2023-08-10 03:25:08🇺🇸 Hawaiian Gardens, CAㅣEast BuffetIt was my first time in Hawaiian Gardens and it happened to be around noon so my husband searched a bit and we decided to go try East Buffet. There were quite a lot of people at noon on Friday. The receptionist was a middle-aged uncle who kindly greeted us and led us to our seats where was literally 2 steps away from aisle to get food.Price: Very reasonable price. An adult is $16.99 for lunch (11 am to 3:30 pm) from Monday to Friday, $21.99 for dinner (3:30 pm to 9 pm), and $22.99 for weekends and holidays.Ambiance: There were plenty of seats, and dining environment was very clean. However, the lighting was a bit dim and interior was old-fashioned.Food: Side dish, sashimi area, meat, vegetables, seafood, soup, desserts, fruits (it had cherries!), ice creams, and a separated teppanyaki area. The most part impressed me was the size of fried shrimps was big and fresh and the Chinese hot and sour soup contained a lot of mushrooms. Sushi tasted fresh, too.Service: The waitresses cleaned the table diligently and few can speak Mandarin. There are 2-hour limitation for enjoying the buffet.I would say overall it was worth the money.📍12100 East Carson St, Ste A, Hawaiian Gardens, CA 90716 (Hawaii Garden Town Center)

2023-11-02 20:06:29Damn. Just damn. A lot of food and for a really cheap cost. 16.99 per person during lunch and you will not be disappointed. The pictures people have posted are REAL, I would have pictures too but I was too busy gorging. I have a picture of me and my mans plates when we were about to leave though, we had two each😂

2023-02-27 00:04:35A good selection of cooked entrees, mostly Chinese food with some Japanese sushi. Fresh salmon sashimi. Yellowtail tasted frozen. Gotta try their omelet bar!!Lack of staff to clean the buffet areas; need more serving utensils.

2022-06-07 05:56:28Spacious and plenty of parking spaceGreat place for one, two or big parties with high seating capacity with layout like Las Vegas, mostly Chinese American style food.Cater to all different diets (including vegeterians)Gloves no longer available at each serving stations when handling utensils,Staff had masks on..Food was fresh and what I had was delicious and not too salty. Fruits fresh including cherries available.Am informed menu for weekdays lunch stays same but changes in dinner and weekends. Only difference i saw was soft shell crabs, mussels ans shrimps in cajyn sauce, and crawlfish on weekend. if you like those then might be worth it to go on weekend. i am content with weekday menu. Price increased.Overall: Recommend. Thank you East Buffet!

2023-02-21 16:13:06The options were same as other seafood buffets (fish, crabs, shrimps, etc). The food was good. However, when I asked for a seat at the corner, they didn’t address my request. They gave me a seat next to a family with 5 kids that were so loud and they were sneezing frequently (not hygienic at a restaurant). Otherwise, the place is good to eat. I recommend separate the seats with some type of privacy walls. Price was $21 per person with a drink and task $27.

2023-07-11 06:54:32Everything about this place was amazing! The meat, and noodles were delicious! There was also a noodle grilling station which I loved! They basically took all the vegetables, meat, and noodles you put in your noodles and put them on a grill thing. They also added shoot sauce which added the final bit of flavor! It was delicious! Im getting hungry just thinking about it! Also, the inside of the resident looked spectacular. This is an overall amazing place to eat Asian food at!

2023-09-17 01:33:49Good raw salmon and tuna if you like it. It’s definitely worth the money if you are a sashimi person! Prices are pretty reasonable considering it’s a buffet.

2022-01-16 03:35:16Winter calls for warm, nutritious foods. It hit the spot. Light on flavor (which is better than over-flavored or salty). Enjoyed the Mongolian grilled veggies sans noodles (the beef slices are tough). The clams bland, better with basil. Passed on most of the shrimp and crawfish, sushi and sashimi (better to not eat them in winter), ice cream & western style desserts for the fried plantains, egg custard, sesame ball and wrapped treat (taro bun had a bitter, weird taste). Overall freshness sub-par.Worth the $20 dinner. Ate solo without drink. Even so service was slow to clear plates. They seemed attentive with other patrons. Mostly empty at 7:25 PM on Saturday. Happy, healthy, safe winter!(Bias: I much prefer Indian or Korean BBQ buffet.)

2021-10-11 01:21:08Good buffet with a nice variety and good seafood offerings. The service was good, which is unusual in buffets of this type. Plates were picked up often. Good fresh choices all around. A tad above your typical Chinese buffet
