I’m not from the area, but every single time I’m around working it’s a must I stop by. They treat you like you are family. Super friendly couple husband and wife, I love them they’re the sweetest. My picture is half of the #3 btw I usually eat half and bring the other half home.

My sister and I decided to stop by and grab some sandwiches for our picnic by the lake because of the great google reviews, and they were right! The owners are super sweet and the sandwiches are incredibly customizable. Definitely recommend stopping by for lunch!

Service is top-notch! This place is like home. Mom making you a sandwich for lunch, pop back there joking around and talking smack. All done with love. Love that you can taste it. I highly recommend this spot. Eat your Heart out just made it into my lunch rotation.

I came to Poway in April 2021. Visit from Indiana for a work thing. Found this place for lunch and fell in love with both the owners and the food.Found out I was coming back and I was immediately excited about coming back just to eat lunch here. They swear they remember me from a year ago and the hospitality wouldnt tell me any differently. Its like he was my buddy and I was a daily regular. Kind man and his wife too. Got the #5 first day. Was amazing. Then he told me to get the #3. So next day I did. Blown away. Next time you try #8. Not gonna doubt the man so I did. And that was the best one.Listen, I travel all around the world for my job and this place is special. The world needs more people like them and more sammiches like this.Seriously, I cant say enough great things about this place and even if I never make it back, it will always be a great memory and a golden place Ill remember forever.So if youre still reading this, what are you waiting for! Go experience one of the biggest and delicious deli sandwiches to ever exist!

You guys! PLEASE don’t sit on this place! It’s owned by the sweetest couple and their sandwiches are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and prices are great! We’ve been here a bunch of times and have yet to have a bad meal. We usually stop by when we’re already headed to Poway but this morning my husband and I were craving it so bad we drove down just to have a little breakfast date.We got a bagel breakfast sandwich: everything bagel with cream cheese, sausage, and egg, The Godfather Club, and chips. The cookies are complimentary!

Delicious! I picked up a Baja chicken club sandwich and the macaroni salad. Also had a chocolate chip cookie which was just as delicious, definitely coming back again! Very friendly place!

The people that run this place are amazing! Always so happy to see their customers. I work close by but my Wife drives up from Santee to meet me for lunch, specifically to go here. The sandwiches never disappoint! Great portion sizes and they make a mean pastrami on rye! Thank you for being here you guys!

Oh man, I couldnt tell you in words how good this place was, if I could give more than five stars I would. I had the Bill Clinton on white, toasted. Ham, cheese, shredded lettuce, mayo, mustard, tomato. I asked for no mustard and no tomato myself. This was genuinely the best sandwich Ive ever had. The lovely folks who own the place are just so so sweet, really kind, fun to talk to, and man do they make a damn good playlist. One visit and theyre on my favorites list. I hope to stop by again soon!!

This small deli has the best sandwiches anywhere in poway. I use to eat there almost every day back when I worked in poway. Huge sandwiches for a good price, I would never leave hungry afterwards. I highly advise you check this establishment out.if i still lived in San Diego and was in the poway area, I would definitely stop in for a sandwich.

Went today for the first time cus me and my partner are trying to find all the best sandwich shops. i got a veggie sandwich with onions and pickles added and it was super good and i really loved their potato salad as well. the owners were very nice

It was my first time there. The owner and his wife were so wonderful and greeted everyone who walked in, asked how my day was going, made it feel like the neighborhood corner deli. Will definitely be back! (FYI, their cookies.....bomb!)

Amazing food. I ordered a pastrami sandwich and split it with my dad. It came with chili and the couple at the counter were absolutely the best. This sort of family made environment is persistent and present in everything. Wonderful food and wonderful staff make for a wonderful eating experience. Definitely amazing.

As a large man I can consume quite a bit and this spot definitely can quench your appetite. The area is nestled in a business area, the customer service was top notch (wonderfully wholesome people), I ordered the biggest pastrami Sammy they had and tbh the other half will have to survive till dinner.... if it makes it that long! Hidden Treasure! This is a great little place to grab a quick sandwich from a friendly staff. Its got to be owner operated because of the genuine gratitude you get from the staff. I had a Casius Clay (hot pastrami and swiss on toasted sliced wheat.The facility itself is what you would expect from a business park type of deli, understated and not fancy. The 5 stars is purely because of the delicious sandwich and friendly staff.

First time I went in I met both the owners and are also Husband and wife. Very polite and helpful and really hooked me up with amazing sandwiches. They even through in some extra toppings and cookies for my kids. Great prices for the service and food!!!! If you havent ordered food from here and you live in poway or near by you must check this place out. I am also a bussines owner in poway and I can tell you it is all about the reviews. Fantastic food with large portions at a good price. HOWEVER, we just noticed that the people making the food do not wear gloves! They also stood up in the back office and came right out when we arrived so they also did not wash their hands before starting to make the sandwiches.

Outstanding sandwiches with a large variety of them. Small family run place thats easy to miss. Prices are good too. Got a triple decker sandwich, a bag of chips, and a large drink for $11. Sandwich was made as I ordered it--not premade.
