owners or managers of the facility, was extremely helpful and friendly. He made our experience with eagle rider as good as it was. The bike itself ran very well and seemed to be well maintained. The staff who guided us through the bikes controls were not very helpful. They were severely disengaged with customers and the process seemed disorganized, with no clear order of who was next in line to receive their rental. They answered questions with as few words as possible, which comes of as quite unfriendly and is not helpful.However, Grahams kindness and gregarious nature balanced the experience out. As a repeat Eagle Rider customer, he provided us with a helmet free of charge, stored one of our personal helmets (new helmet that wasnt broken in yet = uncomfortable). The rental helmet they provided was well kept and fit well. All in all, great experience except for the bike handoff process.

This is the second time we have rented a Harley Davidson through Eagle Rider and once again the experience was excellent. We flew in from Montreal, Canada, and wanted to take advantage of a few days visiting parts of the beautiful State of California before heading out to a business conference in Las Vegas. We prefer the Ultra Classic for touring and were pleased with the almost brand new state of the bike. Our trip represented a total of about 900 miles over four and half days (down the coast, across the state, riding through Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks and back to San Francisco) without a glitch! Service at Eagle Rider San Francisco was outstanding; they take care to make sure you have everything you need, set you up with the helmets, and offer help with which routes to take. And we can trust that their bikes are reliable and in tip top condition. Thank you Sean for having contributed to making this bike trip memorable! We will definitely be renting through Eaglerider again.

Great September Ride for our Anniversary. Absolutely a fantastic rental experience with EagleRider San Francisco. Eric the tech that checked us in and out did a great job noting anything we found on the bike are the beginning and was very helpful on return as well. Harley behind the counter worked with us getting out on time and away from traffic (THANK YOU!) and it set us up for a smooth weekend around the Bay Area and then down through Big Sur. Posting some pics to the site as well, loved the Indian and it goes well with the rings we picked up at W.F.O. to remember some of the ride by. Thank you, well be back!

I had a great experience at Eagle Rider San Francisco. I rented a Yamaha Super Ténéré which was great but had a small mechanical issue due to a previous rider’s negligence, so then switched me out for a Triumph Tiger 800. It was a great bike and I put about 700 miles on it riding through Big Sur to San Luis Obispo, back up to SF, and then up north on the PCH. Everyone at Eagle Rider was friendly and helpful, and I was able to reach them on the phone when I needed to. In particular, Adam and Chad were great. They really saved our trip. Our tripmanager in Germany made a huge mistake and did not tell them that i am only allowed to ride smaller bikes since I only have the A2 license. Luckily they had one brand new (literally 3 miles on it) smaller bike left. They trusted me even though im only 22 years old and let me ride it. All in all 10/10. Im a local who had given up his personal bike years ago. I decided that I wanted to dust off the cobwebs and spend a day on a bike. I called ahead to confirm there were bikes available to choose from, and had a good time picking one out that I liked once I had arrived. I chose a Harley Fatboy Lo, which looked good to me and fit well. There was a wide selection - many styles of Harley to choose from. Within 30 minutes of walking in I was on the road. Helmet and jacket were provided as well. The bike was a very recent model year, it had ABS and 6 speed transmission. It was in perfect condition, brakes were strong, everything worked and looked great. I rode over 200 miles in 24 hours, got my two wheel fix for under $200 including insurance. I will be a customer here again, I felt totally at home.

