2023-08-10 00:03:57This was my first try at Peruvian food. I went with a learned friend that explained the menu in full detail and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was magnificent!Waitress was very friendly and kept checking with me to make sure everything was ok and offering to replace anything I might not like since it was my first time. That is great service. Nothing replaced though as everything tasted great! The place was super clean, food times were quick and prices were very reasonableEat confidently!

2023-08-29 18:21:03El Pollo Inka is one of the best places I have ever had in my entire life! I am so basic and vanilla, I dont like exotic foods... This was outside what I would normally eat, and I am so happy I tried this. Now every time I have a special occasion, or really want to spoil myself... This is it for me. I know the menu well enough to work their now, I have officially become a usual and have been for the last 7 years. If you dont want anything crazy just order Bistec Apanado (breaded steak and rice). Or the Bistec and green spaghetti. (Green Spaghetti is addicting and everyone loves it). Lomo Saltado is a classic (steak, onion, tomatoes, fries, green onion, cilantro stir fried with rice) its a favorite and customizable if you dont like onions or tomatoes. Papa Rellena here is the best, far better than even the cuban restaurants I have had. The Papa Huancaina (potatoes in a spicy queso) is also delicious and inexpensive. I recently got the picante de carne which was steak and boiled potatoe served in a spicy cream sauce with a side of rice. My new favorite. Almost every order comes with a complimentary soup, aguadito de pollo. Yes I wrote a book, because it is worth writing about. If you want to try something new, or just tired of the same old, this will be your new spot if you give it a chance.

2023-11-18 18:49:31My husband had a chicken stir fry, and I had a beef stir fry. I forget the name of the dishes, but neither one had much flavor at all, as if they weren’t seasoned at all! They were beyond bland. Also, there were a ton of green beans in each one, and not enough of the proteins. We couldn’t get any flavor out of the dishes, so they were unsatisfactory. Too bad! I have a feeling other dishes might be better; but we did not luck out. Also, the green soup was very watery and only have a tiny amount of chicken, whereas there should’ve been much more. We were not asked if we wanted a salad instead of soup, so we didn’t know we could’ve had salads. We took leftovers home, and will season them up with our own seasoning and try to turn them into something tasty.

2023-05-15 01:40:50I just learn this is one of the location with no pricing on menu so staff can charge based on they emotions. Food wont disappoint but service and price way off from the OG location in Gardena where owner be at hope they stop ripping off customer with high prices and entitled employees.

2023-06-04 20:15:06I love El Pollo Inka, the food is great, and whichever location you choose to dine at.I prefer the atmosphere, full bar, pretty interior of the Torrance location. The food is great, there are fish, veggie, beef, chicken options. But this location in Lawndale, is still great. The service was efficient, waiter was attentive, food was great.Parking lot was pretty crowded. There is also take as an option.I dined in,but many were coming,to get their great meals to go.The cilantro chicken soup, is the best! I eat a dish with pesto noodles and fried thin steak, tallarin verde con bistek apanado,my fave. They also have a good ceviche, and you cant go wrong with the lomo saltado.

2022-11-06 08:12:03Good food but was served by one waiter who never came back. We ordered 1/2 chicken which we did not receive and had to cancel.since we were done with our meal. The chicha was amazing.

2023-10-08 22:51:05First time getting food from this location. Uber eats only delivered one of the 2 items I ordered and the restaurant blamed it on the driver instead of taking any accountability on their end.I spoke to Gisela over the phone and she was rude and non-accommodating. The general manager is David and he was not available today. As a regional manager myself, this location lacks the proper management and customer service training (based on my interaction today).Take your business to Pollo Inka Express in Hawthorne just a few minutes away. Ive never had an issue at that location.

2023-03-04 15:49:55Been to El Pollo Inka many times. We tend to stay away during the crazy lunch hours and opt to eat before or after since the parking situation can be a nightmare. The lot is small! Having said that, the foods are excellent and the portions are big. Service is a tad slow, but they will get your refills and etc...the only soda I drink is inka cola!!!!

2023-09-04 20:28:39We were warmly greeted by staff. One guys referred to us as familia which is a small but meaningful gesture in my opinion. We were quickly seated. Fernando our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Looking forward to our next visit.
