I absolutely love the small Thai restaurant located next to Pechanga Casino. If you want something else and you feel like eating Thai dish, look no further. Its right next to Pechanga gas station. What we had is Papaya salad, pineapple fried rice, boat beef noodle soup, fried fish with basil. The place is small, probably can accommodate 25-30 persons. Rest rooms are clean. Nice and friendly staffs and servers. Were so hungry and we just want to try something else, my wife was browsing at yelp and we decided to go to this restaurant. Honestly, food was good, but we are not satisfied. We feel that they could have done better. Theres a lot of things missing on the food. Pineapple fried rice missing some spices and turmeric, needs a little bit more shrimp and green onions. Papaya salad needs a little bit of chili and bit more of lime. I did regret ordering the boat noodle soup. Taiwanese beef noodle soup in Pechanga is way better and lastly, the fish is good but I feel like they just deep fry the fish fillet and put some sweet chili sauce and warm it up with fried Basil. Overall, not bad. We spend about almost $80. I hope this can help you and enjoy the food! We hope you guys have a great day/night.

I have only had some of their food as take out and it is okay. Hard to rate food for a restaurant fairly unless you eat it as served in house. With that said, I still enjoyed what we had and would return. The spring rolls are very fresh and tasty.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’ve been to this location twice and have been pleased both times! Both times I had chicken drunken noodles and found them delicious. My boyfriend tried the green curry (which they recommended) then he tried the yellow curry (hot) with chicken. I fell in love with their yellow curry, it holds so much flavor and spice to it! Definitely recommend these dishes! For dessert we had the mango sticky rice and the fried banana with ice cream. Yum yum yum! Will be back soon! Such friendly staff members! Remembered us from last time 😊

Had the crispy Rad Na noodle with beef. Literally the best Thai Ive had in the USA. Disappointed they would not do it Thai spicy, but the the selection of pepper sauces on the side was killer. All were fresh (no commercial syracha). So made up (a little) for not doing Thai spicy. Was an awesome dish. Seemed very authentic with no short cutsWife had the Panang curry with salmon and couldnt eat it all. Surprising amount of fish and extras she loved. She ordered the 4 spicy (out of 5) and it wasnt really very spicy for her. So only downside is they are light on spice.Loved that they served family style. We each ate our own order, but it was a lot and could easily be shared.Although small in a strip mall, the decor is more upscale with solid furnishings. Great experience!Not cheap, but well worth it, especially if you share dishes. We will go back, and try to talk them into Thai spicy 😁

Excellent, best Thai food Ive tasted. The curry is out of this world. Family owned, and family stile. Cant say enough about the curries. Weve sampled Thai accross the country and the curry here is absolutly the best. They dont skimp on the protien and veggies, or the cocunut milk. This is the thickest, creamiest curry youll find and flavored like a Thai grandmother put in tons of love. Excellent service and roomy tables. Incredible find in this unassuming strip mall.

We ventured on something different for early dinner and found this little place. Their food were very good... a definite addition to my come-back list! This small restaurant was south past Pechanga Casino thats why we havent seen it. We had Satay Chicken with peanut dip and 2 other items and less than $50. Met the manager Jang and Pyong our server, were very nice!

My husband, myself, and a good friend of ours dined at Eggplants Thai last night. Eggplants Thai has a nice atmosphere. My husband described it as Rustic Modern. Everyone ordered something different and we all enjoyed our dishes. The only thing we didn’t care for was the Garden Roll. We thought it was going to be like a spring roll, that’s filled with vegetables and meat or shrimp. There was nothing wrong with this appetizer by any means, it’s just not what any of us were used to. All of us thought the prices were very reasonable. The portions were more than enough. I don’t understand the reviews that say otherwise. This is definitely a restaurant we will return to.

You can tell this is definitely more of a neighborhood spot, and not a tourist trap.We got a table right away and ordered. The food came out really fast and it was very fresh. Flavor was really good and the price is extremely reasonable. Service was fast and efficient and no frills.The only thing I have to comment is that this is definitely not authentic Thai food. Its Americanized Thai food and cater to the taste of Americans.Restaurant was clean, everything was modern. Parking was very easy.

I love the food here! My former favorite Thai place didnt survive COVID and so happy Eggplant Thai was recommended to me! So far the appetizers and curries are what have really stood out to me but I am still working my way through the menu.The food is really great and the service is usually pretty prompt. Its a small restaurant so there is a fairly large chance you might have to wait for a table. I noticed a lot of customers just do togo orders.They run a tight crew so please do keep in mind having to be patient if a lot of people come at the same time or they get a rush at an unusual time of day. I think its good for them to run a small team so they can stay fiscally viable! The Thai place that went under was a BIG space that was never full and consistently over staffed.My only critique is better hospitality. The servers are very brusque to the point of not seeming friendly BUT they are very prompt in their service so I KNOW they care about service. I think my perception is largely due to some very slight language barriers.I highly recommend trying them!

Im not sure how this place has so many great reviews. The restaurant itself is cute, but everything was overly seasoned and the food tasted like one of those instant packaged Thai food reheated in the microwave. Also, service was terrible. The way they speak to you is so incredibly rude and condescending- you can literally feel their tense and annoyed gaze when you ask them questions. Im sad that I brought my friend here to celebrate her birthday. Both of us left disappointed and hungry.

A solid delivery in new and comfortable surroundings. The Pad Thai were our favorite with the flavorful tamarind sauce. The curry was also right up there. Great food and even better service. We were in town to visit my husband’s 88 yr old grandma. And we showed up with over 35 family members half of which were crazy kids. They took care of us with a smile and treated us so good. The food was so delicious. Absolutely everything we ordered was amazing. Thank you guys for such a great dinner for our family.

Everything from the food, employees, ambiance, cleanliness, parking... everything is amazing. The food is so good. The dishes have fresh vegetables not over cooked like so many places, the sauces are light and full of flavor. Everyone I have brought here has loved it so much. My favorite is the green curry tofu, cashew nut tofu, spring rolls, the bogle wine is delicious. Highly recommend this place. I pass all the local thai places to come here to eat, even in traffic.

Everything about Eggplants Thai Cuisine is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from the moment you walk through the door to the last savory bite you can fit in your belly. Its my go-to for soup when I want something warm and comforting. Their curries are all fantastic. I love their pad thai and drunken noodles. The medium spice level is the perfect amount of heat; you can still taste the dish and enjoy some spice. It is super, super clean. Every glass, dish, and utensil sparkle (which I really appreciate!). You feel like family when you are there. If you havent tried Eggplants, you should. You wont be disappointed.

This place has great food!! My favorite dish is the green curry! Its not too sweet and loaded with flavor. We have tried many of their dishes and they are all good! Some favorites are the garden rolls, papaya salad, tom kha soup, green curry, eggplant stir fry, Khao Ka Prao Kai Dao (Hot Basil with Fried Egg)and salmon penang. If you like spice ask for thai hot. It is a nice cozy and clean place and the owner really cares about serving excellent quality food.

Ive tried most of the Thai restaurants in town and this is by far my favorite. Weve tried the Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, Larb Salad, Crying Tiger, Yellow Curry and Pineapple Fried Rice. Everything was absolutely delicious!

In a nutshell:1) The Curry is way overpriced for the amount that you get.2) The soup was pretty good.3) The place was very clean.4) The service was excellent.5) For $14.00 plus tax for the Curry alone there should be a much larger serving.
