One of the best burgers I have eaten!! I had the bacon avocado burger without the bun. Fresh sliced avocado topped this burger with thick bacon slices. Cooked perfectly! The zucchini fries were amazing!! Lightly breaded and also cooked perfectly. The lemonade was sweet but good. Will eat here again!

Wow, My friend and I stopped by to eat here before she boards her flight back to Chicago. Super delicious and juicy burgers and the fries are some of the best fries I had in a long time. Couldnt be happier with this meal, the Staff are super friendly as well. I will be coming back for my burger fix!!

We stumbled across Eat Fantastic while looking for another restaurant. What a happy and serendipitous discovery. Best burger Ive had in ages. Fries were perfect. My wife LOVED her chocolate shake; said its chocolate taste was deep and really satisfying. We live 25 miles away, but are making a point of going back soon.

I like the fact that they dont sweat the small stuff and treat you like a human being. The reason the food didnt get 5 stars is because I got a shake. The 1st time, it was thick. The 2nd time, it was thin, and I didnt blame the girl who made it. I blame management for not teaching her (the second girl on my second visit).

The food was a lot better than expected and super filling too. I got a cheeseburger meal with a shake and the shake was also really good! Despite being on a busy street it was still nice to sit outside on the patio and watch the cars go by as I ate. Employees were very friendly and patient as well.

Been here a few times now and has become our favorite burger place. We usually try something new everytime and have not been let down yet. So far every burger on the menue have been awesome including their chicken tender sandwich. Our kiddo loves the kids hamburger meal. We like to get the zucchini a lot now and their fries, chips, and onion rings are amazing too! Fairly large, clean dinning area, service is great. Cannot say enough but for those of you who havent been here come and get some.

I was surprised by how good this place was because I didnt even know it existed till I randomly walked in the door after I visited cycle gear next door. The place is modern and clean and the staff was friendly. They some great burgers to choose from with tasty options or you can customize your own. I was really impressed with the fries and you could tell they were home made. They also have craft beer here which is a huge plus.

Yo Im so glad they have outdoor seating. Theres like 5 or 6 tables and I think you might be able to sit far apart inside. I got the Maui burger without bun and it was so juicy. It had bacon, teriyaki sauce, pineapple and wrapped in thick thick lettuce. I would get it again. The fries were great too and the strawberry lemonade was delicoous

This is my new go to spot. The chicken tenders are crispy and juicy. The burgers are perfectly cooked with the right amount of flavor. Some of the best fries Ive ever had to go with them.Lastly, their chocolate shakes are truly something else. Super thick and creamy with the best chocolate flavor. I would go here just for the shakes alone.Spotless dining area with plenty of seating and friendly staff.I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area looking for a great bite.

Soda syrup for the soda fountain wasnt replaced, so it was just soda water. The chili was bitter and not hot,so it must have been sitting there for hours. The chicken tenders werent entirely coated in breading . When the food was delivered, the person bringing the food didnt bring it on a tray but juggled the food with their arms. the neighboring plaza business owner is a car part shop, so outside seating smells of cars fuel. The inside doesnt have air conditioning. Not family-friendly atmosphere. The other customers were all 50+ men. The cashier had to manually insert my debit cart numbers. Their card payment system was from the looks of it it has been down for a while. Overall, the food wasnt safe to eat, and payment was uncomfortable. They made you tip before being served.

I ordered the Austin crunch with a side of chicken tenders and my husband ordered the cabo burger. The food was amazing the beef on the burgers was great and the chicken from the chicken tenders was super fresh and juicy. The batter on it was delicious too. Over all the food was really good but what made me drop a star was the sticky floors. My sandal got stuck with the floor and my foot came off my sandal and I stepped on the sticky floor. Please use pinesol or fabuloso to mop these floors. They annoyed me big time. Anyways I enjoyed the food!

Today I had the Aloha burger with fries and a large coke. Great customer service as I entered the building and quick service on the ordered.Tables are very nice, clean and very comfortable inside the restaurant. parking is great and plenty of it. and let me say this, all you can drinks soda so many chooses to choose from. I haven’t been to this burger spot since it was named Burger City Grill, even though the worker accidentally threw away the last portion of my food( I honestly believe it was a total accident) I still love the burgers here, and $12 for a cheeseburger meal that’s a reasonable price for the quality of the food even interior atmosphere is nice. from the looks of it, they’ve even increased their menu from before and that’s a quite of a nice add-on,good job BCG/eat fantastic.