The bikes they rent are quality and their service is phenominal. I have rented with them twice and both times have been a pleasure. My most recent rental was a 2012 Harley Davidson Fatboy. The bike these guys gave me was practically brand new (5K miles on the odometer). You just cant beat what they have to offer. Their unlimited mileage allowed me to get all the way out to Arcata from San Francisco, the best ride of my life. When I said that I would need an extra couple hours with the bike to return it on my lunch break, there was no problem at all. Honestly, the service these guys provide is even better than the product. Jeremy and James really went the extra mile to make my experience unforgettable. We had a great experience with Eaglerider. First, the staff @ our San Fran pickup point, as well as @ the L.A. drop-off point were first rate. Very professional, & hospitable. We had reserved a Tri-glide for an 8-day trip down CA-1 / PCH1 from S.F. to L,A. 560 mils total, including a little out of the way excursion to Buellton/S.B wine country. Whole trip was great. Breathtaking scenery and an experience beyond compare. The motorcycle provided to us was of 2017 vintage with almost 18k miles and it showed the wear. Apparently, prior renters did not care much about boot scuff marks and keeping the bike clean etc.. The driving lights were inop, the Nav was inop, worked intermittently, at best but several functions were unavailable as we were unable to set items such as arrival times, arrival distances etc.. Nav switched back & forth from English to Spanish from time to time. Also- it went out completely as we road past LAX en route to dropping off the bike. Not a good time for that to happen! All things said, we thought Eaglerider provided what we had expected. The tour guide they provided was fairly inadequate & we used our own planning guides & and self-directed itinerary without even consulting theirs. Only contention I have is the price for the 7-day rental. I think they could have done a little better. Its a done deal now. Glad we made the trip. Extraordinary, indeed! Would have preferred being on our own motorcycle, but that would not have been a good idea based upon logistics from our home in OH, the mlles and wear & tear we would have sustained. Eaglerider helped make it possible for us to ride the best ride of our lives.

I came to San Francisco with a mission. My brother had died of cancer and he loved HD motorcycles, but he had already given away or sold all of his. His Widow wanted to have a memorial service with his ashes at Tilden Park, so the idea came to me of renting a Harley and using it as his hearse. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had entered the wrong dates and they corrected them without charging (unlike the airlines I used to get there). The bike they gave me operated perfectly. I needed special accommodations for returning the bike on a Sunday (when they are closed) and they worked it out without any bother. There was no sales pressure for extras like insurance, but they offered what they thought was the best plan. Their location is central so getting around the city and the bay area is very easy from there. All in all, if I make it back to SF, Ill definitely look them up for another rental.

I rented for a day with a friend from the eagleride SF on 8th. I was great! The bikes are perfect shape. I ordered a Triumph but they did not have it so I had my backup was a harley sportster 883. It was a sweet ride. The staff was of great help.The one thing to know is that you need to take care of fastrak yourself. I would be nicer if they billed you latter. So take your pass if you have it.We rode to Stinson beach and it was just perfect.I will definitely go back!

We rented an Indian Roadmaster for our first trip to California.We were able to get through the administrative process in a short while and then the young woman proceeded to walk us through the important features of the bike. She did a great job of highlighting important things like - the disk lock - and how to set it up to avoid putting it on incorrectly and getting into a bad situation getting it off.We were through the process and on the bike in about 20 minutes.Check-in was very easy as well. There were a couple of other riders being attended to, so there was a bit of a wait but nothing unreasonable.The bike itself was in great condition and operated as expected. There were a couple of small glitches and one thing about the GPS you need to know.Glitch 1 - rear tire pressure sensor lit up saying the pressure was less than 35 psi two days into the trip. We called Eagle Rider and they asked if we were riding an Indian. This is a known issue with the bike itself and the person we talked to convinced us it was okay to proceed without returning to add additional. While the sensor repeatedly went off for the remainder of the trip, there was no issue and from what I could tell the tire was fully inflated. This nuance could have been shared during the bike walk-though. This is a picky point but it did add stressAnother annoyance, and this may be a user problem, but the GPS brightness did not adjust with lighting conditions. There may have been a way to do this but I was not told what to do if it was possible. The display is bright enough during the day but impedes road visibility at night if left at normal brightness.We were never asked about (that I can recall) our experience level and what kind of bikes we have ridden before. I have been riding for over 20 years, give or take and I currently own a Yamaha FJR1300. It is a bike that requires an experienced rider but it is no Indian Roadmaster. The bike clocks in at over 900 pounds gassed up and then you throw luggage and and people on this thing Id say we had 1300+ pounds in motion.The Roadmaster is a great bike for the open road. If you want to cruise the Pacific Coast Highway (which we did), it is a wonderful ride. If however, you are driving around San Francisco, in say the Castro District (which is where we stayed), you and your passenger, need to be seasoned riders or you are in for a difficult time at the very least or you are in a heap of trouble. Starting and stopping on a steep uphill grade is not easy on this bike. You better know what you are doing.I would say there needs to be a conversation about planned routes and relative experience to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride.Finally, THIS IS IMPORTANT, you need to plan your route because cannot necessarily rely on the GPS to plan a good route. We were staying in Sonoma and were planning a trip to Yountville. If you go to Google Maps, it will plan a primary route through Napa, which is all high-way driving. Google maps also shows a secondary route which takes you north and then has you turn right onto Trinity Road. This route has you going on a very twisty, very narrow, mountain road in poor condition. Not being from the area, we plugged in Yountville and it took us through the mountains. I daresay were feel lucky to be alive and not a casualty of Death by GPS.I would suggest that there be a conversation about planned routes, particularly with people coming in from out of town or out of the country. We had a near death experience that could have been avoided, if we had discussed our plans with Eagle Rider staff. I am not blaming Eagle Rider for this incident but I think a conversation about plans and suggestions for route planning would enhance the safety and enjoyment of the experience.The bike was great, the people we worked with were awesome and if a more thorough conversation were had prior to the trip, I would given them a 5.I would be happy to discuss this in more detail if you wish.Thanks,Ken

