I actually prefer the old design of the plaza but whatever. I noticed some new restaurants since the last time I was here. I went to Ikes love and sandwich shop for their grand opening! I had a free sandwich, a really awesome salmon sandwich!

They have a couple flagship stores like Trader J’s, the self-proclaimed lucky grocery store, and the “drug store” (general store?).A couple restaurants, a book store or 2, a packaging/shipping store, all close enough to each other that you should walk between stops, but far enough that you’ll want to drive.Plenty of parking.Some of the stores make their restrooms available to the public.If you choose to give a thumbs-up 👍🏽 or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

Its a good variety of stores for your errand needs but is a pain in the butt to travel through in most cases. It is more like an actual mall in that regard. Because of that I only go to plaza stores/restaurants when absolutely necessary. It does have Greenway access and good proximity to the Bart station.

It is a pretty nice plaza. Pretty large. Huge amount of stores, restaurants, parking and offices. Lot of improvements and much safer than about 4 or 5 years ago.

Safe and enjoyable center with Trader Joes, Sees, Verizon corporate store, California Fish Grill, and more! We visit about twice a week.

Just your average run of the mill big box shopping center. They planned this mall well, offering staples like Trader Joe’s and including stores that aren’t really all that easy to find these days like Barnes & Noble and a JOANN craft store. As someone who lives in Oakland, this tends to be a stop right after visiting Costco.

I really enjoy the shops in the plaza and I really appreciate that they still have a Sees candies in there of all the stores that have shut down and all the changes that theyve made they still have old-fashioned traditional Sees Candy there.👍

I mean, how do you rate a plaza? Shall I score each establishment and calculate an average? Or am I judging the quality of the parking lot? The space allotment and angles? The intensity of the painted lines? In the end, I give El Cerrito four stars in recognition of its longevity in an ever-changing world. Carry on.

Okay, shopping center has trader Joes luckys Verizon Subway CVS Barnes & Noble daiso Panda Express ross joanns and a couple other stores.
