Malicious Monster Trucks!!! That was such a blast event! I brought my two kids and my husband, and the joy the light up their faces was pretty amazing! We lost most of our voices by the end from all the cheering, but we had a blast! Spitfire was our favorite and by far the best, and Skeletor had an awesome driver!! Oh and hell ya for Td off was wicked cool and extremely loud! Every bit was worth the money!!

Went to monster trucks with the family. We had a great time. Parking was $10 and quick to park and quick to leave. Bought a toy monster truck for $8 for my 2 year old. Spent $40 for all 5 of us to ride in the monster truck. Free for my 2 year old. Bought food and drinks for all 5 of us spent $40.

Such nice and helpful staff! Eric the facilities manager is awesome and so responsive. Sharee and Susan on the maintenance department keep the grounds and restrooms in top notch shape! This is a great place to throw an event!

We went on the first day of the fair and had a great time. There was a good selection of food and drinks, plenty of animals and a small train shuttling families to different parts of the fairgrounds.Its a good wholesome experience and far more fun than the state fair, in my opinion.

Great venue, ive been here for the fair, home and garden, gun shows and swap meets. Always clean and well kept. Beautiful ground and race track. Nice equestrian area and skate park too! Very lucky to have such a great place for so long.

Family rented the corker building for a celebration of life. It was beautiful. Nice spot with a field for the kids to run and play. Would be great for a wedding and reception. The grounds had lots of places to rent, there is a skate park for kids too

We went to the Friday night dirt track races if they were a total gas. A good event for the money. The grounds are in good shape and there were plenty of people helping marshall cars to have you park adequately. Lots of food selections too.

Such a beautiful setting! We brought a blanket, ice crest, chairs, it was fun. Food venders were a little scarce, but it looks like there open to any business coming in and selling which is good to know. I saw more boutiques on wheels than I did food! But thats cool. We watched a band. It was great! And the fire works were awesome!!!!!!

Had a blast at the Dry Diggins Festival with the wife! Excellent line up at a nice venue. The fairgrounds are hot so come prepared. Extra water, shade, sunscreen... The facilities were cleaner than could be expected with thousands of people all using them with very little regard. Grounds staff was continually making rounds to ensure paper was stocked and trash was emptied...Filtered water provided, not sure by who but it was much appreciated! Some decent shade under the awnings... lots of awesome booths vending clothing and merchandise. An all around awesome weekend!

Great venue. I saw the Hangtown Music Festival here. The camping scene was good. Close proximity to services, groceries, etc. The weather was very good (late October) and the show was well-managed and run. No problems.

Its always fun at the fair! It hasnt changed much over the years but its loads of fun. You can people watch. Enjoy the rides. And the food! Absolutely wonderful! Its typical fair food but what else do you go to the fair for!

Nothing better than a small town fair!! Bathrooms are plentiful; fried foods of all kinds; No long wait times for rides; plenty of shade; special accommodations for the Elderly, i.e: wheel chairs, scooters, battery operated wheel chairs; & walkers.Stay for the entertainment in the evening. After dark youll have sensory overload with all the lights, sounds, smells, & fireworks!! Great way to see your friends & relatives!!

Very Disappointed I got all the way there from Folsom to find out no directions on where to park. Finally found where to park but they only take cash. So o had to leave and missed out on seeing the grandkids on senior day. You should allow credit cards for payment.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fair,I am only 12 years old and kids get in for free today but they scammed us. We are on a school field trip and there is about 24 kids and they didn’t give us the discount while kids are supposed to get in for free.we waited outside in the heat for hours for nothing we should have went to the zoo🙄

Great fair experience! I found it to be reasonably priced, with a good mix if rides for all ages, infomationsl booths and knick knack tents to keep everyone satisfied. My toddler aged children were mezmerized by the live stock and farm animals. All in all, we had an amazing Father Day.

Best RV park I have stayed at in a long time. Help does a great job and pricing is reasonable, spot is big, and nice market around the corner. No plumbing hookup but there is a clean dump station.

Very nice county ground great place to take your dog. But they close a lot of times in for a long time. Example their clothes from December the 18th tell January the 4th . This is total BS, Fairground his own by the public. They should at least have a skeleton stop and keep it open and between the holidays.

We have never missed a single year- I myself have been going 4 years now my wife and I go-Its overpriced as always- the parking is more every year- and now they had us parking clear back in the Center field of the old Ball park where I played baseball years ago- thankfully they do have Shuttle service-I was just told by my wife we will never go there again- So enjoy just bring lots of Money-you will need it- took over a hour 2 find a corndog- NOT 4 years 40 years- Since high school,and with my ma AND pa before that

The El Dorado County Fairgrounds is a wonderful, well kept place. They have a nice riding facility that is covered. All of the buildings are nice, the venues are good, and everything is well maintained.
