El Super in Fontana

Do not buy Tamarido pods from here!!! I bought some and wasn’t able to see inside because they were pre packed. Got home started peeling them to make and agua fresa and they had bugs inside of them

Big shout out to a Ms. Arlene that worked at this El. Super Me being someone that speaks very little Spanish. She was extremely helpful with me. Finding a lot of items on my instacart order Even though she was sweeping and cleaning doing her job whenever I went to her, she always took the time to show me where an item was and even explained to me how to say it in spanish I usually stray away from stores like El super. because its so hard not speaking spanish and finding certain items But she definitely made this a great experience. Thank you so much

Lines are ridiculously long in the market, plus the have a poor service.Well, I guess savings is what you come here. They have some good products and good prices, sometimes quality is low too.

The music is too loud when I was trying to place an order for my food. Can’t hear anyone and they get mad I keep asking huh? Can’t hear you.

If you dont speak Spanish, do go here. They are very rude if you dont speak Spanish (at the restaurant). I dont speak Spanish, but I can understand it, and they are rude.

So like every week I check the ads on the flipp ad to make sure I get the best prices. And I saw that they had a sale on waters 6 for 10 (Ad included). I show up to the store and they had them 5 for 10 so I showed the cashier the ad and she replied that it was for a store in L.A. To which i responded that it couldnt be because I typed in my zip code so it shows me the prices around my area. So like every other store does I figured that they would give me the price as advertised but I was wrong its the first store I ever got too that they dont honor the advertising price. I contacted the main store threw email which they responded the same way that they couldnt do anything about it. What happened to the customer is always right? Well dont count on this store for that. They prefer to make there pockets fatter then good customer service. If they would have gone around it some other way it wouldnt have been a big deal but I see that customer service isnt a big concern for them seen all the bad reviews.Como todas las semanas miro la aplicación de FLIPP para mirar donde tienen las mejores ofertas y esta semana mire que tenian una oferta de aguas 6 por 10 . Llego a la tienda y la oferta dice 5 por 10 meses voy con la cajera y ella me responde que es nomas para jna tienda en Los Angeles. Le contesto que no puede ser porque en la aplicación tengo que poner mi código postal. Le pido hablar con la persona encargada y se niega. Pero como todas las tiendas se supone que te tienen que dar las cosas como se miran en el papel y mas si se lo están enseñando esta tienda no hace eso, prefieren engordar sus bolsa que tener buen servicio al cliente. No es sorprendente después de mirar los de mas comentarios y la corporación es igual.

Prices are not bad, particularly dont like this location because gives me the feeling of being in a dirty place, doesnt smell good. I can be wrong, maybe its only me that feels that way. But I rather go to other locations.

Great prices on chicken, produce, beer...absolutley lowest priced chicken around! same for producelarge selection & well stocked meat department including small seafood selectionfresh tortillas & traditional mexican food cooked on premises. combo plate or a la carte. chicken or pork tamales.hard to beat bargain prices. checkers are fast & efficient. must bag groceries yourself(no big deal)long time shopper, for many years...I am still regularly shopping here.
