We walked in there about 7:15 pm. It wasn’t that busy so we figured we would be able to sit down right away. We put our name down and walked to the smoke shop next door. Didn’t take us not even 5 mins. When we came back our name was crossed off.We were waiting for someone to come and ask us how many people and the waitress would just stare at us.My husband for frustrated and asked for a table. They tried to tell us to wait 30 mins. He explained and said it wasn’t fair so finally the waitress found us a table. My husband asked her if they were busy and the waitress answered with no. We didn’t understand why we got ignored in the first place and if they’re not busy why did she say to wait 30 mins.We sat down and our table and seats were dirty. They didn’t even bother cleaning them. They sat us in a corner table where they had dirty dishes next to our table and old furniture.We ordered right away since we thought it was going to be quite some time before we get our food. Surprisingly it arrive pretty fast.The only thing I can complain about is the service. They really need to work on that. The food was good and the atmosphere wasn’t what I expected. Would I come to this location again. No … never again

Waited 15 min to be seated n it was not busy asked an employee stated just sit over there and wait. Got seated at 1:45, order taken 2:04, got it @ 2:22, no tomatoes n a bunch of greasy onions

Ive been a regular at El Pollo Inka for quite some time, and it consistently impresses me. This spacious restaurant offers ample seating, and I rarely find myself waiting to get in. The abundance of wait staff ensures that service is prompt and efficient – from drinks to menus, theyve got it covered.While its worth mentioning that prices have increased since the pandemic, the food quality remains outstanding. The flavors and authenticity of their dishes are still top-notch.Situated in a shopping center with plenty of parking, this is a convenient spot for a delicious meal. Whether youre a long-time fan or new to El Pollo Inka, its definitely worth a visit.

Pollo saltado and aguadito soup is always fuego!Edit: I don’t know who was cooking today, but the pollo saltado was sadly the worst I’ve ever had. I almost ate a sharp bone. I’m really disappointed to have ordered two orders for take out for my girlfriend and I and not feeling like driving back to get a refund. The flavor was off. It’s almost like a dirty pan was used, there’s was black burnt stuff all over the food. My girlfriend threw out half of her food because the chicken was so bad, like every piece was pretty much chewed up and spit out.

Waited 15 min no one came to me to see if I wanted anything to drink or ready to order. A couple walked in within 3 min they had water and ordered food . Was it my color of skin ? And and talked to manager Victor he said “ok” bye

This is definitely my favorite Peruvian restaurant in Southern California.The coffee was descent to start off. I ordered the arroz con pollo & it was perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. The rice was pretty good and my favorite part of the meal was the soup. The calamari wasn’t that bad either and a solid appetizer.I’d definitely come back here again to try the other menu items. Solid customer service and the the atmosphere is pretty chill. I would also probably visit when it turns in to a night club too.

The food was great. The service was good. The only thing that I dislike is that they bring the bottle of sauce, BUT they dont bring the bread unless you asked. Furthermore, when they bring the bread, it is restricted to 2 pieces. They havent gotten stingy, BUT they dont even ask nor disclose the options for if you want to have more bread.

First time here, there was a short wait for a table. It took a while before the server came to take our order. My husband enjoyed his meal. The chicken and rice I had was ok.It was very hot inside the restaurant! I was sweating in there.

We really enjoy El Pollo Inka. I did note a lot more potato in the usual soup that comes with most meals, and on this visit the famous green sauce seemed watered down as well. I often get the mariscos saltaldos but this time I got the Arroz con Pollo because of the cilantro rice which is and was amazing. The better deal is what my wife got. The half chicken for 14 bucks. Look at the pics, she got more food for less money. The cilantro rice was worth it. Way worth it. My recommendation order the half chicken and a side of cilantro rice, youll thank me later. Oh one more thing they didnt bring our bread as they usually do. All that aside we will keep going because we love it. ❤
