Ok first of all, the service is kinda sucky. You have to repeat yourself ALOT when you pull up at the drive thru and the guy working the window is just slow to process information. He seemed lost and confused. Wait time sucks. I waited more than 20 minutes for my food. The food is okay but it’s greasy. I know Chinese food is generally greasy but this is really really greasy and I don’t like that. The jalapeño chicken was more batter than chicken. The sweet and sour pork was just the same and not enough sauce. The chow mein doesn’t have any flavor and the rice is flavorless as well. I’d rate the food a 5/10. But I am Mexican and i added a bunch of hot sauce and squirted lime all over it and a dash of salt and it bumped the score up to a 6.5/10. Would I return? Maybe yes, maybe not.

I just ordered a vegetarian sushi roll that is supposed to have avocado, cucumber, spinach, mango, and carrot. They gave just gave it to me with lettuce which wasn’t even on the menu, and cucumber and a slice of avocado, that’s it. I could’ve made that at home. Then I called to let them know, they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it and that they changed their old menu. But that’s not my fault, they should’ve changed the menu, I ordered what the menu said, I asked for a manager and they didn’t let me talk to anyone, worst service I’ve ever gotten.

Always been cooked fresh, its still hot when I get home. my favorite dish so far is broccoli beef and the seasme chicken. Large portion size enough to have u full n sum let over . The only thing is the sauce kinda ends up all over they bag but cant complain about anything else

If you like oil and spicy (just hot) food with barely any flavor then youve come to the right place. The bell peppers, onions, and cabbage, were huge pieces while the rest of the vegetables were barely there. The fried chicken pieces for the sweet and sour were very over fried and reminded me of rocks.

Providing the guy taking orders isn’t mentally disabled, he was seriously high as a kite tonite! Almost every aspect was wrong… from having to repeat my simple order, to the wait time, to the end when I had to ask for sweet and sour sauce that normally go with egg rolls. The only thing he got right was he did give me back the correct change(kudos for learning simple math). I know the standards for mom and pop restaurants vary, but cmon people, pick up your game!!!

I really appreciate and exclusively opt for vegan here, since the chicken can be disgusting as others have mentioned.The building suggests get the drive-thru option, no wait staff. Orders are executed quickly but it can be very busy.

Sad to see bad reviews which almost made me not revisit this establishment. But because I have such fond memories we went ahead and did. Boy are we happy! We had a very gigantic order and they were on point! Hot quick not one item missing and the flavor was so fresh and good! I also have a MSG intolerance and I was not triggered! Will be regulars!

2 star review is because they have always been friendly. 15 -20 years ago this place was great. Past couple of years the food has been bad. My son and have refused to eat there over the last 3-4 months. My wife talked me into it tonight. She can hear the sweet and sour chicken crunching in my mouth from across the room. The pieces of chicken are mostly pea sized( its been like this for the past few years). Today the chicken is burnt too. I broke off a few pieces to give to the dogs. I ended up throwing the chicken away. I was afraid the dogs were going to choke on the crunchy hard pieces of chicken.

Glad to have them back. Decent food, lots of it and great price. I would never go during opening week with long lines, people that complained should have just come back later. Yes, drive through takes a little bit of time, but it is Chinese food, not a burger under a light that just has to be thrown in a bag! Cant wait to try the sushi bowls, sound delicious!

The food was delicious! My husband got the broccoli beef and I got the general chicken. The new dining room is clean and pretty. The staff remained professional and extremely polite under pressure. The wait was long but it was understandable as the food is made to order (made when you order it) and it was dinner time on opening weekend. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I came here when they first opened and was super disappointed. So u waited a few months to come again. Still a long wait time it was about 45minutes in the drive thru with only 3cars ahead of me. Food flavoring has improved about 80%. Portions were small. The combo plate automatically comes with sweet and sour chicken I wanted to switch it out for orange chicken considering I do not like their sweet and sour sauce and she charged me an extra $2. There both chicken so I dont see why I should be charged for that.

Worth the wait. Very taste lemon chicken and sweet n sour chicken. Teriyaki chicken great, husband loved it. Yes it was insanely busy and a lot of people doing there best to accommodate. I doubt anyone working had time for a break. All the people complaining need to get it together. Its not there fault so many people want to eat there. Friendly staff, clean all updated, great place for your Chinese takeout. We live two hours away and will still wait to get take out from here when traveling through.

