Great prices great flavor customer service is ok but not great a lot parking easy access

NO TASTE AT ALL. NO FLAVOR. NO SEASONING. NO TASTE. I bought two platters. Shrimp fried rice, they took the rice from the front area, that gave it to the cook to add shrimp to it. That was my 1st red flag. My second platter was lo mein/fried rice. Orange Chicken had so much breading, that I was only biting breading instead of chicken. I asked for extra soy sauce and they give four, I had to ask for more and they looked at me sideways for asking. Even adding the soy sauce did not help the food taste better in my opinion.

I’ve been coming here for a while. I use to love this place because the food was so delicious. Even when I was hospitalized I had my family take me food from here. Even for a birthday party we bought their biggest platter of chow mein. Why? Because their food was actually delicious in the past. It wasn’t just my opinion it was everyone who ate their food. Sadly that is no longer the case and it’s not just the food also their horrid customer service. I witnessed first hand on Saturday 4/22/2023 how a my was ordering four platters and they didn’t have some of their items. The lady was so rude rushing her to pick because there was a line of three people waiting. My sister was still not done ordering. Btw I’ve been at this location when the line is longer and the establishment is busy. They didn’t do this to no one else only her. I honestly was disappointed. Btw that day the food was horrid. No flavor and the food didn’t look good. To top it off three people of my family got sick that. There is never leftovers when we buy from here but these last few times it hasn’t been the case because the food no longer has any flavor like it once did. I guess this establishment wanted to rush a party who was going to order 6 bobas and place a platter order for an event, and egg rolls for 6 people. Being rude to customers who are paying customers because your kitchen doesn’t know how to have food ready so customers aren’t waiting around for two items you know you run out of. That’s why we made a choice not to even give themMore business. If three people who eat the same thing from the same place get sick and they Ate the same thing. Bad customer service, bad food and getting people sick is not something to take lightly.

I really like the food and since Ill eat anything, all the items look good to me. I really like the employees as well. They are kind and polite. The atmosphere is so peaceful and tranquil literally made me want to stay to dine in. Very welcoming 🙏🏼 😊

Food is ok. Seems to me when i get the rice it hard for sitting a while. Pepper chicken with string beans are good. Orange chicken is soso, wish it was crispy. Good for a quick bite

Delicious food everything taste so good i would recommend it to any one once you try it you will keep coming back for more and its really cheap $7 dollars with 3 items

Honestly, I am feeling a bit under the weather and wanted some comfort food. My boyfriend ordered this and its enough to feed both of us. I ordered the wonton soup and its exactly what I wanted.

I have been coming to this place for over 25 years and you get so sooo much bang for your buck, they pack the container very graciously . Like they need rubber bands to close the lid. Great food, great employees. They definitely remember you and make you feel like family. If i could give more stars i would. As long as they remain open i will continue to come.
