The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. My wife and I tried two different sushi rolls and the seafood cocktail which had octopus, fish, crab, scallops, and some veggies. Arturo was our server and did a wonderful job. 9/10 recommend.

I brought my sister here for her birthday along with my family and we couldnt have had a better time. We had Claudia as our server and she made sure we were always okay with drinks and recommended some items that I will definitely be ordering from now on. She even went above and beyond for my sisters birthday with the rest of the staff. She was also the bartender, the drinks were amazing 😍 cant wait to come back!

I just experienced this place and I have conflicting thoughts. The food was a bit over priced but to my taste it was good. The reviews on the drinks is true they are very strong but who doesn’t like a bang for their buck. The only downside was our waiter. I believe her name was maria. She was kind of rude and looked down on us just because we were not dressed to impress we saw how on other tables she would bring out free chips and was very nice whereas you us she was rude and unwelcoming.

The last time I came here I for sure enjoyed the expierence. The sushi was good, I don’t know what the one I got was called but it had avocado slices, this white fish thing, a brown sauce that I can only assume is the restaurants special sauce, and carrot sheddings. The shrimp empanadas were so good and the green sauce that came to dip it in was good as well. The robot cat was so cute and i just loved seeing it deliver all the foods. I recommend coming here if you’re craving any Mexican mariscos food.

Please dont waste your money.Im not one to leave bad reviews... But this place earned it.The food is overpriced by a lot. I went with a couple of friends and tried everyones food. Everything is so bland and the size is small.The ideas are there and everything in the menu sounds bomb but the taste is just not there.I was really looking forward to going here. We saved it for a special occasion and were let down

Food was horrible. I dont recommend this restaurant to anybody who comes here or decides to dine in with family. To start the food was horrible especially that campechana oh my God!! What the hell was that full of haiva. The drinks were horrible, I order a Long Island it had so much liquor I had to mix it with my ice tea, that was serve previously.

This is our 4th time here. We brought some friends to introduce them to the goodness that is sushi loco. We had the Emperador and the Sweet and Spicy Mango rolls. We also shared the Yaki loco rice. It was all very delicious. We also met the founder of Sushi Loco. He was walking around serving the tables and talking to his guests. I guess he travels around to his 3 locations. They also have a great happy hour during the week.

I enjoyed the robot coming to the tables. The service was disappointing. We had a long wait when they were not busy. I mean, we literally were about to walk out when they said, Wait your table it ready. Then when we were ordering, the server did speak English and didnt know the menu or what was advertised on the tv, and she did bring my brother the right drink. The food selection is like sushi 🍣 with a unique Mexican hot 🔥 sauce twist on just about every selection. If you like your food to put your mouth on fire, then you may enjoy the food selection. I ordered California rolls. Thankfully, it wasnt spicy, but it wasnt an authentic California roll either. The flan was good. I would not recommend this restaurant. Their unique flair just isnt my taste. Maybe I would go back for the robot to bring me a desert.

Do NOT come here. I came here today and received my food on disgustingly DIRTY plates. The utensils were very dirty too. It is clear that they were not cleaned/washed. It is astonishing to see how careless this restaurant has been with keeping up with proper cleaning..especially with Covid-19 around. I don’t understand why it is that they went back to serving food on regular plates and not on disposable plates. I suppose it’s so that they can save themselves money. I couldn’t even really enjoy my food. The bigger problem is that two of my family members ended up feeling very sick. I know that it had to do with the lack of proper cleaning and/or the way that their food was cooked. I wouldn’t doubt if employees here didn’t wash their hands. Needless to say, l will be reporting them for not keeping up with proper hygiene standards. An investigation must be done. I will add that l tried to speaking to the manager in regards to this issue. He was VERY RUDE and basically turned me away. Considering how serious this is, it is astonishing how rude he was. His name is JOSE. Please make sure to ask for disposable plates if you do come here. If not, check your plates and utensils.

Ehh... I was really trying to give them a 5 star, but honestly they have to work a little harder to get their system and training of their employees to handle the system better. It seems like lack of training is a big excuse. Food has been mediocre at best. Anniversary order was canceled last minute and just got an apology by owner. Last order was placed and was sitting in counter with two female employees just staring at each other not knowing what to do. Get it together! Taking my business where Im valued as a patron.