The service was great and the cashier(woman with black hair and dark makeup) was super friendly even when multi tasking drive thru and counter as was the woman handing food out. It took a good while(only 13 minutes) but its to be expected when a place is just opened and everyone is still essentially training and getting used to running the place. This is why the bad reviews are entirely unnecessary give them appropriate time to adjust people. Lastly, the food was good.I recommend this place for sure.

Im down to give any place more than one chance, but after the second time Im done. Wait time is obnoxious, they opened 20 min later than they advertise (after an employee came in with kid in tow). The food was bland and just not appealing. The only flavor in had in my orange chicken was the insane amount of orange peel in it. The egg rolls were really the only thing that was actually decent were the egg rolls(I mean if thats your name they better be.) So if you want to wait forever for some egg rolls then good for you. But thats the only thing worth a damn at this place. I would recommend elsewhere for better quality and better price than you get here.

Went here last night and the only they got right was a request to bag an order of shrimp separately to account for my allergy. The line took 45 minutes to get through and get food which okay no big deal. Its a new staff still trying to work out the kinks in their store. Get my food and get home and taste my sesame chicken(my favorite and only dish I order from any Asian restaurant that serves it.) I was disappointed. It was crispy but soggy at the same time. The sauce had no flavor other than that of a burnt soy sauce taste. There was no sweetness of honey or the toasted sesame flavor. The egg rolls we ordered were over cooked, pre frozen garbage from like costco. The spring rolls in the meals were the same slimy consistency of frozen foods. I wont likely be back and Ill probably return to other better restaurants in the area for my Asian cuisine needs.

After the old Egg Roll King closed, I have been eagerly awaiting when they would open their doors again. I went there during opening weekend, and I was not disappointed! I ordered shrimp chow mein, a sushi bowl and egg rolls. The sushi bowl was delicious, and my only complaint was that I wish it was bigger! The chow mein was as good as I remember (not as salty, but that is probably a good thing) and the egg rolls were bomb. I am not going to lie, I had to wait about an hour. However, it was opening weekend and I am sure many people were anticipating the same good food that I was. I think that we all just need to have realistic expectations about what was going to happen. IT WAS OPENING WEEKEND AND IT WAS DINNER TIME! I would have waited even longer, just because I was in no rush and they make all the entrees to order. I will definitely be coming back when the hype dies down and I hope to be greeted with the same friendly service and awesome food! :)

(DONT EAT HERE) I came here anticipating a great meal because of the long line and it being new in the area, that being said the experience I had was all around was horrible. Cashier could barely take orders properly and after order was submitted I waited for over an hour for my meal. When I got my broccoli beef and egg rolls both were nasty in their own unique ways. The beef was all fat and gristle with bad flavor and the egg rolls were obviously frozen and undercooked because when they arrived they were very cold. I cant believe I waited this long for the little bit of subpar food I ordered. I will never go back and was a waste of time and money. Let this be a warning to anyone who wants to try this place out. There is a reason why this place only has two stars.

The chow mein taste like the cook smoked a pack of cigarettes and then grabbed the chow mein with his bare hands and slapped it on the plate. Rice was bland. The Mongolian chicken I ordered was 90% onions and green onions with some peppers. The 10% of chicken was bland as well. The sweet and sour chicken was dry and the sauce was ok. Anyone would be better off going to literally any other Chinese restaurant in town. The price is high considering the poor quality of the food as well as the slow service. I sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes before an employee realized I was even there.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. A lot of people are complaining about the wait BUT thats because they make a lot of the entrees per order so its nice and fresh. Honestly if you go expect a 10-20 minute wait for your food and park on the other side of the gas station because the parking lot is funky. But if you want good food from a clean restaurant then its worth the wait.

Long wait and extremely bland food. Unless you dont know what good Chinese food tastes like you wont like this food. Everything was bland and boring, the only thing that had any real flavor was the cloyingly sweet Sweet N Sour Chicken that tasted like a cheap sauce from a bottle. The Egg Rolls looked like they would be good, crispy on the outside, but they ended up being undercooked and doughy on the inside, I would say the wrapper on the inside was completely uncooked. They clearly have no idea what they are doing when it comes to flavor or cooking process. I will say that nothing was so bad that it was inedible but nothing was enjoyable in the slightest.