I was skeptical about this at first. It seemed too easy. I had called EagleRider and spoken with Cricket. I told her my plans to tour from San Francisco to L.A. over 7 days and am amazed at well this trip worked out. We asked for upgraded hotels, 8 nights total, and planned sights to see. The EaglerRider app was pre-loaded with the total itinerary, including sights I hadn’t considered. Like dune buggy’s in the dunes.Having a description of everything and routes to each and every one was fantastic! We got to pre-plan what we wanted to see and do for weeks before the trip. Of course some of that changed when we were overcome by the open road on the awesome StreetGlide touring edition Harley Davidson we rented. Thank you and we will use Eaglerider again.

I picked up a Harley Street Glide from San Francisco EagleRider on Sept 30th, 2014. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowed us to keep our luggage in the shop and park our car in their lot.The ride from San Francisco to Big Sur was incredible. The views were so stunning that we had to keep pulling over to take pictures. I was in heaven until I stalled the bike at a turn off; when I restarted the bike I couldnt get the music to play. When I tried turning off the radio, it wouldnt turn off. When I shut off the bike, it still wouldnt turn off.With a computer that wouldnt shut off, I was afraid the battery would quickly drain and leave us stranded, so we headed back to our hotel and spent the next day and a half checking out Monterey on foot.The next day the battery was dead as I thought it would be. I called SF EagleRider and spoke with the owner, Graham. Graham had a driver pick us up in an F250 with an enclosed trailer within an hour, and he brought us back to SF.Graham gave me a full refund for our troubles, so what appeared as a really bad situation turned out to be okay after all, and because of how well the problem was handled I plan to rent from Las Vegas EagleRider in a couple of weeks.I rated my overall experience 4 stars because the ride from SF to Big Sur was amazing. The bike was comfortable and it was great having music on the ride, something Im not used to. Also, the speed and response to our breakdown couldnt have been much better. I may have pushed for them to deliver another bike, but the bike was due back that day anyway and I knew I had the second rental in Las Vegas coming up. Had we not had a breakdown I would have given 5 stars.

I joined club Eaglerider a few months ago, March 2017. Back then, members could rent bikes for $39/day, which was an amazing deal. The company just changed this policy and now provides only 25% off during non-blackout periods, and 15% off during blackouts - which are almost the entire summer here in SF (e.g., the entire month of June 2017 is blacked out). This pricing change nearly doubles the daily cost of the average bike. During blackouts, members cannot use the monthly free rental rider credits either. Bottom line, if you dont own a bike, want to ride/try many different types (Harley, Indian, Triumph, BMW, etc), in different parts of the country, then the club is still an OK deal - if you use your monthly member credits.

We (4ppl) booked motorcycles for a weekend trip to LA from this location online. We got email that all our bookings are confirmed and We booked all our hotels at the destinations. A week before our planned trip, someone from this location called us to inform our booking are cancelled. They dint provide us any alternate for the cancelled motorcycles as per their cancelation policy and no proper explanation on why they were cancelled. We called this location multiple times and the location manger (Chad) at this location is not really interested to take the customer cal. Have an alternate plan before booking from here and think twice before joining their membership plan.