April 11th, 2023 7:30pmI have bn coming here since it was Burger City Grill now EAT Fantastic and today was the worst experience that i had with the Woman behind the counter as i waited in kline after a gentleman before me i walked up to order and she took a delivery pickup lady that walked in afterwards and attended her first. Grant it it was a pick up order and when i told the lady behind the register she told me shenhad a pick up and i said i was here first and she then tells me WHY DIDNT I TELL THE LADY WHY AM I TELLING HER the employee? I told her she didnt bother to ask knowing i was there first she saw me cause i saw her she then asks me what i wanted and i proceeded to order my 2 shakes and she looks at me with a sarcastic look and says THATS IT THATS ALL U WANT? By then she already had me even more mad with the attitude and i decided not to order and told her she had a Nasty attitude and she says HAVE A NICE DAY as if she did nothing wrong was not even apologetic at all but her sarcastic attitude was the topper on the cake. She was the only olderfemale up front at the counter while the younger female was in the kitchen with a guy. Very Poor customer service and very ignorant as well. Absolutely Unacceptable and thats why i chose not to order and left cause she sucked

I wouldnt suggest you spend any money at this location. I placed a phone order and when I arrived, 30 minutes later, I was told that it wasnt ready yet. So I waited another 20 minutes until it became unreasonable and asked about the status of my order. The cashier then turns around and gets a bag of food that had been sitting on the counter since before I arrived. At this point my food was cold and I was completely unsatisfied. To sit in a restaurant and wait for an order thats already ready for 20 minutes is a waste of time and money. Dont go here.

Solid 4/5 burgers.I prefer my fries more crispy, and more salty. They needed more cooking time but were good. The only problem I found was that there was a long wait time for the food. We got slightly impatient.

This was a wonderful surprise. Passed this place 100 times over the years and had I known that it was this good Id have gone more often. While it is a tiny bit on the more expensive side compared to a fast food establishment. $7 will get you a burger that in my opinion is worth every dollar. The fried food they serve has parmesan cheese in it which makes everything good. If local beer is your thing they got that as well with half off beer after 5pm till closing.

The burgers keep getting smaller and the price goes up incrementally. The hamburgers were pretty good. And the place looked clean. The staff were friendly, but didnt seem to be in any particular hurry to wait on anyone. The air conditioners were not working well. Nobody wants to eat in a hot restaurant. The staff complained about the air conditioner as well, and said it was even hotter close to the grill. Which might explain why they were a little slow taking orders. Theyre tired from the heat.Management needs to make sure things are working apprpriately so customers and staff alike can enjoy the place.

Found this place 3 years ago and it was fantastic. Since then their menu has shrunk as have their burgers and the prices have gone up. Last experience 3 days ago was horrible. The cashier did not get the order correct even though items had to be repeated several times, the drink machine sprayed all over my clothes and arm (have pics-dont think its going to come out) and when I brought it to the workers attention they looked at each other like so what are we supposed to do. Love the burgers but do not like the changes in the last several years. Wouldve been a 5 star 3 years ago.

Tastes good but unfortunately my bf and I got food poisoning. It wasnt fun to wake up in the middle of the night running to the toilet. They also put avocado on one of the burgers even though we didnt pay extra for it. We didnt get avocado on that burger for a reason, ended up inedible because of it. Not returning. BRING YOUR GLASSES! Today i realized that Ive become one of those people who accidentally takes pictures of the ground. I guess this is a sign of aging.One thing no one tells you about this place is that (1) it has rebranded from Burger City Grill to Eat Fantastic due to their new breakfast items; (2) the burgers have changed names from the website! The Santa Monica is now called the Fantastic Burger; (3) the menu is in VERY SMALL font, so bring your glasses! Or maybe im just wearing my contacts with no astigmatism correction; (4) the decor inside is pretty nice! Some might even call it retro, if theyre not sure what retro means! (5) the floor is very clean! Its not sticky like some restaurants Ive been to around the area. They keep it tidy so theres probably no rats in the kitchen (but who knows ai biết whatever) (6) they have cookies! Not the internet ones, but chocolate chip cookies! But also Im not sure I didnt see them but i saw it on the window. So yeah these are five things that no one tells you. Also back to the glasses thing, i didnt see any paper menus for the near sighted folks.In conclusion, bring your glasses! The end.