Ordered deluxe green pepper and beef peppers were still raw. The rice was just that rice no seasoning. My chow main noodles were dry as hell and my entire meal was cold .The container is half the size it use to be on a scale of 1 to 9 I give it a 2. I wont be going back there Im going across the street.Oh and my eggroll was soggy and not crispy at all. And it came to 11 bucks I could have cooked it better at home myself.

Read the reviews and tried to give them a fair chance. 3rd strike you’re out.$100 dollar Order, get home and missing food. After 2 hours of waiting. Yes, they were very busy so, I let that go. ( and I tried to call them giving them a chance at redemption-but, their voicemail said they were not accepting calls.)Tried them again 3 days later for lunch, 40 minute wait- get back to work and they gave me the wrong order and someone else was eating my lunch. What I received was nothing I’d eat or I would have.3 cars in drive-thru and 4 in the parking lot. Beef taste like it was boiled in water till it was ready to serve, broccoli cant mess that up at least, the seasoning for the broc/beef combo tasted watered down, didnt have a hint of anything just had the color to it. Sweet and sour pork was ok but had a weird taste to it. The sauce on it was fine but if you got a part without any its like its fresh from the microwave to thaw it out. So I visited this establishment today for the first time . This is my honest review . I read so many one stars that I was hesitant to even try this place . I figured maybe most of the problem was the wait time as most reviews indicated . Well I was shocked we only waited maybe twenty minutes we were the fourth car in line . Ok so the food was about 8 to 10 bucks for a combo . Which consists of chow mein, rice and two meat choices one having to be sweet and sour pork or pay more to upgrade . They did make a mistake but corrected it fast . So the rice is pretty much just white rice with peas in it and nothing more maybe not even salt was included, as had no taste what so ever . Ok I can deal with that . Noodles had soy sauce and a few skinny pieces of cabbage but not much at all and a few onions maybe three or four at the most . No meat in rice or noodles at all . Ok the sweet and sour pork was very small and the sauces seemed very vinegary that and the orange chicken which the orange chicken was the worse I have ever tasted in all my life . So you do get a egg roll it it tastes wet and was half empty inside . So yes 10 bucks is cheap for lunch but if you go to a Chinese restaurant you get about the same for lunch rate and your rice and noodles have meat and veggies where there’s do not . I did however give them two stars for clean establishment and friendliness. I would never recommend this place to anyone nor would I go again. I truly have to agree with the others no flavor at all .

First time, and last time i go here. Not only did the drive thru take 25 min while there were no other vehicles present, my order was incorrect, and I was overcharged accordingly.the employee at the window was shoveling food into her mouth, and with a mouthful decided it would be the best time to take my payment spewing bits of food as she told me the total.This is all before realizing i had just paid for tasteless, soggy, and poorly presented food.The fried rice was simply white rice, with a tossing of vegetables,The ChowMein was overcooked.The spring roll was mushy and cold.The Sweet and sour chicken (that i didnt order but still paid for and received) was soggy and tasted like the sauce had spoiled.And finally, the Generals chicken was also soggy, and flavorless.

Chow main was not the same as I remember. Egg rolls were ALMOST the same. I remember them having meat I think... and a little bit more stuffed. However, when looked at on its own with all of my nostalgia of adolescents pushed aside, it is still delicious. Fresh, Hot, Yummy, Full portions at a great price. Stoped here today after returning from trip. This place deserves 10 stars! The food, flavor, and service, was as good as it gets. This place is underpriced! If I could give no stars I would! Waited over 45 min in the drive through. Never even got to order there wait was 40+ min per car and that’s once you get the the window and order. I ended up calling the police department to get my car out of the drive through before I freaked out! Waisted an hr of my life never got to order never got food nothing! They need to block their drive through off since it’s broken and they are just letting people pile up! You can’t turn around or pull out of the drive through your literally stuck!

Waited over 2 hours..Got a ice tea to drink..they told me to pay when my food came up which everyone else was paying at cash register..thought that was weird..when they finally called my number to pay i was informed it would be another 45 minutes..i asked to cancel order and she got irritated and said i owed for the tea..i agree..went back 3 days later to give it a shot again..my wife and I waited for 45 minutes.got teriyaki beef and sweet sour pork along with vege rolls...vege rolls were frozen in middle.no taste whatsoever on teriyaki beef..all the food was luke warm...Definately not worth the wait and not the same as it was in past..Not for sure of going back..but not in a hurry to go back.i believe in chances and maybe it was just because they were so slammed with anxious customers as myself to come back to try it