I rented an E-Glide 2 weeks ago for an 11 day tour from San Francisco CA to Phoenix AZ.The stuff at San Fran seemed to be a little overcharged with a simple bike pick up procedure.The shop was not very crowded and I had to wait more than one boaring (holiday) hour for getting my preordered and prepayed bike. The bike was clean exept of many big stains of burned shoe sole rubber on the exhaust.The 103 engine of this 35000 mile Harley was sounding and pingeling like a very old and rough used one. Always nice and helpful, although it can take quite a while before you get your bike and drive off. This time it took me 45 mins and there werent that many renters in line. If you are on a tight schedule, be sure to go there early (0845!). First come first served although reservations get priority over walk-ins.They like to go over the options of insurance with you but it really speeds things up if you already know what they are. Furthermore, have all your stuff ready (drivers license, creditcard etc) so everybody is out the door faster. And Eaglerider; hire someone extra for the busy morning hours to help out!

These people have no appreciation for their customers. They dont realize that this is a service oriented world we live in and that in order to be successful they need to take care of their customers. I called them up and made an appt to bring in my 2000 Road King Classic for service. The woman on the phone was very nice and told me when I could bring it in and we decided what I wanted done to it (service and complete detailing). When I arrived there was no one there to greet me or help me. One gentleman said there was a change in ownership and he was just there filling in but he knew nothing. He went to get someone but no one came out to help me. After 45 minutes two guys came out and told me that they worked in other departments (?) but that they couldnt check my bike in and that I couldnt leave it for service and I would have to leave. They just wasted two hours of my time and didnt seem to really care that they did so. There were no managers to talk to and the one owner they pointed out was on his cell phone this entire time and wouldnt get off to talk to me. They could care less that they lost me as a customer. I called the central number and they didnt even know that the local place in SF wasnt taking bikes in for service. I asked to talk to one of the owners but they said that wasnt possible. This company is in trouble precisely because of this type of behaviour. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE THERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU/US!!! I hope they go out of business for their blatant disregard for other peoples lives. How would they like it if someone treated them like this? I dont think they would be very happy. Lets change things one person at a time, one business at a time and show them they cant treat people like this.

I hired an Electra with Eaglerider SF for a 4-day tour with my wife Andrea. Friendly guys, and a nice H-D atmosphere at the shop. Everything went smooth from the beginning, although the deliver-return process could be a little more expedite. We relished the combination of good weather & bike (naturally the H-D roar makes a difference), starting with the fantastic view of San Francisco bay through the Golden Gate Bridge. Stop-by in Sausalito for a gorgeous seafood lunch, and thereafter through scenic routes towards Carneros, Nappa. Winding roads in the Nappa-Sonoma region and then back to SF by the coast (HW-1 heading south). A terrific experience, even if you choose not to drink any wine!

This was the fourth time I rented a bike from Eaglerider, the first time at SFO. The personell was very friendly and the paperwork was finished very quickly so we (my son and me) could start approximately 30 minutes after arrival at the station (we had to pack our luggage of course). The bikes have been very clean and the facility was very big, so we could change our luggage inside (it was a sunny day). Our trip took 14 days and included 3100 miles from SFO to LA to Las Vegas to Grand Canyon to Monument Valley to Salt Lake City to Bonneville to Yosemite National Park back to SFO.Unfortunately, my sons bike got some technical problems, but the colleagues in Salt Lake City changed it without any problems. Mike from Eaglerider SLC did all the required steps and the change was without any problems. After a cold drink, we could continue our journey.So, I can say that Eaglerider really takes care and does everything to satisfy their customers. I bought a club membership over a year ago used it once for a family get together but this year they werent able to except my club credits. When asked why they said due to the club program last year they lost business and had to black out dates this year for its use. I might have believed this if they hadnt just received a brand new fleet of bikes. Last year I got to use my credits but i did have issues like the bike i put in for (over a month prior) wasnt available when i arrived. This they did fix by an upgrade, however the bike i got (Indian Road master) had some mechanical issues. (Made horiible squeaking noises and the service light came on) Thought it was just mine but another fellow that rented the same bike from another locale did the same thing. So even tho it appeared to more of a manufacturer issue this dealer did nothing for the inconvienence.So for recap, im giving only taking away 2 stars. Minus 1 star for the over use of the blackout dates (last 10 days of May, the entire month of June and the entire month of August). Minus 1 star for lack of willingness to try and at least offer somekind of solution.Minus 1 star for basically teasing me with brand new bikes that I wasnt going to get. (To me it was like saying club members dont pay enough to deserve these new bikes only walk up cash customers, it might be different if they were actually rented out but they werent and if i wanted to pay almost full price they of course had many bikes from which I could choose. To be clear they offer club members a 15% discount off regular prices but theres a 10% plus city tax applied so its not really a discount now is it) I will say they did call the club corp number but of course like me got no response, other than that absolutely nothing else. I would like to give this location another chance since it is the cloeset location to me that allows for credit use, if they would call me and try to come up with something to help me to have the best experience possible like you advertise, I would change my review to reflect that. Till then im bummed