Burger was unremarkable. Fries were hot & crispy, bigger & better than In & Out. But the strawberry shake will keep me coming back! It was thick - eat with a spoon thick! Nice rich strawberry flavor. And the straw was cut on a diagonal so it wouldn’t jam on the bottom of the cup. I’m sorry I could only eat one!Dropped one star because the burger itself didn’t impress me compared to all the other burger joints out there.

Burgers are one of the best in the South Bay and the fries are excellent. They only fry potatoes in the fryer there. But be prepared to wait once you place your order. This is not fast food. If you can, call it in so you dont have to wait.

I highly recommend their amazing burgers and fries. They have a very nice open patio which makes it very pandemic friendly. Also, they have many TV screens inside. Normally, they have sports playing and there is a normally a crowd for specific sports events.

Website says to use doordash, but they arent listed on doordash. their phone is usually busy and if you do manage to place an order, it takes 10 minutes for cashier to get through the line to make payment. they are on uber eats, so use this to skip the register. great burgers, nice people. website is very bad and cashiers are very friendly, and very slow.

Im an og BCG fan from the Downey location. I had that once a week for years. Changed to the Lomita PCH location... it was great... until it recently changed owners now called Fantastic, claiming its still BCG. Today will be the last. No longer premium ingredients. No longer brioche buns. Poor quality meat, patty is significantly smaller. The lettuce is changed to shredded iceberg with cheap 1000 island dressing drenched in it making it like a cheap tasteless Big Mac. It was dripping and soggy I could not finish my Burger. Pickles are no longer fresh and crispy. Zucchinis were soft, soggy, and sad. The breading is different, didnt stay on and cooked different. Its greasy now. Same goes for the onion rings. Stop saying your the same BCG, you are not. Take down the photos from the windows. RIP BCG...

(Too much for fast food) Dinning room nothing special to look at. My husband wanted the City Slicker, which was recommended with the gouda cheese, and they were all out, said it was ok with the cheddar. I had the shroomer (I highly recommend it) and Im not the biggest fan of mushrooms), husbands fountain Coke tasted flat, but my diet Coke was just fine. Summary: Massive burgers. Quality ingredients. Reasonable prices. Fries are big too, but a bit pricey. Plenty of parking. Four beers on tap (mostly pale ales). Salty and tasty.After passing by the BCG several times since it arrived, my wife and I finally opted to give it a shot and get our order to go. When I arrived, the restaurant was decently filled with happy looking people chowing down on burgers and fries. I got in line and put in our order. About 15 minutes later the food was ready to go, so I took it home and we enjoyed.We got the Cali with bleu cheese and the Holy Moly with pepper jack, as well as the Poutine fries and BCG fries with ranch dressing. Both burgers were juicy, big, tasty, filling, and had a great variety of flavors and textures. The bleu cheese on the Cali was probably a little too much salt flavor, though, so I would recommend a milder cheese with that burger. Both fries were massive and well cooked. The poutine fries needed more gravy, but the curds were delicious. The BCG fries were awesome with American cheese. Nice and melty and tasty with the bits of bacon and grilled onions. The total came to $27, which isnt cheap, but we were supremely full when all was said and done, and we were satisfied. We will likely be coming back here for burgers again.

1 of 2 Burger City Grills in the area. I like this location better not only because of the locale, but because they have brewed unsweet iced tea. The other location doesnt. The consistency of the orders isnt on-par as the location on Artesia, but the food is great. The indoor seating area is huge compared to Artesia. no outdoor area, but I think Artesia only has the outdoor area for bigger groups, while this location just has more seating in general. Its great that CycleGear and Harbor Freight Tools are also in the same parking lot.

Think Luxury InNOut when going here.They have 2 of the 3 things I have always wanted to see InNOut add to their menu - Avocado & Bacon... the 3rd being chili.Their meat is always fresh, handcut fries, hand scooped shakes (yes, that means made from Ice Cream not a shake mix), fresh baked buns and if you are so inclined you can have a beer with your meal.I have had numerous meals here since I used to live nearby this location and while it is more expensive than most burger places you have to keep in mind that everything is fresh, no frozen anything here... well, except for their ice cream they use to make their shakes with. lolTheir staff is always friendly and everything they make is delicious.