I live in Pomona and decided to try this new place. The place looks great inside. We got seated and no one came to take our order for a good 25 minutes. People who got there after us were being helped. I asked a staff member to find our waiter because we were ready to order. No one bothered to stop and ask if we had been helped. Went here for Fathers day to celebrate my husband after church we were very hungry and choose this place to visit the new location in Pomona. As we there we werent greeted like we usually do in La Puente location. Waitress or host seemed to be busy to take our order then when we finally ordered it took about 40 min to have 1 plate at a time brought to our table. There were only about 4 tables being served. By the time they would come back to our table it took them from at least 20min. to ask if everything was ok. Not sure if they were low on personel but it definitely wasnt the best visit especially to celebrate fathers day here. I am sure we were there for about 3 hrs. We did Express our concern to the male waitress all ge said was sorry and didnt really seem to care. Idk if to ever go back to this location. We much rather drive from out from Jurupa Valley to the La Puente location like we do once in a while.

Everyone in our party was serve their food except for two ppl one being a child, their food was delayed by about 15 mins ( everything was cold by the time those ppl were served.) I was a bit skeptical going in to be honest because I dont like fish but Rosa actually gave me a variety of options to choose from that had chicken, beef or shrimp which was a breath of fresh air. I wish I liked fish because the person i went with looked like they loved the ceviche they ate. Lisset was our waitress, she was very nice and she was on top of everything we asked. Great customer service, amazing food, friendly and cozy environment. Great for any meal of the day and a perfect place for a date. And usually when I leave a place my wallet hurts but my wallet and my stomach was very happy leaving this place! Go check it out for yourself. Cheers.

My email to them:For several years my family and I have visited your La Puente Location and we had nothing but outstanding service and delicious food. However this past Monday we visited your Pomona location at 7pm we were rudely greeted and told “to sit down because they were understaffed and weren’t expecting that many people” mind you there was no one else waiting to be seated, after we arrived only one other group arrived, and when it was time to be seated they sat them down first. Once we got seated we waited 20 min before we had to get up and call a waiters attention to get our drink order in, we got our menus but not kids menus even though they saw I had 3 children with me. Another 20 minutes pass and we haven’t received the chillies or tostadas. We wait patiently for our order and the yaki locos we order which was 3 of them look nothing like usual, the minute I cut into them with my fork the rice inside was white it had no flavor my mother in law could not even eat her food, my food made me throw up and the only thing that my kids enjoyed was your plain kids pizza (Which I ordered 3)that’s $7 just for the pizza it doesn’t include a side or drink which surprised me because I later saw it on my bill. For those tiny frozen pizzas to cost $7 and not include the side of fries or drink is ridiculous you should definitely show people the kids menu so they know the prices and what to expect. Lastly my mother in law asked for a refill of soda that took over 30 minutes for the waiter to bring back to our table and it only happened after we reminded him for the second time.It would be nice if all your restaurants worked the same way that the La Puente location operates. I live in Moreno Valley and was so excited for the Pomona location because it was closer to my home. However I will not be recommending or returning to your Pomona location.Also the lady bartender looks miserable working there.(End of email)Save your money people go to La Puente location or don’t go at all!

Aguachile had a great flavor as far as lime goes but the Chile was non existant. Micheladas were good and so was the ambience. Ordered to go. They estimated 10-15 minutes but didnt get my food until 35-40 minutes later. The tostadas were not that good. They add some tartar sauce to the cold ceviche and it doesnt complement the dish at all. The Guerra roll was to say the least sad. No flavor they put too much imitation crab to give it a fuller appearance. Its suppose to have some shrimp within the roll but no joke the shrimp inside was smaller than the size of dime. I was upset when I got home and saw the food, we didnt finish it because it was bad. Maybe its different if you dine in but I dont recommend to go.

Maybe because its closer to their closing time, we walked in at 650, we barely got greeted with a tiring face, had us wait about 10 min because they were cleaning up 2 tables YET the other 12 something tables are clean and empty... 🤔 our food DELAYED came out in random orders my family and i came in to have dinner TOGETHER not seperate wich we had too because food was getting cold.