We had a group coming from Europe and EagleRider San Francisco was extremely helpful on attending everyone in a timely manner. The group enjoyed the adventure and definitely went back to their countries telling some good stories of their trip from San Francisco to Carmel. Drop off in the Seaside location (close to Monterey and Carmel) was also easy.

My husband and I rented Fat Boys for a 3 Day Self-Guided Tour of Yosemite from August 15-17. It was quite the experience. We didnt realize how self-guided it would be (we thought there would be a directions card taped to the bikes or something) and thus came without having really looked at the directions. Turns out you basically need to memorize them between stops. Whoops.The only thing I wish had been different would be is EagleRider labeled their tours like a ski resort labels hills--this one would have been Experienced Riders Only. My husband and I have only been riding for four or five years and this tour definitely stretched our comfort zone. It was worth it, but harrowing at times.All in all we were glad we did it. Thanks for the ride!

Me and a friend rented Harley bikes with eagle rider. as a part of a trip to USA from Uruguay. We booked and paid with two weeks in advance.. ..... but when we went to pick up them....they said NO BIKES... they said we send an email... one hour before the pick up time... I must to say I call 3 days before to check everyting was OK, and they confirmed that was fine.. incredible...they really dont have idea about how to have a minimun razonable customer service... really really disapointed... I use to belive the things didnt work that way in a developed tourims market as USA, but I was wrong .. this company has a really messy and regrettable way of working!!

A memorable ride!!. We rented 2 HD (HD Heritage Softail and a HD Street Glide) to make a 4 days tour from San Francisco (30th June 2014) to LA (4th July 2014) and the whole experience was awesome.It started right from the beginning with the email reservation process, thanks to Daniel Marquez who resolved every doubt and question with prompt responses and outstanding support, followed with the rental pickup (everything well explained, no delays, great shop) and ended with an even faster rental return in LA (everybody was really nice, and they provide a taxi voucher to go to the airport at no extra cost).Of course the ride itself through the Pacific Coast Highway (Big Sur, Roads 1, Big 101 and 154) was outstanding and a ride to remember my whole life!!!If you try something similar, do not forget to include a stop in the Cold Spring Tavern in Santa Barbara and another one in Neptunes Net in Malibu (two tips from local riders who we met in some HD shops along the way ;-)

It’s really a pity that you have to return the rental at 4:30 pm.30k$ Cars are rented all over the world at less then half of what you charge and the facilities are either open 24 hours or have after hours return processes in place, you should do the same.Its really unfair for you to enforce this return timing, and it will only be until you will not have competition, then you will have to start working alos for your customers, if you want to retain them.This was the only real negative of our experience this time

I rented a 250cc Vespa for a day and had a great time. I rode it all over San Francisco and then over the Golden Gate Bridge and all around Sausalito/Tiburon/Mt. Tam/Stinson Beach/Marin Headlands. The exterior of the Vespa was a little beat up, but the performance was great.

Fantastic experience and great service from EagleRider SFO. Fast and effective. Without reservation they provided us with a Harley Road King in 5 hours for a 16 day trip. The bike was practically new and the entire trip was perfect. 3,300 miles (5,300 km). West Coast, Vancouver Island, much of southern British Columbia (ferry to Bella Colla-Williams Lake-Vancouver) and back to SFO via the interior, Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and SFO. No problem. All perfect. Needless to say, prices have skyrocketed compared to before Covid where we already rented in July 2019 in LA. This must be appreciated by EagleRider!!Xavi and Vanessa (Spain)
